Njemački proizvođač luksuznih automobila BMW završava fazu otpuštanja radnika i planira otvoriti 6.000 novih radnih mjesta u idućoj godini, najavio je predsjednik uprave Oliver Zipse u razgovoru za njemačke medije.
Kompanija je dobrano odmakla u preobrazbi poslovanja, pripremila je pogone za e-mobilnost i očekuje rast prodaje i u 2022. godini, rekao je Zipse za list Münchner Merkur.
"Zato ćemo iduće godine povećati našu radnu snagu do pet posto", dodao je.
BMW trenutno ima oko 120.000 zaposlenih nakon što je prošle godine otpustio oko 6.000 radnika.
Novi su radnici potrebni zbog velike potražnje za novim električnim modelima, objasnio je Zipse.
"Naš i4 rasprodan je već mjesecima, kao i iX. Iduće godine dolazi električna serija 7 i čeka nas ista situacija", rekao je.
Nova radna mjesta otvaraju se prvenstveno u Njemačkoj, istaknuo je glasnogovornik BMW-a. Model i4 proizvodi se u Münchenu, a SUV iX u Dingolfingu.
Kompanija traži stručnjake za istraživanje baterija, automatiziranu vožnju, razvoj softvera i IT sigurnost, kao i IT arhitekte za baze podataka i sustave računalstva u oblaku te programere aplikacija za infotainment i zabavu.
U proizvodnji se traže i djelatnici za elektroodržavanje i za upravljanje postrojenjima.
Zipse je ipak upozorio da bi potražnju mogao zakočiti nedovoljan broj punionica za električne automobile.
"U Europi broj električnih automobila trenutno raste pet puta brže od infrastrukture", upozorio je čelnik njemačke tvrtke i zato se odlučno protivi zabrani vozila s motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem.
"To bi najveću njemačku industriju neizbježno gurnulo u scenarij pada", drži Zipse.
Po njegovom bi se mišljenju ciljevi smanjenja emisije CO2 trebali povezati sa obvezujućim ciljevima izgradnje infrastrukture za punjenje električnih automobila.
Drugi je izazov trenutna globalna nestašica čipova, iako Zipse vjeruje da će taj problem biti riješen za godinu dana, s obzirom na kontinuirana ulaganja.

Njemački proizvođač luksuznih automobila BMW završava fazu otpuštanja radnika i planira otvoriti 6.000 novih radnih mjesta u idućoj godini, najavio je predsjednik uprave Oliver Zipse u razgovoru za njemačke medije.
Kompanija je dobrano odmakla u preobrazbi poslovanja, pripremila je pogone za e-mobilnost i očekuje rast prodaje i u 2022. godini, rekao je Zipse za list Münchner Merkur.
"Zato ćemo iduće godine povećati našu radnu snagu do pet posto", dodao je.
BMW trenutno ima oko 120.000 zaposlenih nakon što je prošle godine otpustio oko 6.000 radnika.
Novi su radnici potrebni zbog velike potražnje za novim električnim modelima, objasnio je Zipse.
"Naš i4 rasprodan je već mjesecima, kao i iX. Iduće godine dolazi električna serija 7 i čeka nas ista situacija", rekao je.
Nova radna mjesta otvaraju se prvenstveno u Njemačkoj, istaknuo je glasnogovornik BMW-a. Model i4 proizvodi se u Münchenu, a SUV iX u Dingolfingu.
Kompanija traži stručnjake za istraživanje baterija, automatiziranu vožnju, razvoj softvera i IT sigurnost, kao i IT arhitekte za baze podataka i sustave računalstva u oblaku te programere aplikacija za infotainment i zabavu.
U proizvodnji se traže i djelatnici za elektroodržavanje i za upravljanje postrojenjima.
Zipse je ipak upozorio da bi potražnju mogao zakočiti nedovoljan broj punionica za električne automobile.
"U Europi broj električnih automobila trenutno raste pet puta brže od infrastrukture", upozorio je čelnik njemačke tvrtke i zato se odlučno protivi zabrani vozila s motorima s unutarnjim izgaranjem.
"To bi najveću njemačku industriju neizbježno gurnulo u scenarij pada", drži Zipse.
Po njegovom bi se mišljenju ciljevi smanjenja emisije CO2 trebali povezati sa obvezujućim ciljevima izgradnje infrastrukture za punjenje električnih automobila.
Drugi je izazov trenutna globalna nestašica čipova, iako Zipse vjeruje da će taj problem biti riješen za godinu dana, s obzirom na kontinuirana ulaganja.
