Poduzetnici i obrtnici koji budu zatvoreni zbog odluke Stožera u okviru restriktivnijih mjera koje će se predstaviti danas, i dalje mogu računati na postojeće subvencije plaća od 4000 kuna po zaposlenom, imat će pravo i na otpis plaćanja doprinosa za mirovinsko osiguranje, odgodu plaćanja poreza, a ići će se i na neke dodatne mjere za najpogođenije sektore nakon razgovora s predstavnicima strukovnih udruga.

Predstavnici Ministarstva financija trebali bi razgovarati i s bankarima kako bi se onima koji će biti zatvoreni omogućili moratoriji na kredite, a apelirat će se i na najmodavce da im izađu u susret. Vjeruje se da će banke izaći u susret i radnicima koji budu trebali moratorij na kredite. U Vladi računaju da će se lakše postići dogovor jer se ne ide u snažan lockdown kao na proljeće, piše Jutarnji list.

Prevelik izdatak

Ipak, poduzetnici koje će država zatvoriti, kako je to rekao jučer ministar rada Josip Aladrović, neće moći računati na to da će im država pokriti 75 posto prihoda koje su imali u istom mjesecu prošle godine, kao što to ima Njemačka, jer to proračun ne bi mogao izdržati. Ministar je pak rekao da će svaka epidemiološka mjera imati i ekonomsku protumjeru.

- Vlada će pomoći svim subjektima koji se nađu u nepovoljnoj situaciji, a nove će se ekonomske protumjere objaviti ovih dana, nakon finaliziranja novih epidemioloških mjera - najavio je Aladrović.

Mjera subvencija na plaće za očuvanje radnih mjesta, objašnjava nam Zvonimir Savić, premijerov posebni savjetnik za ekonomiju, moći će se financirati iz programa SURE.

Efekt na BDP

Hrvatska je već dobila prvu tranšu u iznosu od 510 milijuna eura povoljnih zajmova, a ukupan je iznos više od milijardu eura. Za iduću godinu već je predviđen iznos od 2,5 milijardi kunai.

- Mjera direktnog sufinanciranja plaća pokazala se vrlo dobrom i kod nas i u EU jer ne samo da poduzetnicima privremeno olakšava situaciju da zadrže radnike do trenutka kad kriza prođe i dalje s njima mogu računati, nego i održava potrošnju, a nama se dvije trećine BDP-a generira iz potrošnje - objašnjava Savić.

Dodaje da će se razgovarati s ciljanim sektorima koji će biti pogođeni zatvaranjem..

- Dobra je poruka i da je za sljedeću godinu u proračunu već predviđeno 2,5 milijarde kuna za najugroženije sektore, a gdje god budemo mogli, koristit ćemo sredstva iz SURE programa i bespovratna sredstva iz React EU - kaže Savić.

Ne vjeruje da će ovo djelomično zaključavanje previše utjecati na projicirani pad BDP-a za ovu godinu od osam posto.

Poduzetnici i obrtnici koji budu zatvoreni zbog odluke Stožera u okviru restriktivnijih mjera koje će se predstaviti danas, i dalje mogu računati na postojeće subvencije plaća od 4000 kuna po zaposlenom, imat će pravo i na otpis plaćanja doprinosa za mirovinsko osiguranje, odgodu plaćanja poreza, a ići će se i na neke dodatne mjere za najpogođenije sektore nakon razgovora s predstavnicima strukovnih udruga.

Predstavnici Ministarstva financija trebali bi razgovarati i s bankarima kako bi se onima koji će biti zatvoreni omogućili moratoriji na kredite, a apelirat će se i na najmodavce da im izađu u susret. Vjeruje se da će banke izaći u susret i radnicima koji budu trebali moratorij na kredite. U Vladi računaju da će se lakše postići dogovor jer se ne ide u snažan lockdown kao na proljeće, piše Jutarnji list.

Prevelik izdatak

Ipak, poduzetnici koje će država zatvoriti, kako je to rekao jučer ministar rada Josip Aladrović, neće moći računati na to da će im država pokriti 75 posto prihoda koje su imali u istom mjesecu prošle godine, kao što to ima Njemačka, jer to proračun ne bi mogao izdržati. Ministar je pak rekao da će svaka epidemiološka mjera imati i ekonomsku protumjeru.

- Vlada će pomoći svim subjektima koji se nađu u nepovoljnoj situaciji, a nove će se ekonomske protumjere objaviti ovih dana, nakon finaliziranja novih epidemioloških mjera - najavio je Aladrović.

Mjera subvencija na plaće za očuvanje radnih mjesta, objašnjava nam Zvonimir Savić, premijerov posebni savjetnik za ekonomiju, moći će se financirati iz programa SURE.

Efekt na BDP

Hrvatska je već dobila prvu tranšu u iznosu od 510 milijuna eura povoljnih zajmova, a ukupan je iznos više od milijardu eura. Za iduću godinu već je predviđen iznos od 2,5 milijardi kunai.

- Mjera direktnog sufinanciranja plaća pokazala se vrlo dobrom i kod nas i u EU jer ne samo da poduzetnicima privremeno olakšava situaciju da zadrže radnike do trenutka kad kriza prođe i dalje s njima mogu računati, nego i održava potrošnju, a nama se dvije trećine BDP-a generira iz potrošnje - objašnjava Savić.

Dodaje da će se razgovarati s ciljanim sektorima koji će biti pogođeni zatvaranjem..

- Dobra je poruka i da je za sljedeću godinu u proračunu već predviđeno 2,5 milijarde kuna za najugroženije sektore, a gdje god budemo mogli, koristit ćemo sredstva iz SURE programa i bespovratna sredstva iz React EU - kaže Savić.

Ne vjeruje da će ovo djelomično zaključavanje previše utjecati na projicirani pad BDP-a za ovu godinu od osam posto.

Kako će Vlada pomoći poduzetnicima koji moraju zatvoriti: apelirat će na banke da im omoguće moratorije na kredite, tražit će se i pomoć najmodavaca

Poduzetnici i obrtnici koji budu zatvoreni zbog odluke Stožera u okviru restriktivnijih mjera koje će se predstaviti danas, i dalje mogu računati na postojeće subvencije plaća od 4000 kuna po zaposlenom, imat će pravo i na otpis plaćanja doprinosa za mirovinsko osiguranje, odgodu plaćanja poreza, a ići će se i na neke dodatne mjere za najpogođenije sektore nakon razgovora s predstavnicima strukovnih udruga.

Predstavnici Ministarstva financija trebali bi razgovarati i s bankarima kako bi se onima koji će biti zatvoreni omogućili moratoriji na kredite, a apelirat će se i na najmodavce da im izađu u susret. Vjeruje se da će banke izaći u susret i radnicima koji budu trebali moratorij na kredite. U Vladi računaju da će se lakše postići dogovor jer se ne ide u snažan...
