Glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres rekao je u utorak u Moskvi da se u Ukrajini mora proglasiti prekid vatre što je moguće prije.

"Iznimno smo zainteresirani da se pronađu načini da se stvori uvjeti za učinkovit dijalog, da se stvore uvjeti za prekid vatre što je moguće prije, da se stvore uvjeti za mirno rješenje", rekao je Guterres prije sastanka s ruskim ministrom vanjskih poslova Sergejom Lavrovom.

Nakon sastanka s Lavrovim obojica su iznijeli svoje viđenje situacije.

- Poruke predsjednika Putina u pogledu razloga za operaciju koja se provodi zajedno sa snaga u Donjecku i Luhansku, a cilj operacije je zaštititi civile i tu smo zainteresirani za suradnju s kolegama iz UN-a i međunarodnog Crvenog križa kako bismo olakšali patnju civilne populacije. Nakon sastanka glavnog tajnika UN-a i našeg ministra obrane prije dva mjeseca oformili smo radnu skupinu u Moskvi u Ministastvu obrane te su oni s predstavnicima UN-a usuglasili konkretne zadatke kako bi došlo do isporuke humanitarne pomoći, piše N1.

Radili smo i na osnaživanju naše suradnje i moći ćemo se usuglasiti o koracima u pogledu današnjih okolnosti. Razgovarali smo o budućnosti UN-a i o pokušajima naših zapadnih kolega da se diskusije prošire izvan UN-ovog tradicionalnog okvira. To uključuje inicijative Francuske, Njemačke, multrilateralni savez, to je nešto što je konkurentno UN-u. To je zvono za uzbunu za UN. Pokušaj da se izbrišu temeljna pravila i principi povelje UN-a na kojima se temelji ova organizacija, na temelju jednakosti među nacijama, rekao je Lavrov. 

Lavrov je rekao i da je Rusija odbacila prijedlog Ukrajine za pokretanje mirovnih pregovora u Mariupolju. Lavrov je rekao da je prerano govoriti o tome tko će posredovati u bilo kakvim pregovorima, ali je dodao da je Moskva opredijeljena za diplomatsko rješenje kroz razgovore o Ukrajini.

Zahvalio se glavnom tajniku UN-a na inicijativi da se sastane s njima. 

U nastavku je govorio Guterres:

- Kao glavni tajnik UN-a došao sam u Moskvu kao netko tko je glasnik mira. Moj je cilj povezan isključivo sa spašavanjem života. Održao sam iskren razgovor s Lavrovim i jasno je da postoje dva različita stava o onome što se događa u Ukrajini. Prema Ruskoj Federaciji, odvija se posebna vojna operacija s ciljevima koji su objavljeni. Prema UN-u ruska invazija Ukrajine je kršenje teritorijalne suverenosti i krši Povelju UN-a. UN je opetovano pozivao na prekid vatre kako bi se zaštitili civili i pokrenuo dijalog. Diljem Donabasa danas traje borba uz uništavanje i ubojstva civila. 

Zabrinut sam zbog mogućeg kršenja humanitarnog prava i ratnih zločina i to iziskuje neovisnu istragu kako bi se krivci pozvali na odgovornost. Trebamo humanitarne koridore koji su sigurni i učinkoviti i koje sve strane poštuju kako bi došlo do evakuacije civila. Zato sam danas osnovao jednu kontaktnu skupinu koja će tražiti priliku za otvaranje sigurnih koridora uz prekid ratnih djelovanja. U isto vrijeme prepoznajemo da smo suočeni s krizom u Mariupolju. Tisuće civila treba humanitarnu pomoć i evakuaciju. UN je spreman u potpunosti mobilizirati svoje ljudske i logističke resurse kako bi spasio živote u Mariupolju, rekao je.

Glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres rekao je u utorak u Moskvi da se u Ukrajini mora proglasiti prekid vatre što je moguće prije.

"Iznimno smo zainteresirani da se pronađu načini da se stvori uvjeti za učinkovit dijalog, da se stvore uvjeti za prekid vatre što je moguće prije, da se stvore uvjeti za mirno rješenje", rekao je Guterres prije sastanka s ruskim ministrom vanjskih poslova Sergejom Lavrovom.

Nakon sastanka s Lavrovim obojica su iznijeli svoje viđenje situacije.

