Predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik Oružanih snaga Zoran Milanović upriličio je prijam u prigodi obilježavanja Dana policije u svom uredu na Pantovčaku. Govorio je o situaciji u VSOA-i, to jest razrješenju šefa te agencije Ivice Kindera.

- Radi se o reputaciji sigurnosno-obavještajnog sustava, o službi gdje su prije desetak godina dva čelna čovjeka morala otići s čela službe da bi kasnije bili optuženi i osuđeni zbog utaje i to mi daje razlog da zaključim da se ništa nije promijenilo, kazao je predsjednik, a piše N1.

- Sada to više nije rang ravnatelja, ali to su osobe koje su radile pod njima, za koje je on znao. Nama ovo nisu nepoznate stvari. Morao sam ovako reagirati, rekao je Milanović pa dodao.

- Što je tu radio i ministar obrane? On predlaže ravnatelja VSOA-e, ali po pitanju stanja tamo nije napravio ništa. Dakle, nama ovo nisu nepoznate stvari. Nakon što sam poslalo dopis premijeru da se razriješi ravnatelja VSOA-e slušao sam vrlo pozorno što je rekao premijer i za ono što sam čuo ne mogu reći da sam zadovoljan ili nezadovoljan. Možda ga nisam posve razumio. Predsjednik Vlade rekao je da postoje razlozi za odlazak ravnatelja VSOA-e, i to je u redu rekao je Milanović pa dodao:

- Premijeru je očito bitnije da to mjesto bude popunjeno i da smisle kandidata i pošalju mi dopis bez konzultacija. Koji drugi zaključak da izvučem iz toga? Ova agencija ne može ostati bez čelne osobe. On će čuvati to mjesto dok ja ne pristanem na prijedlog koji će mi poslati Banožić, rekao je predsjednik.

- O pitanju nasljednika Kindera možemo razgovarati i razgovarat ćemo samo u okviru rješavanja cijelog pitanja imenovanja u Oružanim snagama koja zjape prazna, navodi Milanović pa se osvrnuo na slučaj Burčul.

- Prije godinu dana ministar je potjerao brigadira Burčula s mjesta Počasno-zaštitne bojne, a to bi i ja mogao napraviti s Kinderom. Ali neću. Burčul je najuren hicem iz leđa, kao da se gađa vepra. A taj čovjek je kasnije tražio zadovoljštinu na Upravom sudu koji je odlučio u njegovu korist. No, u Hrvatskoj možete hladno odmahnuti rukom na presudu suda i nikom ništa naprosto jer HDZ to valjda može.

Osvrnuo se Milanović i na pitanje veleposlanika.

- Imali smo kandidata za stalnog izaslanika u NATO-u. No, ni takav kandidat kojeg sam ja prihvati ministru se nije dopao. Ministar ima svoju ulogu, i ovakav zreo za DORH. Pravna poslovica kaže da tko previše dokazuje a ništa ne dokaže. Treba dokazivati stalno, neumorno i ponavljati stvari očite.

Kaže da mu nije drago ovo što se dogodilo u VSOA-i:

- Moja poruka je da imamo puno ozbiljnih tema za razgovor u Oružanim snagama. VSOA je već trebala imati upražnjeno mjesto ravnatelja, prenosi N1.

Predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik Oružanih snaga Zoran Milanović upriličio je prijam u prigodi obilježavanja Dana policije u svom uredu na Pantovčaku. Govorio je o situaciji u VSOA-i, to jest razrješenju šefa te agencije Ivice Kindera.

- Radi se o reputaciji sigurnosno-obavještajnog sustava, o službi gdje su prije desetak godina dva čelna čovjeka morala otići s čela službe da bi kasnije bili optuženi i osuđeni zbog utaje i to mi daje razlog da zaključim da se ništa nije promijenilo, kazao je predsjednik, a piše N1.

- Sada to više nije rang ravnatelja, ali to su osobe koje su radile pod njima, za koje je on znao. Nama ovo nisu nepoznate stvari. Morao sam ovako reagirati, rekao je Milanović pa dodao.

- Što je tu radio i ministar obrane? On predlaže ravnatelja VSOA-e, ali po pitanju stanja tamo nije napravio ništa. Dakle, nama ovo nisu nepoznate stvari. Nakon što sam poslalo dopis premijeru da se razriješi ravnatelja VSOA-e slušao sam vrlo pozorno što je rekao premijer i za ono što sam čuo ne mogu reći da sam zadovoljan ili nezadovoljan. Možda ga nisam posve razumio. Predsjednik Vlade rekao je da postoje razlozi za odlazak ravnatelja VSOA-e, i to je u redu rekao je Milanović pa dodao:

- Premijeru je očito bitnije da to mjesto bude popunjeno i da smisle kandidata i pošalju mi dopis bez konzultacija. Koji drugi zaključak da izvučem iz toga? Ova agencija ne može ostati bez čelne osobe. On će čuvati to mjesto dok ja ne pristanem na prijedlog koji će mi poslati Banožić, rekao je predsjednik.

- O pitanju nasljednika Kindera možemo razgovarati i razgovarat ćemo samo u okviru rješavanja cijelog pitanja imenovanja u Oružanim snagama koja zjape prazna, navodi Milanović pa se osvrnuo na slučaj Burčul.

- Prije godinu dana ministar je potjerao brigadira Burčula s mjesta Počasno-zaštitne bojne, a to bi i ja mogao napraviti s Kinderom. Ali neću. Burčul je najuren hicem iz leđa, kao da se gađa vepra. A taj čovjek je kasnije tražio zadovoljštinu na Upravom sudu koji je odlučio u njegovu korist. Osvrnuo se Milanović i na pitanje veleposlanika.

- Imali smo kandidata za stalnog izaslanika u NATO-u. No, ni takav kandidat kojeg sam ja prihvati ministru se nije dopao. Ministar ima svoju ulogu, i ovakav zreo za DORH. Pravna poslovica kaže da tko previše dokazuje a ništa ne dokaže. Treba dokazivati stalno, neumorno i ponavljati stvari očite.

Predsjednik Republike i vrhovni zapovjednik Oružanih snaga Zoran Milanović upriličio je prijam u prigodi obilježavanja Dana policije u svom uredu na Pantovčaku. Govorio je o situaciji u VSOA-i, to jest razrješenju šefa te agencije Ivice Kindera.

- Radi se o reputaciji sigurnosno-obavještajnog sustava, o službi gdje su prije desetak godina dva čelna čovjeka morala otići s čela službe da bi kasnije bili optuženi i osuđeni zbog utaje i to mi daje razlog da zaključim da se ništa nije promijenilo, kazao je predsjednik, a piše N1.

- Sada to više nije rang ravnatelja, ali to su osobe koje su radile pod njima, za koje je on znao. Nama ovo nisu nepoznate stvari. Morao sam ovako reagirati, rekao je Milanović pa dodao.

- Što je tu radio i ministar obrane? On predlaže ravnatel...
