Strah od terorizma zatvorio je Europu. Pojačavaju se kontrole granica. Obavještajne službe intenziviraju nadzor. Budno se motri svaka sumnjiva “ćelija” radikalnih islamista. Rat na Bliskom istoku, zaprijetili su vođe muslimanskih militanata, prelit će se i na Europu.
Hrvatska se zasad čini sigurnom oazom. Dovoljno daleko od krvavog kaosa u Gazi da nas osvetničke ruke Hamasa i Hesbollaha zaobiđu.

---Mate Laušić, prvi šef osiguranja Franje Tuđmana, kasnije i načelnik Uprave Vojne policije, upozorava da nas to nipošto ne smije zavarati te da prijetnju terorizmom i u Hrvatskoj trebamo shvatiti ozbiljno.
– Hrvatska u ovoj priči nije neki otok da može biti sigurna da će je takve stvari zaobići. Članica smo Europske unije i NATO-a, te međunarodne asocijacije imaju ovdje svoje urede, tu se nalaze veleposlanstva i državljani zemalja koji su se postavili na jednu od strana u sukobu. Oni potencijalno mogu postati mete terorističkih napada i tu činjenicu ne treba ignorirati. Europska unija javno je podržala Izrael uz poštovanje međunarodnog humanitarnog prava – ističe u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Laušić.
I naglašava da ovu situaciju nikako ne bismo smjeli podcijeniti.
– Potrebno je da službe podignu razinu opreza i da se maksimalno koncentriraju na ovu problematiku. Naravno, s punom profesionalnošću, ne ni s kakvom paranojom. U Hrvatskoj borave tisuće tražitelja azila, neki od njih mogu imati veze s terorističkim skupinama i zato je pojačana pozornost potrebna – navodi ovaj stručnjak za sigurnost.

U susjednoj BiH postoje vehabijske i selafijske zajednice radikalnih islamista. Dio ih je svojedobno otišao boriti se u Siriju na strani ISIL-a, dio promovira džihad zasad samo na riječima.
– Nije tu samo BiH, nego i Sandžak te dio Crne Gore. Rekao bih da su najopasniji postali tzv. vukovi samotnjaci, koji ne pripadaju ni jednoj poznatoj ćeliji, koji su radikalizirani ili u zemljama u kojima žive, ili su došli u njih s ciljem da izvedu terorističke akcije – navodi Laušić.
Neka bomba, napad kamionom ili pucnjava, za Hrvatsku bi, smatra on, bio veliki udarac.
– Bio bi to slom za naš turizam. Izravno kroz trošak smještaja i usluga, što neizravno kroz izvanpansionsku potrošnju, turizam generira više od 20 posto prihoda u BDP-u. Za usporedbu, u Italiji turizam sudjeluje samo s četiri posto prihoda u BDP-u. Turisti su “vrapci”. Njima je kod odabira destinacije na drugom ili trećem mjestu upravo sigurnost. Ako nje nema, oni “odlete”. Nakon napada terorista ne može je biti pa turisti tu destinaciju prekriže. I okrenu se drugim, sigurnijim opcijama – navodi Laušić.
Pritom napominje da se danas u svijetu dosta terorističkih napada spriječi i prije nego se oni dogode.
– To se medijski ne prati, to ostaje u sjeni tajnosti službi. Cilj terorista i jest da se sa svojom akcijom pojave u vijestima u “prime timeu”, da izazovu uznemirenost stanovništva i isprovociraju pretjeranu reakciju države. Kad to postignu, oni su uspjeli – naglašava Laušić.
Da bi se od takvih napada obranila, država mora predvidjeti plan postupanja u svakom scenariju. I u danom trenutku taj plan slijediti.
– Terorizam više nema jednoznačnu definiciju. Cilj im je biti što krvaviji i brutalniji, kako bi kod građana izazvali osjećaj jeze i straha. Tome služi odsijecanja glave koja se snimaju kamerom i slične brutalnosti. Država onda odluči manifestirati silu pa na ulice izvuče oklopna vozila i duge cijevi – zaključuje Laušić.
Zato je terorizam, gdje god se može i kad god se može, bolje u startu spriječiti.
Jer posljedice na dugi rok mogu doista biti pogubne.

