Izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa obiteljski liječnici bi trebali biti ti koji će odlučivati jesu li njihovi pacijenti sposobni voziti. Usvoji li se taj zakon sve pada na njihova leđa.

"Na primjer, pacijent nam se javi zbog visoke temperature ili zbog išijasa ili alergije. Mi taj čas moramo odrediti koje vrijeme on ne može voziti auto, upisati to u karton i putem centralnog elektronskog zdravstvenog sustava o tome obavijestimo policiju", rekla je Nataša Ban Toksić, predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine.

Dosad je takve odluke donosila medicina rada, piše dnevnik.hr.

"Jedino specijalisti medicine rada u svom kurikulumu specijalizacije imaju dio koji se odnosi na utvrđivanje zdravstvene sposobnosti sudionika u prometu", rekao je Tomislav Furlan, predsjednik Hrvatskog društva za medicinu rada.

I procedura je bila drukčija.

"Ako ja utvrdim da je netko privremeno ili trajno nesposoban za upravljanje motornim vozilom, taj netko ima rok od 15 dana da se žali drugostupanjskom povjerenstvu za utvrđivanje zdravstvene sposobnosti. Ovdje nema prava žalbe", rekao je Furlan.

Kod liječnika autom, a doma pješice: bilo bi moguće da pacijent koji je kod liječnika stigao automobilom, kući mora pješice.

"Sposobnost upravljanja vozilom može smanjiti i konzumiranje čitave palete lijekova. Iznenadili biste se da se tu nalaze i lijekovi protiv alergije i lijekovi za smanjenje lučenja želučane kiseline", rekla je Ban Toksić.

Profesionalnim vozačima pak preskakanje jedne instance odgovara.

S druge strane, obiteljski liječnici strahuju da će izmjene Zakona drastično narušiti odnos liječnika i pacijenta.

"Moguće će biti i agresije i verbalne i fizičke jer s time smo se već do sada i suočavali", rekla je Ban Toksić te dodala: "Zamislite da zakonom nametnete svećenicima obavezu da odaju ispovjednu tajnu ili odvjetnicima da izdaju ono što im njihovi klijenti, tj. branjenici, u povjerenju kažu."

Ljutiti su što pri izradi Zakona nije konzultirano nijedno stručno društvo ni liječnička udruga. Tijekom e-savjetovanja na Zakon je pristiglo više od 220 komentara koji se trenutno analiziraju.

O problemima novog Zakona uživo u Dnevniku Nove TV reporterka Barbara Štrbac razgovarala je s Vikicom Krolo, zamjenicom predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore. Ona je rekla da se još uvijek ne zna koji će lijekovi i dijagnoze biti na popisu razloga za oduzimanje vozačke sposobnosti.

"Moram reći da se liječnici ne slažu s time da oni prijavljuju svoje pacijente policiji jer narušava odnos liječnika i pacijenata te nam smanjuje mogućnosti što boljeg liječenja", rekla je.

"To može značiti da nam se pacijent neće javiti kada je bolestan i možda će otići u neku privatnu polikliniku koja ga ne mora prijaviti. Sigurno će izbjegavati dolazak liječniku kada sumnja da bismo ga mogli prijaviti. Mi se zalažemo za individualnu odgovornost svakoga vozača koji dobije upozorenje da nije sposoban za vožnju", dodala je Krolo.

Na mnogim lijekovima, poput tableta za spavanje ili alergije, postoji upozorenje da smanjuju sposobnost vožnje.

"Kada bismo se rigidno držali toga, onda bismo pola stanovništva Hrvatske mogli prijaviti da ne smije voziti, ali mi znamo da pacijent može uzeti lijek prije spavanja i sutra ujutro biti sposoban za vožnju. To ne može nitko kontrolirati, a osobito ne liječnici jer oni nisu tutori svojih pacijenata", zaključila je Krolo, piše dnevnik.hr.

Tako bi vozači koje muče alergije ili žgaravica mogli ostati bez dozvole koju bi mogao oduzimati obiteljski liječnik. To je, naime, predviđeno u izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Za izmjene je upravo završilo e-savjetovanje, a što će se od mnoštva primjedbi uvažiti, znat će se za nekoliko dana.

Izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa obiteljski liječnici bi trebali biti ti koji će odlučivati jesu li njihovi pacijenti sposobni voziti. Usvoji li se taj zakon sve pada na njihova leđa.

"Na primjer, pacijent nam se javi zbog visoke temperature ili zbog išijasa ili alergije. Mi taj čas moramo odrediti koje vrijeme on ne može voziti auto, upisati to u karton i putem centralnog elektronskog zdravstvenog sustava o tome obavijestimo policiju", rekla je Nataša Ban Toksić, predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine.

