Pandemija koronavirusa naoko je jenjala, iako se liječnici još uvijek bore kako s Covidom, tako i postcovidom, takoreći učeći u hodu.

Prof. dr. Petar Seferović, ugledni kardiolog KC Srbije i predsjednik europskog Udruženja za srčanu slabost, pričao je o problemima sa srcem poslije korone i iznio jedan vrlo zabrinjavajući podatak.

"Bolest je sistemska, to smo shvatili već poslije nekoliko mjeseci najjačeg vala. U pitanju je upala pluća, pogađa ponajprije respiratorni sustav, ali i sve ostale organe. Zato imamo veliki broj upala srčanog mišića, insuficijencija. Korona, zapravo, ističe ono što je najslabije u nekom organizmu. Nije to samo srčana bolest ili dijabetes ili poremećaj funkcije lipida. U jednom organizmu koji bi izvanredno funkcionirao idućih pet, deset ili 20 godina, korona nađe najslabiju točku. Latentni dijabetes se ispostavi kao pravi, dobijete inzulin, bolest pluća koja je u dobrom stanju poslije korone uđe u dekompenzaciju, a o srcu i da ne pričamo", rekao je on u Jutarnjem dnevniku, prenosi Mondo.

Tijekom dvije godine pandemije, korona je u Srbiji ukupno zarazila više od dva milijuna ljudi, a preminulo je skoro 16.000 njih. Nakon preležane bolesti, bilo je mnoštvo slučajeva u kojima se do tada zdravi, mladi ljudi samo sruše ili dožive neku drugu tragičnu epizodu.

Omikron je blaži soj istoga virusa

"Mi smo vrlo brzo shvatili da sistemska bolest pogađa krvne žile, prije svega. Zašto mladi umiru? Upaljen je endotel, odnosno unutrašnjost zidova krvnih žila, dobivaju tromboze... U najboljim godinama, preleže koronu s blagim simptomima, ali onda dobiju plućnu emboliju i umru. Zato je ovo vrlo opasna bolest, i moramo biti oprezni. Da, stigao je omikron, blaži je soj, ali zadržava osobine osnovnog virusa. Imamo nažalost primjere gdje su ljudi bili u izvanrednoj formi prije bolesti, a potom su dobili visoki tlak, pogoršanje šećerne bolesti ili dekompenzaciju problema sa srcem, sve to jer su bolovali od covida", rekao je dr. Seferović.

"Kratak dah, netolerancija na napor, prvi su signali da napravimo kardiološke analize. Mi preporučujemo da se šest tjedana nakon bolesti ne uvodi pretjerana fizička aktivnost, ali je i nedostatak aktivnosti opasan. Morate naći tu ravnotežu, da se krećete koliko možete, i da vodite računa o sebi", kazao je liječnik.

"Problem je u činjenici da teži oblik korone ubrzava normalan proces starenja. Kognitivni procesi, reakcije, razmišljanje, sve to može pogoditi korona. Ubrzat će te prirodne procese starenja i posljedice će se rano javiti. Ako je ovo kraj korone, to je dobro, ali nije ohrabrujuće to što ne znamo je li kraj...", zaključio je dr. Seferović, prenosi Mondo.

dakle, s Coviodm, ali i s postcovidom treba postupati oprezno, osluškivati vlastito tijelo i mogućnosti.

Pandemija koronavirusa naoko je jenjala, iako se liječnici još uvijek bore kako s Covidom, tako i postcovidom, takoreći učeći u hodu.

Prof. dr. Petar Seferović, ugledni kardiolog KC Srbije i predsjednik europskog Udruženja za srčanu slabost, pričao je o problemima sa srcem poslije korone i iznio jedan vrlo zabrinjavajući podatak.

"Bolest je sistemska, to smo shvatili već poslije nekoliko mjeseci najjačeg vala. U pitanju je upala pluća, pogađa ponajprije respiratorni sustav, ali i sve ostale organe. Zato imamo veliki broj upala srčanog mišića, insuficijencija. Korona, zapravo, ističe ono što je najslabije u nekom organizmu. Nije to samo srčana bolest ili dijabetes ili poremećaj funkcije lipida. U jednom organizmu koji bi izvanredno funkcionirao idućih pet, deset ili 20 godina, korona nađe najslabiju točku. Latentni dijabetes se ispostavi kao pravi, dobijete inzulin, bolest pluća koja je u dobrom stanju poslije korone uđe u dekompenzaciju, a o srcu i da ne pričamo", rekao je on u Jutarnjem dnevniku, prenosi Mondo.

Tijekom dvije godine pandemije, korona je u Srbiji ukupno zarazila više od dva milijuna ljudi, a preminulo je skoro 16.000 njih. Nakon preležane bolesti, bilo je mnoštvo slučajeva u kojima se do tada zdravi, mladi ljudi samo sruše ili dožive neku drugu tragičnu epizodu.

Omikron je blaži soj istoga virusa

"Mi smo vrlo brzo shvatili da sistemska bolest pogađa krvne žile, prije svega. Zašto mladi umiru? Upaljen je endotel, odnosno unutrašnjost zidova krvnih žila, dobivaju tromboze... U najboljim godinama, preleže koronu s blagim simptomima, ali onda dobiju plućnu emboliju i umru. Zato je ovo vrlo opasna bolest, i moramo biti oprezni. Da, stigao je omikron, blaži je soj, ali zadržava osobine osnovnog virusa. Imamo nažalost primjere gdje su ljudi bili u izvanrednoj formi prije bolesti, a potom su dobili visoki tlak, pogoršanje šećerne bolesti ili dekompenzaciju problema sa srcem, sve to jer su bolovali od covida", rekao je dr. Seferović.

"Kratak dah, netolerancija na napor, prvi su signali da napravimo kardiološke analize. Mi preporučujemo da se šest tjedana nakon bolesti ne uvodi pretjerana fizička aktivnost, ali je i nedostatak aktivnosti opasan. Morate naći tu ravnotežu, da se krećete koliko možete, i da vodite računa o sebi", kazao je liječnik.

"Problem je u činjenici da teži oblik korone ubrzava normalan proces starenja. Kognitivni procesi, reakcije, razmišljanje, sve to može pogoditi korona. Ubrzat će te prirodne procese starenja i posljedice će se rano javiti. Ako je ovo kraj korone, to je dobro, ali nije ohrabrujuće to što ne znamo je li kraj...", zaključio je dr. Seferović, prenosi Mondo.

dakle, s Coviodm, ali i s postcovidom treba postupati oprezno, osluškivati vlastito tijelo i mogućnosti.