Strah od terorizma zatvorio je Europu. Pojačavaju se kontrole granica. Obavještajne službe intenziviraju nadzor. Budno se motri svaka sumnjiva “ćelija” radikalnih islamista. Rat na Bliskom istoku, zaprijetili su vođe muslimanskih militanata, prelit će se i na Europu.
Hrvatska se zasad čini sigurnom oazom. Dovoljno daleko od krvavog kaosa u Gazi da nas osvetničke ruke Hamasa i Hesbollaha zaobiđu.

---Mate Laušić, prvi šef osiguranja Franje Tuđmana, kasnije i načelnik Uprave Vojne policije, upozorava da nas to nipošto ne smije zavarati te da prijetnju terorizmom i u Hrvatskoj trebamo shvatiti ozbiljno.
– Hrvatska u ovoj priči nije neki otok da može biti sigurna da će je takve stvari zaobići. Članica smo Europske unije i NATO-a, te međunarodne asocijacije imaju ovdje svoje urede, tu se nalaze veleposlanstva i državljani zemalja koji su se postavili na jednu od strana u sukobu. Oni potencijalno mogu postati mete terorističkih napada i tu činjenicu ne treba ignorirati. Europska unija javno je podržala Izrael uz poštovanje međunarodnog humanitarnog prava – ističe u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju Laušić.
I naglašava da ovu situaciju nikako ne bismo smjeli podcijeniti.
– Potrebno je da službe podignu razinu opreza i da se maksimalno koncentriraju na ovu problematiku. Naravno, s punom profesionalnošću, ne ni s kakvom paranojom. U Hrvatskoj borave tisuće tražitelja azila, neki od njih mogu imati veze s terorističkim skupinama i zato je pojačana pozornost potrebna – navodi ovaj stručnjak za sigurnost.

U susjednoj BiH postoje vehabijske i selafijske zajednice radikalnih islamista. Dio ih je svojedobno otišao boriti se u Siriju na strani ISIL-a, dio promovira džihad zasad samo na riječima.
– Nije tu samo BiH, nego i Sandžak te dio Crne Gore. Rekao bih da su najopasniji postali tzv. vukovi samotnjaci, koji ne pripadaju ni jednoj poznatoj ćeliji, koji su radikalizirani ili u zemljama u kojima žive, ili su došli u njih s ciljem da izvedu terorističke akcije – navodi Laušić.
Neka bomba, napad kamionom ili pucnjava, za Hrvatsku bi, smatra on, bio veliki udarac.
– Bio bi to slom za naš turizam. Izravno kroz trošak smještaja i usluga, što neizravno kroz izvanpansionsku potrošnju, turizam generira više od 20 posto prihoda u BDP-u. Za usporedbu, u Italiji turizam sudjeluje samo s četiri posto prihoda u BDP-u. Turisti su “vrapci”. Njima je kod odabira destinacije na drugom ili trećem mjestu upravo sigurnost. Ako nje nema, oni “odlete”. Nakon napada terorista ne može je biti pa turisti tu destinaciju prekriže. I okrenu se drugim, sigurnijim opcijama – navodi Laušić.
Pritom napominje da se danas u svijetu dosta terorističkih napada spriječi i prije nego se oni dogode.
– To se medijski ne prati, to ostaje u sjeni tajnosti službi. Cilj terorista i jest da se sa svojom akcijom pojave u vijestima u “prime timeu”, da izazovu uznemirenost stanovništva i isprovociraju pretjeranu reakciju države. Kad to postignu, oni su uspjeli – naglašava Laušić.
Da bi se od takvih napada obranila, država mora predvidjeti plan postupanja u svakom scenariju. I u danom trenutku taj plan slijediti.
– Terorizam više nema jednoznačnu definiciju. Cilj im je biti što krvaviji i brutalniji, kako bi kod građana izazvali osjećaj jeze i straha. Tome služi odsijecanja glave koja se snimaju kamerom i slične brutalnosti. Država onda odluči manifestirati silu pa na ulice izvuče oklopna vozila i duge cijevi – zaključuje Laušić.
Zato je terorizam, gdje god se može i kad god se može, bolje u startu spriječiti.
Jer posljedice na dugi rok mogu doista biti pogubne.
