Slučaj "lipost-radost" zaokupio je pozornost cjelokupne javnosti. Vladajuća većina sprema se dati potporu Ivanu Turudiću za mjesto glavnog državnog odvjetnika, no nije gotovo kad premijer misli da je gotovo, već kad se pobroji dovoljan broj ruku u Saboru koje će podržati očito kontroverznog suca. A nikad se ne zna hoće li netko od zastupnika iz vladajuće koalicije na koje HDZ računa promijeniti mišljenje, jer izbori samo što nisu, pa takvi onda kalkuliraju naveliko.

I dok se javnost zabavlja dopisivanjem između Josipe Rimac, danas Pleslić, i Ivana Turudića, tada suca, a danas još i najozbiljnijeg pretendenta na fotelju glavnog državnog odvjetnika, splitski odvjetnik Mišo Živaljić upozorava da je sve to izmaknulo kontroli. Po njegovu mišljenju, iznimno je problematično to što se vodi rasprava o prepiskama dvoje ljudi koje su stare godinama.

Politika potire struku 

– Ovo je zapravo previše osjetljivo pitanje. Nas se, dakle mislim na javnost, odjednom bombardira pričom koja je stara sedam-osam godina. Zato je logično postaviti pitanje zašto se to radi baš sada, u ovom trenutku, i zašto se te informacije koje se čuvalo svih ovih godina plasiraju upravo u ovom trenutku – veli Živaljić i objašnjava da je tajming objave prepiske između Rimac i Turudića, a do koje je davno došao USKOK – ključan. 

– Znači, ako je u svemu tome postojala neka nezakonitost, zašto se o njoj šutjelo do današnjeg dana? To se očito radilo iz dnevnopolitičkih razloga. I upravo to može frustrirati obične ljude. Jesu li te poruke uopće istinite i je li njihov sadržaj inkriminiran, odnosno tereti li on nekoga i stavlja ga u položaj u kojem bi mogao biti izložen progonu, to je sasvim druga priča. Nažalost, politika je prevladala nad strukom i to je ono što je možda najveći problem –  kaže odvjetnik Živaljić.

Naš sugovornik veli da se objavom ovakvih prepiski pokušava i nečiju stručnost dovesti u pitanje.

– Što je od svega objavljenog prava istina, nitko od nas ne zna. U dnevnopolitičke svrhe odjednom se izvlače nekakve nezakonitosti, a to smeta svakom normalnom građaninu. Uopće ne želim komentirati je li istina ili nije sve ono što se na temu ovog dopisivanja objavljuje, niti mi je to zanimljivo, ali ponavljam: zašto se sada nekome imputira da je "takav i takav", u trenutku izbora za dužnost glavnog državnog odvjetnika? – pita Živaljić.

Delikatno pitanje

Hoće li i premijer Andrej Plenković rezonirati na isti način? Je li ovo i za njega samo stvar dnevnopolitičkog obračuna s kandidatom koji opoziciji i dijelu javnosti očito nije po volji?

– Ne želim se u ovoj situaciji stavljati na ničiju stranu jer se radi o vrlo delikatnom pitanju. Turudića će vjerojatno izabrati na tu dužnost, ali da ja sad kažem je li to istina što čitamo ili nije, u to stvarno ne želim ulaziti. Kao građaninu, ali i odvjetniku, smeta mi ako netko ima informacije iz kojih se vidi da je određena osoba počinila neko kazneno djelo, trgovala utjecajem i slično, da to godinama stoji?! Pa tako svakomu od nas za deset godina netko može reći "ti si prije deset godina rekao to i to"?! Taj dio mi smeta. Ništa drugo.

Ponovit ću, zašto se nije reagiralo odmah ako je nešto bilo suspektno? I ako je bilo, jer ne mogu znati što je istina, tim prije jer znamo do koje je razine danas došla "deepfake" tehnologija. Pa se od jedne riječi bez problema rade dvije, a od jednog lica više, i zašto bismo svemu tome bezrezervno vjerovali ako je od tog snimanja prošlo osam ili deset godina? I da se koristi na ovaj način. Tko god ima saznanje da je netko počinio nekakvo kazneno djelo, mora odmah to iznijeti da bi se ono moglo procesuirati.

