Udruga Glas poduzetnika (UGP) u petak je upozorila na težak položaj turističkih agencija u godinu dana pandemije tijekom koje su izgubile više od 90 posto prihoda, uz ocjenu da Vlada nije učinila ništa kako bi im pomogla.
"U medijima se spominje da su putničke agencije od države dobile milijarde kuna pomoći, što jednostavno nije točno. Također, ministar Fuchs i ministrica Brnjac mole putničke agencije da pronađu novac kako bi vratile putnicima izdane vaučere, a spominje se i novi zakon po kojemu je agencija dužna u roku od 15 dana vratiti klijentima novac. Međutim, ne spominje se da su putničke agencije izgubile u prosjeku više od 90 posto prihoda zadnjih godinu dana", ističu u priopćenju iz UGP-a.
Dodaju da vlasnici putničkih agencija ne mogu dobiti kredite kako bi vratili novac klijentima i da su osuđeni prodavati vlastite nekretnine kako bi pokrili troškove, kao da do sada nisu dobile nijednu lipu pomoći od države, ni od bilo koje druge institucije.
Jedina pomoć koju su dobile je 4.000 kuna za radnike, a za svakog zaposlenika poslodavac ima dodatan trošak plaćanja prijevoza i ostalih fiksnih troškova za koje se do danas nije našlo rješenje, kažu u UGP-u.
Kažu da nisu pokriveni ni fiksni troškovi, a kako su zatvorene, agencije ne mogu podmiriti sve troškove koji pristižu, pri čemu iz UGP-a napominju da "nisu zatvorene odlukom Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, ali im je poslovanje u cijelosti ograničeno mjerama Vlade".
Iznose i da je država ponudila putničkim agencijama državna jamstva za kredite, ali im banke odbijaju zahtjeve, zbog čega su iz UGP-a poslali dopis Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, iz kojeg nisu dobili odgovor o tome koje banke će prihvatiti državna jamstva.
Kažu i da vlasnici putničkih agencija žele klijentima vratiti novac od vouchera te spasiti radna mjesta i poslovanje, što je pokazala i njihova anketa provedena prošli tjedan među vlasnicima, kao i da su sve u istim problemima.
"Nije istina da je vraćeno više od 60 posto vaučera klijentima jer se radi o milijunskim iznosima. Prema podacima koje smo dobili od anketiranih putničkih agencija, dug za vaučere je veći od 28 milijuna kuna, a vraćeno je svega 8 milijuna kuna", iznose iz UGP-a.
Zaključuju kako je "očito da će država dozvoliti da agencije odu u stečaj i zatvore vrata" te da mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta onda neće značiti ništa, jer će vlasnici morati zatvoriti agencije, zaposlenici će ostati bez posla, a klijenti bez novca.
Prenose još i komentar jednog od vlasnika, koji kaže da mjere Vlade nisu dovoljne nego "sramotne".
"Od države dobijemo 4.000 kuna po zaposleniku, troškovi hladnog pogona tvrtke u ovom trenutku iznose 250 tisuća kuna mjesečno. Kao vlasnik i direktor tvrtke prodao sam jednu nekretninu i pet automobila kako bih smanjio minus i gubitke, koji trenutno iznose dva milijuna kuna", priča iskustva taj vlasnik.
Dodaje i da je u razgovoru s kolegama iz Francuske dobio informaciju da Francuska turističkim agencijama podmiruje 80 posto bruto plaće, agenciji s pet zaposlenih djelatnika i 10 tisuća eura, a sve su agencije od države dobile i kredite s 0 posto kamata, a Francuska je i odbila zahtjev EU-a za ukidanjem vaučera za usluge koje nisu pružene tijekom pandemije, čime, po njemu, država štiti svoju turističku industriju.
I iz Udruge hrvatskih putničkih agencija ovih dana, ali i ranije, upozoravaju na težak položaj agencija. Njen predsjednik Tomislav Fain kaže da su 'na koljenima", da moraju prodavati imovinu da bi pokrili troškove i da se bez pomoći države neće moći pripremiti za sezonu.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika (UGP) u petak je upozorila na težak položaj turističkih agencija u godinu dana pandemije tijekom koje su izgubile više od 90 posto prihoda, uz ocjenu da Vlada nije učinila ništa kako bi im pomogla.

