Izgradnja Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Mostaru, pitanje je koje je izazvalo mnoštvo reakcija, nakon što je Vlada FBiH odobrila sredstva u iznosu od 2 milijuna KM za nastavak njegove gradnje.
Islamska zajednica u Mostaru, koja već duži niz godina vodi pravnu borbu za dobivanje potrebnih dozvola kako bi na tom lokalitetu izgradila Islamski centar, tvrdi, sporno je što se kazalište gradi na vakufskoj zemlji i u centralnoj zoni grada, koji još uvijek nema usvojen regulacijski plan.
" Medžlis Islamske zajednice Mostar prvi službeni zahtjev za izdavanje urbanističke suglasnosti za izgradnju Islamskog centra uputio je 2002. Odjelu za urbanizam Grada Mostara, u kojemu se opisane potrebe muslimana Hercegovine za centralnom džamijom i pratećim objektima koji bi se koristili u odgojno-obrazovne, kulturne i znanstvene svrhe, a koji bi se gradio na lokalitetu nekadašnjeg Lakišića harema na kojem je austro-ugarska vlast izgradila željezničku stanicu, a 1994. godine osnovano Hrvatskog narodno kazalište" – kaže Salem Dedović, mostarski muftija, izvještava Đenana Kaminić za N1BiH.

Stoga je, kažu, gradnja kazališta na vakufskoj imovini nedopustiva, baš kao i odluka federalnih vlasti, koje su, kako tvrde mimo svih zakonskih procedura, osigurali sredstva za nastavak njegove gradnje.
Direktor HNK kaže kako posjeduju ispravnu i važeću dozvolu za gradnju, te da je nastavak gradnje zgrade kazališta u potpunosti legalan proces.
'Islamske zajednice nema u zemljišnim knjigama'
Ivan Vukoja, direktor Hrvatskog narodnog kažališta podsjeća: "Od vremena austro-ugarske kad se vodi to u Gradskoj upravi, vlasništvo nad zemljištem mislim da je promijenilo desetak vlasnika i nigdje se ne spominje Islamska zajednica, tako da je s pravne strane to potpuno neutemeljena činjenica."
Iz mostarske SDA podsjećaju na odluku Gradskog vijeća iz 1999. godine o zabrani gradnje u centralnoj zoni i nepostojanju regulacijskog plana, no iz HNK poručuju da je navedena odluka nevažeća jer je 2010. na snagu stupila nova kojom se zabranjuje gradnja novih objekata samo na period od dvije godine, a s obzirom na to da nije usvojen novi regulacijski plan, stari je, kažu, nastavio biti važeći.

Alisa Hajdarević, delegat iz kluba Bošnjaka (SDA) kaže: "Ono što je sporno jest to što se HNK gradi na vakufskoj zemlji u centralnoj zoni grada koji nema usvojen regulacijski plan, a odlukama GV-a iz 1999. i 2002. zabranjena je gradnja, nadogradanja i rušenje objekata u centralnoj gradskoj zoni."

"Činjenica je kako HNK ima ispravnu i važeću dozvolu za gradnju. Postoje sve dozvole, argumenti sadržani u odobrenju, HNK je bio u obvezi zbog traženja izmjena odobrenja u gradnji platiti rentu od 244.495 KM, što je HNK i uradio" – mišljenja je Damir Džeba, delegat u Domu naroda Parlamenta FBiH iz HDZ- a.
I dok iz HNK tvrde da imaju sve potrebne dozvole za gradnju zgrade kazališta, s druge strane molbe i zahtjevi Islamske zajednice u vezi s izgradnjom Islamskoga kulturnog centra na tome lokalitetu i dalje su na čekanju, izvještava N1BiH.

Izgradnja Hrvatskog narodnog kazališta u Mostaru, pitanje je koje je izazvalo mnoštvo reakcija, nakon što je Vlada FBiH odobrila sredstva u iznosu od 2 milijuna KM za nastavak njegove gradnje.
Islamska zajednica u Mostaru, koja već duži niz godina vodi pravnu borbu za dobivanje potrebnih dozvola kako bi na tom lokalitetu izgradila Islamski centar, tvrdi, sporno je što se kazalište gradi na vakufskoj zemlji i u centralnoj zoni grada, koji još uvijek nema usvojen regulacijski plan.
" Medžlis Islamske zajednice Mostar prvi službeni zahtjev za izdavanje urbanističke suglasnosti za izgradnju Islamskog centra uputio je 2002. Odjelu za urbanizam Grada Mostara, u kojemu se opisane potrebe muslimana Hercegovine za centralnom džamijom i pratećim objektima koji bi se koristili u odgojno-obrazovne, kulturne i znanstvene svrhe, a koji bi se gradio na lokalitetu nekadašnjeg Lakišića harema na kojem je austro-ugarska vlast izgradila željezničku stanicu, a 1994. godine osnovano Hrvatskog narodno kazalište" – kaže Salem Dedović, mostarski muftija, izvještava Đenana Kaminić za N1BiH.

Stoga je, kažu, gradnja kazališta na vakufskoj imovini nedopustiva, baš kao i odluka federalnih vlasti, koje su, kako tvrde mimo svih zakonskih procedura, osigurali sredstva za nastavak njegove gradnje.
Direktor HNK kaže kako posjeduju ispravnu i važeću dozvolu za gradnju, te da je nastavak gradnje zgrade kazališta u potpunosti legalan proces.
'Islamske zajednice nema u zemljišnim knjigama'
Ivan Vukoja, direktor Hrvatskog narodnog kažališta podsjeća: "Od vremena austro-ugarske kad se vodi to u Gradskoj upravi, vlasništvo nad zemljištem mislim da je promijenilo desetak vlasnika i nigdje se ne spominje Islamska zajednica, tako da je s pravne strane to potpuno neutemeljena činjenica."
Iz mostarske SDA podsjećaju na odluku Gradskog vijeća iz 1999. godine o zabrani gradnje u centralnoj zoni i nepostojanju regulacijskog plana, no iz HNK poručuju da je navedena odluka nevažeća jer je 2010. na snagu stupila nova kojom se zabranjuje gradnja novih objekata samo na period od dvije godine, a s obzirom na to da nije usvojen novi regulacijski plan, stari je, kažu, nastavio biti važeći.

Alisa Hajdarević, delegat iz kluba Bošnjaka (SDA) kaže: "Ono što je sporno jest to što se HNK gradi na vakufskoj zemlji u centralnoj zoni grada koji nema usvojen regulacijski plan, a odlukama GV-a iz 1999. i 2002. zabranjena je gradnja, nadogradanja i rušenje objekata u centralnoj gradskoj zoni."

"Činjenica je kako HNK ima ispravnu i važeću dozvolu za gradnju. Postoje sve dozvole, argumenti sadržani u odobrenju, HNK je bio u obvezi zbog traženja izmjena odobrenja u gradnji platiti rentu od 244.495 KM, što je HNK i uradio" – mišljenja je Damir Džeba, delegat u Domu naroda Parlamenta FBiH iz HDZ- a.
I dok iz HNK tvrde da imaju sve potrebne dozvole za gradnju zgrade kazališta, s druge strane molbe i zahtjevi Islamske zajednice u vezi s izgradnjom Islamskoga kulturnog centra na tome lokalitetu i dalje su na čekanju, izvještava N1BiH.