Slučaj "lipost-radost" zaokupio je pozornost cjelokupne javnosti. Vladajuća većina sprema se dati potporu Ivanu Turudiću za mjesto glavnog državnog odvjetnika, no nije gotovo kad premijer misli da je gotovo, već kad se pobroji dovoljan broj ruku u Saboru koje će podržati očito kontroverznog suca. A nikad se ne zna hoće li netko od zastupnika iz vladajuće koalicije na koje HDZ računa promijeniti mišljenje, jer izbori samo što nisu, pa takvi onda kalkuliraju naveliko.

I dok se javnost zabavlja dopisivanjem između Josipe Rimac, danas Pleslić, i Ivana Turudića, tada suca, a danas još i najozbiljnijeg pretendenta na fotelju glavnog državnog odvjetnika, splitski odvjetnik Mišo Živaljić upozorava da je sve to izmaknulo kontroli. Po njegovu mišljenju, iznimno je problematično to što se vodi rasprava o prepiskama dvoje ljudi koje su stare godinama.

Politika potire struku 

– Ovo je zapravo previše osjetljivo pitanje. Nas se, dakle mislim na javnost, odjednom bombardira pričom koja je stara sedam-osam godina. Zato je logično postaviti pitanje zašto se to radi baš sada, u ovom trenutku, i zašto se te informacije koje se čuvalo svih ovih godina plasiraju upravo u ovom trenutku – veli Živaljić i objašnjava da je tajming objave prepiske između Rimac i Turudića, a do koje je davno došao USKOK – ključan. 

– Znači, ako je u svemu tome postojala neka nezakonitost, zašto se o njoj šutjelo do današnjeg dana? To se očito radilo iz dnevnopolitičkih razloga. I upravo to može frustrirati obične ljude. Jesu li te poruke uopće istinite i je li njihov sadržaj inkriminiran, odnosno tereti li on nekoga i stavlja ga u položaj u kojem bi mogao biti izložen progonu, to je sasvim druga priča. Nažalost, politika je prevladala nad strukom i to je ono što je možda najveći problem –  kaže odvjetnik Živaljić.

Naš sugovornik veli da se objavom ovakvih prepiski pokušava i nečiju stručnost dovesti u pitanje.

– Što je od svega objavljenog prava istina, nitko od nas ne zna. U dnevnopolitičke svrhe odjednom se izvlače nekakve nezakonitosti, a to smeta svakom normalnom građaninu. Uopće ne želim komentirati je li istina ili nije sve ono što se na temu ovog dopisivanja objavljuje, niti mi je to zanimljivo, ali ponavljam: zašto se sada nekome imputira da je "takav i takav", u trenutku izbora za dužnost glavnog državnog odvjetnika? – pita Živaljić.

Delikatno pitanje

Hoće li i premijer Andrej Plenković rezonirati na isti način? Je li ovo i za njega samo stvar dnevnopolitičkog obračuna s kandidatom koji opoziciji i dijelu javnosti očito nije po volji?

– Ne želim se u ovoj situaciji stavljati na ničiju stranu jer se radi o vrlo delikatnom pitanju. Turudića će vjerojatno izabrati na tu dužnost, ali da ja sad kažem je li to istina što čitamo ili nije, u to stvarno ne želim ulaziti. Kao građaninu, ali i odvjetniku, smeta mi ako netko ima informacije iz kojih se vidi da je određena osoba počinila neko kazneno djelo, trgovala utjecajem i slično, da to godinama stoji?! Pa tako svakomu od nas za deset godina netko može reći "ti si prije deset godina rekao to i to"?! Taj dio mi smeta. Ništa drugo.

Ponovit ću, zašto se nije reagiralo odmah ako je nešto bilo suspektno? I ako je bilo, jer ne mogu znati što je istina, tim prije jer znamo do koje je razine danas došla "deepfake" tehnologija. Pa se od jedne riječi bez problema rade dvije, a od jednog lica više, i zašto bismo svemu tome bezrezervno vjerovali ako je od tog snimanja prošlo osam ili deset godina? I da se koristi na ovaj način. Tko god ima saznanje da je netko počinio nekakvo kazneno djelo, mora odmah to iznijeti da bi se ono moglo procesuirati.