Također, ministar Fuchs i ministrica Brnjac mole putničke agencije da pronađu novac kako bi vratile putnicima izdane vaučere, a spominje se i novi zakon po kojemu je agencija dužna u roku od 15 dana vratiti klijentima novac. Međutim, ne spominje se da su putničke agencije izgubile u prosjeku više od 90 posto prihoda zadnjih godinu dana", ističu u priopćenju iz UGP-a.
Dodaju da vlasnici putničkih agencija ne mogu dobiti kredite kako bi vratili novac klijentima i da su osuđeni prodavati vlastite nekretnine kako bi pokrili troškove, kao da do sada nisu dobile nijednu lipu pomoći od države, ni od bilo koje druge institucije.
Jedina pomoć koju su dobile je 4.000 kuna za radnike, a za svakog zaposlenika poslodavac ima dodatan trošak plaćanja prijevoza i ostalih fiksnih troškova za koje se do danas nije našlo rješenje, kažu u UGP-u.
Kažu da nisu pokriveni ni fiksni troškovi, a kako su zatvorene, agencije ne mogu podmiriti sve troškove koji pristižu, pri čemu iz UGP-a napominju da "nisu zatvorene odlukom Nacionalnog stožera civilne zaštite, ali im je poslovanje u cijelosti ograničeno mjerama Vlade".
Iznose i da je država ponudila putničkim agencijama državna jamstva za kredite, ali im banke odbijaju zahtjeve, zbog čega su iz UGP-a poslali dopis Ministarstvu turizma i sporta, iz kojeg nisu dobili odgovor o tome koje banke će prihvatiti državna jamstva.
Kažu i da vlasnici putničkih agencija žele klijentima vratiti novac od vouchera te spasiti radna mjesta i poslovanje, što je pokazala i njihova anketa provedena prošli tjedan među vlasnicima, kao i da su sve u istim problemima.
"Nije istina da je vraćeno više od 60 posto vaučera klijentima jer se radi o milijunskim iznosima. Prema podacima koje smo dobili od anketiranih putničkih agencija, dug za vaučere je veći od 28 milijuna kuna, a vraćeno je svega 8 milijuna kuna", iznose iz UGP-a.
Zaključuju kako je "očito da će država dozvoliti da agencije odu u stečaj i zatvore vrata" te da mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta onda neće značiti ništa, jer će vlasnici morati zatvoriti agencije, zaposlenici će ostati bez posla, a klijenti bez novca.
Prenose još i komentar jednog od vlasnika, koji kaže da mjere Vlade nisu dovoljne nego "sramotne".
"Od države dobijemo 4.000 kuna po zaposleniku, troškovi hladnog pogona tvrtke u ovom trenutku iznose 250 tisuća kuna mjesečno. Kao vlasnik i direktor tvrtke prodao sam jednu nekretninu i pet automobila kako bih smanjio minus i gubitke, koji trenutno iznose dva milijuna kuna", priča iskustva taj vlasnik.
Dodaje i da je u razgovoru s kolegama iz Francuske dobio informaciju da Francuska turističkim agencijama podmiruje 80 posto bruto plaće, agenciji s pet zaposlenih djelatnika i 10 tisuća eura, a sve su agencije od države dobile i kredite s 0 posto kamata, a Francuska je i odbila zahtjev EU-a za ukidanjem vaučera za usluge koje nisu pružene tijekom pandemije, čime, po njemu, država štiti svoju turističku industriju.
I iz Udruge hrvatskih putničkih agencija ovih dana, ali i ranije, upozoravaju na težak položaj agencija. Njen predsjednik Tomislav Fain kaže da su 'na koljenima", da moraju prodavati imovinu da bi pokrili troškove i da se bez pomoći države neće moći pripremiti za sezonu.