- Poruke predsjednika Putina u pogledu razloga za operaciju koja se provodi zajedno sa snaga u Donjecku i Luhansku, a cilj operacije je zaštititi civile i tu smo zainteresirani za suradnju s kolegama iz UN-a i međunarodnog Crvenog križa kako bismo olakšali patnju civilne populacije. Nakon sastanka glavnog tajnika UN-a i našeg ministra obrane prije dva mjeseca oformili smo radnu skupinu u Moskvi u Ministastvu obrane te su oni s predstavnicima UN-a usuglasili konkretne zadatke kako bi došlo do isporuke humanitarne pomoći, piše N1.

Radili smo i na osnaživanju naše suradnje i moći ćemo se usuglasiti o koracima u pogledu današnjih okolnosti. Razgovarali smo o budućnosti UN-a i o pokušajima naših zapadnih kolega da se diskusije prošire izvan UN-ovog tradicionalnog okvira. To uključuje inicijative Francuske, Njemačke, multrilateralni savez, to je nešto što je konkurentno UN-u. To je zvono za uzbunu za UN. Pokušaj da se izbrišu temeljna pravila i principi povelje UN-a na kojima se temelji ova organizacija, na temelju jednakosti među nacijama, rekao je Lavrov. 

Lavrov je rekao i da je Rusija odbacila prijedlog Ukrajine za pokretanje mirovnih pregovora u Mariupolju. Lavrov je rekao da je prerano govoriti o tome tko će posredovati u bilo kakvim pregovorima, ali je dodao da je Moskva opredijeljena za diplomatsko rješenje kroz razgovore o Ukrajini.

Zahvalio se glavnom tajniku UN-a na inicijativi da se sastane s njima. 

U nastavku je govorio Guterres:

- Kao glavni tajnik UN-a došao sam u Moskvu kao netko tko je glasnik mira. Moj je cilj povezan isključivo sa spašavanjem života. Održao sam iskren razgovor s Lavrovim i jasno je da postoje dva različita stava o onome što se događa u Ukrajini. Prema Ruskoj Federaciji, odvija se posebna vojna operacija s ciljevima koji su objavljeni. Prema UN-u ruska invazija Ukrajine je kršenje teritorijalne suverenosti i krši Povelju UN-a. UN je opetovano pozivao na prekid vatre kako bi se zaštitili civili i pokrenuo dijalog. Diljem Donabasa danas traje borba uz uništavanje i ubojstva civila. 

Zabrinut sam zbog mogućeg kršenja humanitarnog prava i ratnih zločina i to iziskuje neovisnu istragu kako bi se krivci pozvali na odgovornost. Trebamo humanitarne koridore koji su sigurni i učinkoviti i koje sve strane poštuju kako bi došlo do evakuacije civila. Zato sam danas osnovao jednu kontaktnu skupinu koja će tražiti priliku za otvaranje sigurnih koridora uz prekid ratnih djelovanja. U isto vrijeme prepoznajemo da smo suočeni s krizom u Mariupolju. Tisuće civila treba humanitarnu pomoć i evakuaciju. UN je spreman u potpunosti mobilizirati svoje ljudske i logističke resurse kako bi spasio živote u Mariupolju, rekao je.

Održan sastanak Guterresa i Lavrova, šef UN-a nezadovoljan; Rusija odbila poziv Ukrajine na mirovne pregovore u Mariupolju

Glavni tajnik UN-a Antonio Guterres rekao je u utorak u Moskvi da se u Ukrajini mora proglasiti prekid vatre što je moguće prije.

"Iznimno smo zainteresirani da se pronađu načini da se stvori uvjeti za učinkovit dijalog, da se stvore uvjeti za prekid vatre što je moguće prije, da se stvore uvjeti za mirno rješenje", rekao je Guterres prije sastanka s ruskim ministrom vanjskih poslova Sergejom Lavrovom.

Nakon sastanka s Lavrovim obojica su iznijeli svoje viđenje situacije.

- Poruke predsjednika Putina u pogledu razloga za operaciju koja se provodi zajedno sa snaga u Donjecku i Luhansku, a cilj operacije je zaštititi civile i tu smo zainteresirani za suradnju s kolegama iz UN-a i međunarodnog Crvenog križa kako bismo olakšali patnju civilne populacije.
