Državni inspektorat se pohvalio kako su odrezali 151 novčanu kaznu, na ukupno 234.000 eura, za poduzetnike koji su povećali cijene bez opravdanja. Jedna od onih kojoj su poslali bijelu omotnicu s kaznom od 3000 eura je zagrebačka frizerka Sabina Samardžija. Odrezali su joj 1990,84 eura kazne kao pravnoj osobi, plus 1327,23 eura kao odgovornoj osobi.

Naime, Sabina nam je potvrdila kako je ona vlasnica i ujedno jedina radnica istoimenog frizerskog salona u zagrebačkom Sigetu, pa bi sve trebala sama platiti.

Kriva je, kažu inspektori, jer je povećala cijenu bojenja i frizure kratke kose i to za 0,45 posto. "Pituravanje" koje je koštalo 150 kuna konvertirala u 20 eura, a ne 19,91. Devet centi više. Zamjerili su joj što je i žensko šišanje koje je bilo 50 kuna (6,64 eura) konvertirala u sedam eura.

Sabini je pao mrak kad je vidjela da da su joj inspektori zbog dvije nove cijene, odnosno dvije usluge koje su poskupile za 36 i devet centi odrezali ikakvu, a kamoli takvu drakonsku kaznu.

- Ovo je veliki prekršaj protiv nas poduzetnika. Krše se prava slobodnoga tržišta pod izlikom da mi kršimo prava potrošača, a ja sam, zamislite, za svega dva posto digla cijene i to nakon što sam punih 11 godina držala iste cijene - kazala nam je ova frizerka, te dodala kako je iza Nove godine cijene nekih usluga čak i smanjila.

Kategorički tvrdi kako, iako je riječ o simboličkom poskupljenju, nije dizala cijene zbog prelaska na euro nego zato što su joj i troškovi svega porasli i nije još više posao bio održiv.

- Moj cjenik je javan i nemam što kriti, niti se zbog ičega osjećati krivom. Cijenu muškog šišanja sam čak i snizila, iako je i dosad bila svega 40 kuna. Zapravo sam samo blago korigirala cijene usluga za koje koristim repromaterijal, budući da je on iza Nove godine poskupio pet posto. Dakle, ja 11 godina držim iste cijene, a meni je u zadnje vrijeme struja poskupila 100 posto, Čistoća 100 posto, najavljuje se poskupljenje vode, telekoma, knjigovođa mi je poskupio... A ja ne smijem dignut cijenu par centi?! - ogorčena je ova frizerka.

Kako su u međuvremenu i njezini klijenti saznali kakvu je kaznu dobila, jer je sve objavila na Facebooku, cijeli dan danas joj stižu poruke podrške.

- Nikada nisam zloupotrijebila povjerenje svojih klijenata, godinama mi isti ljudi dolaze, oduvijek sam bila korektna i evo što sam doživjela. A je li mene itko išta pita kad HEP diže cijene? Ja nisam oštetila nikoga, zapravo radim na svoju štetu, jer je nama frizerima, koji radimo s ljudima jedan na jedan, najteže dizati cijene i za tim posežemo u krajnjoj nuždi - u dahu nam je ispričala.

Sabina je članica Udruge glas poduzetnika i na njihov Facebook grupi je objavila prekršajni nalog koji je dobila, ali i prigovor koji je poslala DIRH-u. 

- Ovo me je izbacilo iz cipela! Nadam se da će mi prigovor uvažiti, kao i drugim mojim kolegama, jer nije prekršajni nalog osnovan. Inače, možemo svi ključ u bravu! - zaključila je.

Frizerka Sabina Samardžija se šokirala kad je otvorila kuvertu

Državni inspektorat se pohvalio kako su odrezali 151 novčanu kaznu, na ukupno 234.000 eura, za poduzetnike koji su povećali cijene bez opravdanja. Jedna od onih kojoj su poslali bijelu omotnicu s kaznom od 3000 eura je zagrebačka frizerka Sabina Samardžija. Odrezali su joj 1990,84 eura kazne kao pravnoj osobi, plus 1327,23 eura kao odgovornoj osobi.

Naime, Sabina nam je potvrdila kako je ona vlasnica i ujedno jedina radnica istoimenog frizerskog salona u zagrebačkom Sigetu, pa bi sve trebala sama platiti.

Kriva je, kažu inspektori, jer je povećala cijenu bojenja i frizure kratke kose i to za 0,45 posto. "Pituravanje" koje je koštalo 150 kuna konvertirala u 20 eura, a ne 19,91. Devet centi više. Zamjerili su joj što je i žensko šišanje koje je bilo 50 kuna (6,64 eura) konvertirala u sedam eura.

Sabini je pao mrak kad je vidjela da da su joj inspektori zbog dvije nove cijene, odnosno dvije usluge koje su poskupile za 36 i devet centi odrezali ikakvu, a kamoli takvu drakonsku kaznu.

- Ovo je veliki prekršaj protiv nas poduzetnika. Krše se prava slobodnoga tržišta pod izlikom da mi kršimo prava potrošača, a ja sam, zamislite, za svega dva posto digla cijene i to nakon što sam punih 11 godina držala iste cijene - kazala nam je ova frizerka, te dodala kako je iza Nove godine cijene nekih usluga čak i smanjila.

Kategorički tvrdi kako, iako je riječ o simboličkom poskupljenju, nije dizala cijene zbog prelaska na euro nego zato što su joj i troškovi svega porasli i nije još više posao bio održiv.

- Moj cjenik je javan i nemam što kriti, niti se zbog ičega osjećati krivom. Cijenu muškog šišanja sam čak i snizila, iako je i dosad bila svega 40 kuna. Zapravo sam samo blago korigirala cijene usluga za koje koristim repromaterijal, budući da je on iza Nove godine poskupio pet posto. Dakle, ja 11 godina držim iste cijene, a meni je u zadnje vrijeme struja poskupila 100 posto, Čistoća 100 posto, najavljuje se poskupljenje vode, telekoma, knjigovođa mi je poskupio... A ja ne smijem dignut cijenu par centi?! - ogorčena je ova frizerka.

Kako su u međuvremenu i njezini klijenti saznali kakvu je kaznu dobila, jer je sve objavila na Facebooku, cijeli dan danas joj stižu poruke podrške.

- Nikada nisam zloupotrijebila povjerenje svojih klijenata, godinama mi isti ljudi dolaze, oduvijek sam bila korektna i evo što sam doživjela. A je li mene itko išta pita kad HEP diže cijene? Ja nisam oštetila nikoga, zapravo radim na svoju štetu, jer je nama frizerima, koji radimo s ljudima jedan na jedan, najteže dizati cijene i za tim posežemo u krajnjoj nuždi - u dahu nam je ispričala.

Sabina je članica Udruge glas poduzetnika i na njihov Facebook grupi je objavila prekršajni nalog koji je dobila, ali i prigovor koji je poslala DIRH-u. 

- Ovo me je izbacilo iz cipela! Nadam se da će mi prigovor uvažiti, kao i drugim mojim kolegama, jer nije prekršajni nalog osnovan. Inače, možemo svi ključ u bravu! - zaključila je.
