Nema samo Split svog "Mad Maxa", pojavio se još jedan, a po svemu sudeći puno je aktivniji od Dalmatinca poznatog po ludoj vožnji.

Naime, najosuđivanija osoba s bjelovarskog područja, 54-godišnji Nenad Vukašinović zvani ‘bjelovarski Mad Max‘ ili ‘Talijan iz Prgomelja‘ po svemu sudeći je početkom godine napravio posljednji prekršaj za duže vrijeme, piše Klikni.hr.

Naime, nedavno je protiv njega potvrđena optužnica koja ga tereti za više ozbiljnih kaznenih djela, u istražnom je zatvoru još od 6. siječnja, a ako se optužbe protiv njega pokažu točnima, lako je moguće da na duže vrijeme završi iza rešetaka.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Bjelovaru Vukašinovića tereti za počinjenje kaznenih djela prisile prema službenoj osobi i krivotvorenja isprave, a navedena kaznena djela počinio je 6. siječnja ove godine. Bilo je to uslijed njegovih posljednjih "avantura" kada je pijan vozeći automobil bježao policiji, a po običaju je taj automobil na sebi imao nepripadajuće registarske pločice. No, ovog puta to i nije najveći problem s kojim je Vukašinović suočen jer ga se tereti i da je pokušao automobilom pregaziti policajca.

Ipak, 54-godišnjaka se ne tereti zbog ubojstva u pokušaju, već zbog ipak blažeg kaznenog djela odnosno prisile između službene osobe. Oko 20.15 sati dana 6. siječnja, u nakani da spriječi postupanje policijskog službenika koji je stajao na središnjem dijelu kolnika u Rovišću i svjetlećom tablicom STOP mu davao naredbu da zaustavi auto krapinskih tablica kojim je upravljao i za kojim je u tijeku bila policijska potjera, smanjio je brzinu kretanja.

No, kada je policajac krenuo prilaziti njegovom osobnom automobilu, naglo je Vukašinović prednjim dijelom vozila skrenuo prema njemu i ubrzao vozilo, zbog čega je on bio prisiljen skočiti u stranu kako bi izbjegao da ga udari vozilom, nakon čega je bez zaustavljanja nastavio vožnju.

Potjera za Vukašinovićem trajala je još neko vrijeme i konačno je zaustavljen i svladan u Žabjaku. I to tako da su čak tri policijska vozila morala usporavati njegovo kretanje i to s prednje, bočne i stražnje strane, prilikom čega je Vukašinović udario i oštetio dva policijska vozila.

Utvrđeno je i da je vozio sa 1,35 promila alkohola u organizmu, a odlukom Prekršajnog odjela bjelovarskog suda oduzeto mu je i vozilo. Dakako, odmah mu je oduzeta i sloboda.

Nema samo Split svog "Mad Maxa", pojavio se još jedan, a po svemu sudeći puno je aktivniji od Dalmatinca poznatog po ludoj vožnji.

Naime, najosuđivanija osoba s bjelovarskog područja, 54-godišnji Nenad Vukašinović zvani ‘bjelovarski Mad Max‘ ili ‘Talijan iz Prgomelja‘ po svemu sudeći je početkom godine napravio posljednji prekršaj za duže vrijeme, piše Klikni.hr.

Naime, nedavno je protiv njega potvrđena optužnica koja ga tereti za više ozbiljnih kaznenih djela, u istražnom je zatvoru još od 6. siječnja, a ako se optužbe protiv njega pokažu točnima, lako je moguće da na duže vrijeme završi iza rešetaka.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Bjelovaru Vukašinovića tereti za počinjenje kaznenih djela prisile prema službenoj osobi i krivotvorenja isprave, a navedena kaznena djela počinio je 6. siječnja ove godine. Bilo je to uslijed njegovih posljednjih "avantura" kada je pijan vozeći automobil bježao policiji, a po običaju je taj automobil na sebi imao nepripadajuće registarske pločice. No, ovog puta to i nije najveći problem s kojim je Vukašinović suočen jer ga se tereti i da je pokušao automobilom pregaziti policajca.

Ipak, 54-godišnjaka se ne tereti zbog ubojstva u pokušaju, već zbog ipak blažeg kaznenog djela odnosno prisile između službene osobe. Oko 20.15 sati dana 6. siječnja, u nakani da spriječi postupanje policijskog službenika koji je stajao na središnjem dijelu kolnika u Rovišću i svjetlećom tablicom STOP mu davao naredbu da zaustavi auto krapinskih tablica kojim je upravljao i za kojim je u tijeku bila policijska potjera, smanjio je brzinu kretanja.

No, kada je policajac krenuo prilaziti njegovom osobnom automobilu, naglo je Vukašinović prednjim dijelom vozila skrenuo prema njemu i ubrzao vozilo, zbog čega je on bio prisiljen skočiti u stranu kako bi izbjegao da ga udari vozilom, nakon čega je bez zaustavljanja nastavio vožnju.

Potjera za Vukašinovićem trajala je još neko vrijeme i konačno je zaustavljen i svladan u Žabjaku. I to tako da su čak tri policijska vozila morala usporavati njegovo kretanje i to s prednje, bočne i stražnje strane, prilikom čega je Vukašinović udario i oštetio dva policijska vozila.

Utvrđeno je i da je vozio sa 1,35 promila alkohola u organizmu, a odlukom Prekršajnog odjela bjelovarskog suda oduzeto mu je i vozilo. Dakako, odmah mu je oduzeta i sloboda.

Nema samo Split svog "Mad Maxa", pojavio se još jedan, a po svemu sudeći puno je aktivniji od Dalmatinca poznatog po ludoj vožnji.

Naime, najosuđivanija osoba s bjelovarskog područja, 54-godišnji Nenad Vukašinović zvani ‘bjelovarski Mad Max‘ ili ‘Talijan iz Prgomelja‘ po svemu sudeći je početkom godine napravio posljednji prekršaj za duže vrijeme, piše Klikni.hr.

Naime, nedavno je protiv njega potvrđena optužnica koja ga tereti za više ozbiljnih kaznenih djela, u istražnom je zatvoru još od 6. siječnja, a ako se optužbe protiv njega pokažu točnima, lako je moguće da na duže vrijeme završi iza rešetaka.