Dosad je takve odluke donosila medicina rada, piše dnevnik.hr.

"Jedino specijalisti medicine rada u svom kurikulumu specijalizacije imaju dio koji se odnosi na utvrđivanje zdravstvene sposobnosti sudionika u prometu", rekao je Tomislav Furlan, predsjednik Hrvatskog društva za medicinu rada.

I procedura je bila drukčija.

"Ako ja utvrdim da je netko privremeno ili trajno nesposoban za upravljanje motornim vozilom, taj netko ima rok od 15 dana da se žali drugostupanjskom povjerenstvu za utvrđivanje zdravstvene sposobnosti. Ovdje nema prava žalbe", rekao je Furlan.

Kod liječnika autom, a doma pješice: bilo bi moguće da pacijent koji je kod liječnika stigao automobilom, kući mora pješice.

"Sposobnost upravljanja vozilom može smanjiti i konzumiranje čitave palete lijekova. Iznenadili biste se da se tu nalaze i lijekovi protiv alergije i lijekovi za smanjenje lučenja želučane kiseline", rekla je Ban Toksić.

Profesionalnim vozačima pak preskakanje jedne instance odgovara.

S druge strane, obiteljski liječnici strahuju da će izmjene Zakona drastično narušiti odnos liječnika i pacijenta.

"Moguće će biti i agresije i verbalne i fizičke jer s time smo se već do sada i suočavali", rekla je Ban Toksić te dodala: "Zamislite da zakonom nametnete svećenicima obavezu da odaju ispovjednu tajnu ili odvjetnicima da izdaju ono što im njihovi klijenti, tj. branjenici, u povjerenju kažu."

Ljutiti su što pri izradi Zakona nije konzultirano nijedno stručno društvo ni liječnička udruga. Tijekom e-savjetovanja na Zakon je pristiglo više od 220 komentara koji se trenutno analiziraju.

O problemima novog Zakona uživo u Dnevniku Nove TV reporterka Barbara Štrbac razgovarala je s Vikicom Krolo, zamjenicom predsjednika Hrvatske liječničke komore. Ona je rekla da se još uvijek ne zna koji će lijekovi i dijagnoze biti na popisu razloga za oduzimanje vozačke sposobnosti.

"Moram reći da se liječnici ne slažu s time da oni prijavljuju svoje pacijente policiji jer narušava odnos liječnika i pacijenata te nam smanjuje mogućnosti što boljeg liječenja", rekla je.

"To može značiti da nam se pacijent neće javiti kada je bolestan i možda će otići u neku privatnu polikliniku koja ga ne mora prijaviti. Sigurno će izbjegavati dolazak liječniku kada sumnja da bismo ga mogli prijaviti. Mi se zalažemo za individualnu odgovornost svakoga vozača koji dobije upozorenje da nije sposoban za vožnju", dodala je Krolo.

Na mnogim lijekovima, poput tableta za spavanje ili alergije, postoji upozorenje da smanjuju sposobnost vožnje.

"Kada bismo se rigidno držali toga, onda bismo pola stanovništva Hrvatske mogli prijaviti da ne smije voziti, ali mi znamo da pacijent može uzeti lijek prije spavanja i sutra ujutro biti sposoban za vožnju. To ne može nitko kontrolirati, a osobito ne liječnici jer oni nisu tutori svojih pacijenata", zaključila je Krolo, piše dnevnik.hr.

Tako bi vozači koje muče alergije ili žgaravica mogli ostati bez dozvole koju bi mogao oduzimati obiteljski liječnik. To je, naime, predviđeno u izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa na cestama. Za izmjene je upravo završilo e-savjetovanje, a što će se od mnoštva primjedbi uvažiti, znat će se za nekoliko dana.

Izmjenama Zakona o sigurnosti prometa obiteljski liječnici bi trebali biti ti koji će odlučivati jesu li njihovi pacijenti sposobni voziti. Usvoji li se taj zakon sve pada na njihova leđa.

"Na primjer, pacijent nam se javi zbog visoke temperature ili zbog išijasa ili alergije. Mi taj čas moramo odrediti koje vrijeme on ne može voziti auto, upisati to u karton i putem centralnog elektronskog zdravstvenog sustava o tome obavijestimo policiju", rekla je Nataša Ban Toksić, predsjednica Koordinacije hrvatske obiteljske medicine.

Dosad je takve odluke donosila medicina rada, piše dnevnik.hr.
