U mnogim hrvatskim općinama, naročito priobalnim, svjedočimo prostornom neredu. Reklo bi se da se gradi što se i kako hoće, preblizu moru ili susjedima, izvan gabarita, u najrazličitijim stilovima, s premalo ili čak nimalo ukusa i dodira struke.
Takvo stanje u prostoru jasan je dokaz ili loših zakona ili njihova lošeg provođenja.
Tome je, međutim, odlučila doskočiti istarska općina Pićan čiji su vijećnici jednoglasno usvojili pete izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana.
Vijećnici Branko Ružić (Istarski demokrati) i Antun Selar (HDZ) tražili su pojašnjenje odredbi o kosim i ravnim krovovima, u kontekstu kuća za odmor privatnih iznajmljivača. Eli Mišan, odgovorna voditeljica izrade prijedloga plana iz pulske tvrtke Urban plan d.o.o., odgovorila im je da se zbog zaštite lokalne tradicionalne arhitekture stambene građevine mogu graditi samo s kosim krovovima, te da ravni krovovi mogu biti samo na zgradama ugostiteljsko-turističke i poslovne namjene, piše Glas Istre.

Vijećnik Selar tražio je pojašnjenje za slučaj kad se izgradi kuća s apartmanima za turizam, s ravnim krovom, a poslije vlasnik odustane od turizma i odluči živjeti u toj kući.
Općinski načelnik Dean Močinić pojasnio je da će se ako se zatraži prenamjena objekta morati izgraditi i kosi krov, a Ružić i Mišan složili su se oko toga da kuća s ravnim krovom nagrđuje identitet Istre.
- Do sada se moglo zidati bilo koju i bilo kakvu kuću, bilo koje namjene. Toga više nema, zaključio je Daniel Stanić, predsjednik Vijeća, piše Glas Istre.

Zasigurno će se naći neki koji bi htjeli mijenjati namjenu objekta, a ne vrstu krova pa im ovakvo rješenje neće odgovarati. Ali stanje u prostoru koje svaki dan gledamo jasno pokazuje da reda mora biti. A najbolje je kada se u startu propišu pravila igre i kada se pazi da ih se pridržava.

U mnogim hrvatskim općinama, naročito priobalnim, svjedočimo prostornom neredu. Reklo bi se da se gradi što se i kako hoće, preblizu moru ili susjedima, izvan gabarita, u najrazličitijim stilovima, s premalo ili čak nimalo ukusa i dodira struke.
Takvo stanje u prostoru jasan je dokaz ili loših zakona ili njihova lošeg provođenja.
Tome je, međutim, odlučila doskočiti istarska općina Pićan čiji su vijećnici jednoglasno usvojili pete izmjene i dopune Prostornog plana.
Vijećnici Branko Ružić (Istarski demokrati) i Antun Selar (HDZ) tražili su pojašnjenje odredbi o kosim i ravnim krovovima, u kontekstu kuća za odmor privatnih iznajmljivača. Eli Mišan, odgovorna voditeljica izrade prijedloga plana iz pulske tvrtke Urban plan d.o.o., odgovorila im je da se zbog zaštite lokalne tradicionalne arhitekture stambene građevine mogu graditi samo s kosim krovovima, te da ravni krovovi mogu biti samo na zgradama ugostiteljsko-turističke i poslovne namjene, piše Glas Istre.

Vijećnik Selar tražio je pojašnjenje za slučaj kad se izgradi kuća s apartmanima za turizam, s ravnim krovom, a poslije vlasnik odustane od turizma i odluči živjeti u toj kući.
Općinski načelnik Dean Močinić pojasnio je da će se ako se zatraži prenamjena objekta morati izgraditi i kosi krov, a Ružić i Mišan složili su se oko toga da kuća s ravnim krovom nagrđuje identitet Istre.
- Do sada se moglo zidati bilo koju i bilo kakvu kuću, bilo koje namjene. Toga više nema, zaključio je Daniel Stanić, predsjednik Vijeća, piše Glas Istre.

Zasigurno će se naći neki koji bi htjeli mijenjati namjenu objekta, a ne vrstu krova pa im ovakvo rješenje neće odgovarati. Ali stanje u prostoru koje svaki dan gledamo jasno pokazuje da reda mora biti. A najbolje je kada se u startu propišu pravila igre i kada se pazi da ih se pridržava.
