Zdravstvena inspekcija utvrdila je propuste u varaždinskom Zavodu za hitnu medicinu nakon što je pacijentica u neizdrživim bolovima satima čekala hitnu pomoć da bi na koncu preminula u bolnici, javlja N1.
Slučaj se dogodio početkom siječnja ove godine kad je D. M. stigao kući iz noćne smjene i zatekao suprugu u jako teškom stanju. Trpjela je nepodnošljive bolove, a zbog nedavne operacije kralježnice nije ju sam mogao odvesti u bolnicu. Tek šest sati od poziva uspjeli su doći do bolnice. No njegova je supruga ubrzo preminula.
Ministarstvo zdravstva poslalo je zdravstvenu inspekciju koja je utvrdila nepravilnosti. Njihovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:
"Nakon obavljenog zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzora u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije, Općoj bolnici Varaždin i ordinacijama obiteljske medicine Tamara Bosak, dr. med. i Ana Nanovski, dr. med, vezano uz slučaj pacijentice R. K. koja je čekala na hitnu šest sati, zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva utvrdila je propuste u varaždinskom Zavodu za hitnu medicinu te će u okviru svojih nadležnosti, poduzeti daljnje mjere.
Zaključak Stručnog povjerenstva zdravstvene inspekcije utemeljen je na činjenici da je dispečerica, prvostupnica sestrinstva u varaždinskoj medicinskoj prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici drugom pozivu dodijelila kriterij nižeg stupnja hitnosti, odnosno zeleni kriterij koji označava stanja i situacije koje ne zahtijevaju hitnu medicinsku skrb. Slijedom toga, utvrđen je propust jer se zaprimljenom pozivu trebao dodijeliti žuti kriterij II. stupnja hitnosti koji predstavlja stanja koja su potencijalno opasna za život i koja zahtijevaju pregled liječnika te se naposljetku trebao uputiti tim hitne medicinske službe na intervenciju, tim više što su u tom trenutku bili dostupni svi postojeći resursi odnosno dva tima T1.
S obzirom da je utvrđeno kršenje odredbe Pravilnika o uvjetima, organizaciji i načinu obavljanja hitne medicine u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije, zdravstvena inspekcija je uputila slučaj na daljnje postupanje Hrvatskoj komori medicinskih sestara, Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Varaždinu te rješenje medicinskoj sestri u prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici.
Od važnosti je naglasiti da se pozivi u medicinskoj prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici moraju primati i obrađivati na jedinstven, standardizirani način u Republici Hrvatskoj prema hrvatskom indeksu prijema hitnog poziva koji je obavezan za sve županijske zavode hitne medicine sukladno Pravilniku o uvjetima, organizaciji i načinu obavljanja hitne medicine."

Zdravstvena inspekcija utvrdila je propuste u varaždinskom Zavodu za hitnu medicinu nakon što je pacijentica u neizdrživim bolovima satima čekala hitnu pomoć da bi na koncu preminula u bolnici, javlja N1.
Slučaj se dogodio početkom siječnja ove godine kad je D. M. stigao kući iz noćne smjene i zatekao suprugu u jako teškom stanju. Trpjela je nepodnošljive bolove, a zbog nedavne operacije kralježnice nije ju sam mogao odvesti u bolnicu. Tek šest sati od poziva uspjeli su doći do bolnice. No njegova je supruga ubrzo preminula.
Ministarstvo zdravstva poslalo je zdravstvenu inspekciju koja je utvrdila nepravilnosti. Njihovo priopćenje prenosimo u cijelosti:
"Nakon obavljenog zdravstveno-inspekcijski nadzora u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije, Općoj bolnici Varaždin i ordinacijama obiteljske medicine Tamara Bosak, dr. med. i Ana Nanovski, dr. med, vezano uz slučaj pacijentice R. K. koja je čekala na hitnu šest sati, zdravstvena inspekcija Ministarstva zdravstva utvrdila je propuste u varaždinskom Zavodu za hitnu medicinu te će u okviru svojih nadležnosti, poduzeti daljnje mjere.
Zaključak Stručnog povjerenstva zdravstvene inspekcije utemeljen je na činjenici da je dispečerica, prvostupnica sestrinstva u varaždinskoj medicinskoj prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici drugom pozivu dodijelila kriterij nižeg stupnja hitnosti, odnosno zeleni kriterij koji označava stanja i situacije koje ne zahtijevaju hitnu medicinsku skrb. Slijedom toga, utvrđen je propust jer se zaprimljenom pozivu trebao dodijeliti žuti kriterij II. stupnja hitnosti koji predstavlja stanja koja su potencijalno opasna za život i koja zahtijevaju pregled liječnika te se naposljetku trebao uputiti tim hitne medicinske službe na intervenciju, tim više što su u tom trenutku bili dostupni svi postojeći resursi odnosno dva tima T1.
S obzirom da je utvrđeno kršenje odredbe Pravilnika o uvjetima, organizaciji i načinu obavljanja hitne medicine u Zavodu za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije, zdravstvena inspekcija je uputila slučaj na daljnje postupanje Hrvatskoj komori medicinskih sestara, Općinskom državnom odvjetništvu u Varaždinu te rješenje medicinskoj sestri u prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici.
Od važnosti je naglasiti da se pozivi u medicinskoj prijavno-dojavnoj jedinici moraju primati i obrađivati na jedinstven, standardizirani način u Republici Hrvatskoj prema hrvatskom indeksu prijema hitnog poziva koji je obavezan za sve županijske zavode hitne medicine sukladno Pravilniku o uvjetima, organizaciji i načinu obavljanja hitne medicine."
