Svaki brucoš politologije će vam kazati da je politika, između ostalog, umijeće mogućega. I da su samo interesi stalni u toj famoznoj, često mistificiranoj politici. Nema vječnih prijatelja, kao ni neprijatelja.
Tako vam je možda promaklo da su odnosi Hrvatske i Slovenije - osjetno zatoplili. Kažem promaklo, jer se zahlađenje medijski daleko zvučnije i bučnije prati.
Sa zatopljenjem je u pravilu ponešto drukčije. Nije toliko medijski atraktivno. I manje je pogodno za kavanske rasprave, oštrenje očnjaka i generaliziranja opće prakse.
Još do prije nekoliko godina, kao što dobro znamo, nije bilo moguće održati niti bilateralni susret čelnika dviju susjednih(!) zemalja, a sada nas, eto, Slovenija zastupa na (dvodnevnom) samitu EU-a, zbog nemogućnosti premijera Andreja Plenkovića da osobno sudjeluje na skupu zbog propisane mu izolacije. Inače, to je praksa na sastancima vrha Unije gdje mogu sudjelovati isključivo predsjednici vlada ili država, a ne i potpredsjednici ili ministri.
Kad već govorimo o "opravdanim" izostancima, osim Plenkovića sa spomenutog je samita izostao i estonski premijer Juri Ratas, jer je nedavno bio u kontaktu s korona-pozitivnom osobom. Njega je zastupao latvijski premijer Krijšanis Karinš...
Za nadati se kako ovo s Janšinim zastupanjem Hrvatske nije jednokratan čin velikodušnosti: uostalom, Slovenci podupiru Hrvatsku kad je u pitanju ulazak u Schengen, kao i u zonu eura. Istina, otvoreni problem granice nije tek tako nestao preko noći, ali se o tome već neko vrijeme razgovara bez podizanja tenzija i dramatiziranja, bez javnog optuživanja i prozivanja...
U prilog tome ide i tvit slovenskog premijera Janeza Janše, koji je Hrvatskoj javno zahvalio na povjerenju. "Načelo suradnje pobjeđuje i učvršćuje", napisao je.
A danas je i dodao: "S Plenkovićem sam bio u stalnom kontaktu. On je također budan proveo noć, unatoč tome što je zapravo na bolovanju". Također, Janša je rekao da su "veleposlanici dviju zemalja prethodno obavili dobar pripremni posao"...
Istaknuo je kako je u ime Hrvatske intervenirao po pitanju klimatskih promjena i da se o tome konzultirao s Plenkovićem.
Ne očekuju se niti bilo kakve komplikacije sa slovenskom stranom kada Hrvatski sabor, a to se očekuje do kraja jesenskog zasjedanja - na temelju Pomorskog zakonika - proglasi isključivi gospodarski pojas u Jadranskom moru, pogotovo nakon što je taj korak usuglašen s Italijom koja se odlučila na isti takav korak.
Dakle, očito je da diplomacija aktualne Vlade radi dobar posao, i da bi tim tempom trebalo nastaviti raditi i na zbližavanju s ostalim susjednim zemljama. Iako, za svaku je ljubav, kako kaže drevna mudrost proizišla iz iskustva, potrebna dobra volja s obje strane. No, nešto je i do umijeća - diplomacije.

Tako vam je možda promaklo da su odnosi Hrvatske i Slovenije - osjetno zatoplili. Kažem promaklo, jer se zahlađenje medijski daleko zvučnije i bučnije prati.
Sa zatopljenjem je u pravilu ponešto drukčije. Nije toliko medijski atraktivno. I manje je pogodno za kavanske rasprave, oštrenje očnjaka i generaliziranja opće prakse.
Još do prije nekoliko godina, kao što dobro znamo, nije bilo moguće održati niti bilateralni susret čelnika dviju susjednih(!) zemalja, a sada nas, eto, Slovenija zastupa na (dvodnevnom) samitu EU-a, zbog nemogućnosti premijera Andreja Plenkovića da osobno sudjeluje na skupu zbog propisane mu izolacije. Inače, to je praksa na sastancima vrha Unije gdje mogu sudjelovati isključivo predsjednici vlada ili država, a ne i potpredsjednici ili ministri.
Kad već govorimo o "opravdanim" izostancima, osim Plenkovića sa spomenutog je samita izostao i estonski premijer Juri Ratas, jer je nedavno bio u kontaktu s korona-pozitivnom osobom. Njega je zastupao latvijski premijer Krijšanis Karinš...
Za nadati se kako ovo s Janšinim zastupanjem Hrvatske nije jednokratan čin velikodušnosti: uostalom, Slovenci podupiru Hrvatsku kad je u pitanju ulazak u Schengen, kao i u zonu eura. Istina, otvoreni problem granice nije tek tako nestao preko noći, ali se o tome već neko vrijeme razgovara bez podizanja tenzija i dramatiziranja, bez javnog optuživanja i prozivanja...
U prilog tome ide i tvit slovenskog premijera Janeza Janše, koji je Hrvatskoj javno zahvalio na povjerenju. "Načelo suradnje pobjeđuje i učvršćuje", napisao je.
A danas je i dodao: "S Plenkovićem sam bio u stalnom kontaktu. On je također budan proveo noć, unatoč tome što je zapravo na bolovanju". Također, Janša je rekao da su "veleposlanici dviju zemalja prethodno obavili dobar pripremni posao"...
Istaknuo je kako je u ime Hrvatske intervenirao po pitanju klimatskih promjena i da se o tome konzultirao s Plenkovićem.
Ne očekuju se niti bilo kakve komplikacije sa slovenskom stranom kada Hrvatski sabor, a to se očekuje do kraja jesenskog zasjedanja - na temelju Pomorskog zakonika - proglasi isključivi gospodarski pojas u Jadranskom moru, pogotovo nakon što je taj korak usuglašen s Italijom koja se odlučila na isti takav korak.
Dakle, očito je da diplomacija aktualne Vlade radi dobar posao, i da bi tim tempom trebalo nastaviti raditi i na zbližavanju s ostalim susjednim zemljama. Iako, za svaku je ljubav, kako kaže drevna mudrost proizišla iz iskustva, potrebna dobra volja s obje strane. No, nešto je i do umijeća - diplomacije.
