Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2019.godini zabilježen je pad broja umrlih osoba u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Umrlo je 908 osoba manje nego u 2018. godini.

Od ukupno 51.798 umrlih u 2019. godini 25.356 ili 49 posto odnosilo se na muške,  a 26.442 ili  51% na ženske osobe. Opća stopa mortaliteta u blagom je padu u odnosu na onu za prethodnu godinu i iznosi 12,7 na sto tisuća stanovnika prema procjeni stanovništva sredinom 2019. godine (4.065.253).

Prvi uzrok smrti su bolesti cirkulacijskog sustava od kojih je umrlo 22.020 osoba – 541,7 na sto tisuća  stanovnika. Od novotvorina, druge po redu skupine bolesti vodećih uzroka smrti, umrlo je 13.718 osoba – 337,5 na sto tisuća stanovnika.

Tri četvrtine svih uzroka smrti u Hrvatskoj je iz ove dvije skupine bolesti, a preostale smrti odnose se  na bolesti endokrinog sustava (4.034–99,2 na sto tisuća), ozljede i otrovanja (2.814–69,2 na sto tisuća), bolesti dišnog sustava (2.313 – 56,9 na sto tisuća) i druge manje zastupljene uzroke.

Udio nepoznatih i nedovoljno definiranih uzroka smrti iznosio je 0,6 posto.

U 2019. godini u Hrvatskoj je zabilježeno 2.813 nasilnih smrti (69,2 na sto tisuća), od toga je 2.114 nastalo nesretnim slučajem (stopa 52,0 na sto tisuća), 582 samoubojstvom (stopa 14,3 na sto tisuća), ubojstvom 32 (stopa 0,8 na sto tisuća). Stope su izračunate na procjenu stanovništva sredinom 2019. godine.

Među nesretnim slučajevima najučestalije su smrti zbog padova (1253, stopa 30,8 na sto tisuća) i prometnih nesreća (356, stopa 8,8 na sto tisuća), zatim slijede otrovanja (98, stopa 2,4 na sto tisuća), ugušenja (82, stopa 2,0 na sto tisuća) i utapanja (78, stopa 1,9 na sto tisuća).

Nasilne smrti kao uzrok smrti u žena (4,4 post,; stopa 55,4 na sto tisuća) su u manjem udjelu nego u muškaraca (6,5 posto, 83,6 na sto tisuća).

Nasilne smrti u dobi od 0 do 64 godine imaju udio od 11,8 posto u svim uzrocima smrti i treći su uzrok smrti, dok su u dobi iznad 65 godina, s udjelom od 4,1 posto, na petom mjestu među vodećim uzrocima smrti.

Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2019.godini zabilježen je pad broja umrlih osoba u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Umrlo je 908 osoba manje nego u 2018. godini.

Od ukupno 51.798 umrlih u 2019. godini 25.356 ili 49 posto odnosilo se na muške,  a 26.442 ili  51% na ženske osobe. Opća stopa mortaliteta u blagom je padu u odnosu na onu za prethodnu godinu i iznosi 12,7 na sto tisuća stanovnika prema procjeni stanovništva sredinom 2019. godine (4.065.253).

Prvi uzrok smrti su bolesti cirkulacijskog sustava od kojih je umrlo 22.020 osoba – 541,7 na sto tisuća  stanovnika. Od novotvorina, druge po redu skupine bolesti vodećih uzroka smrti, umrlo je 13.718 osoba – 337,5 na sto tisuća stanovnika.

Tri četvrtine svih uzroka smrti u Hrvatskoj je iz ove dvije skupine bolesti, a preostale smrti odnose se  na bolesti endokrinog sustava (4.034–99,2 na sto tisuća), ozljede i otrovanja (2.814–69,2 na sto tisuća), bolesti dišnog sustava (2.313 – 56,9 na sto tisuća) i druge manje zastupljene uzroke.

Udio nepoznatih i nedovoljno definiranih uzroka smrti iznosio je 0,6 posto.

U 2019. godini u Hrvatskoj je zabilježeno 2.813 nasilnih smrti (69,2 na sto tisuća), od toga je 2.114 nastalo nesretnim slučajem (stopa 52,0 na sto tisuća), 582 samoubojstvom (stopa 14,3 na sto tisuća), ubojstvom 32 (stopa 0,8 na sto tisuća). Stope su izračunate na procjenu stanovništva sredinom 2019. godine.

Među nesretnim slučajevima najučestalije su smrti zbog padova (1253, stopa 30,8 na sto tisuća) i prometnih nesreća (356, stopa 8,8 na sto tisuća), zatim slijede otrovanja (98, stopa 2,4 na sto tisuća), ugušenja (82, stopa 2,0 na sto tisuća) i utapanja (78, stopa 1,9 na sto tisuća).

Nasilne smrti kao uzrok smrti u žena (4,4 post,; stopa 55,4 na sto tisuća) su u manjem udjelu nego u muškaraca (6,5 posto, 83,6 na sto tisuća).

Nasilne smrti u dobi od 0 do 64 godine imaju udio od 11,8 posto u svim uzrocima smrti i treći su uzrok smrti, dok su u dobi iznad 65 godina, s udjelom od 4,1 posto, na petom mjestu među vodećim uzrocima smrti.

Čak tri četvrtine Hrvata umire od jedne od bolesti iz ove dvije skupine, a četiri puta više građana pogiba zbog padova nego u prometnim nesrećama

Prema podacima Državnog zavoda za statistiku u 2019.godini zabilježen je pad broja umrlih osoba u odnosu na prethodnu godinu. Umrlo je 908 osoba manje nego u 2018. godini.

Od ukupno 51.798 umrlih u 2019. godini 25.356 ili 49 posto odnosilo se na muške,  a 26.442 ili  51% na ženske osobe. Opća stopa mortaliteta u blagom je padu u odnosu na onu za prethodnu godinu i iznosi 12,7 na sto tisuća stanovnika prema procjeni stanovništva sredinom 2019. godine (4.065.253).

Prvi uzrok smrti su bolesti cirkulacijskog sustava od kojih je umrlo 22.020 osoba – 541,7 na sto tisuća  stanovnika. Od novotvorina, druge po redu skupine bolesti vodećih uzroka smrti, umrlo je 13.718 osoba – 337,5 na sto tisuća stanovnika.

Tri četvrtine svih uzroka smrti u Hrvatskoj je iz ove dvije skupine ...
