Kako će se pratiti ide li klub u smjeru koji je postavila Strategija? Odgovor daje Ivan Matana:

- Radit ćemo trogodišnje poslovne planove u kojima će biti jasno određeni ciljevi koji moraju biti usklađeni sa Strategijom. Jasno su određeni rokovi i odgovorne osobe. Strategija bi trebala biti dokaz stabilnosti i kontinuiteta, a toga nam je u prošlosti nedostajalo i to je detektirano kao jedan od glavnih razloga rezultatskog podbačaja.

No mogu li se predvidjeti baš svi detalji? Evo, pravi je primjer pandemija koja je totalno poremetila svijet.

- Ako imate plan, lakše se prilagoditi. Ako improvizirate, onda vas svaki poremećaj izbaci iz takta. Strategija je kostur koji drži organizaciju na pravom smjeru. Ima preko 100 stranica, iz nje proizlazi sportska strategija, pa strategija razvoja Akademije, infrastrukture… Ono što je državi Ustav, ovdje je Statut, a u njemu je jasno definirano što je Strategija – istaknuo je Matana.

Koliko je izrada Strategije trajala i koštala?

- Financijski je dio poslovna tajna između nas i konzultanata. Koliko je trajala? Pa, 2007. godine prvi je kamenčić zakotrljao lavinu, bio je to Kodeks koji je 2011. unesen u Statut. Na Strategiji intenzivno radimo otkad sam došao u klub (op.a. od 1. veljače ove godine), a treba reći da je 2019. Deloitte napravio kvalitetnu analizu koja je poslužila kao temelj izrade Strategije.

Kako će se pratiti ide li klub u smjeru koji je postavila Strategija? Odgovor daje Ivan Matana:

- Radit ćemo trogodišnje poslovne planove u kojima će biti jasno određeni ciljevi koji moraju biti usklađeni sa Strategijom. Jasno su određeni rokovi i odgovorne osobe. Strategija bi trebala biti dokaz stabilnosti i kontinuiteta, a toga nam je u prošlosti nedostajalo i to je detektirano kao jedan od glavnih razloga rezultatskog podbačaja.

No mogu li se predvidjeti baš svi detalji? Evo, pravi je primjer pandemija koja je totalno poremetila svijet.

- Ako imate plan, lakše se prilagoditi. Ako improvizirate, onda vas svaki poremećaj izbaci iz takta. Strategija je kostur koji drži organizaciju na pravom smjeru. Ima preko 100 stranica, iz nje proizlazi sportska strategija, pa strategija razvoja Akademije, infrastrukture… Ono što je državi Ustav, ovdje je Statut, a u njemu je jasno definirano što je Strategija – istaknuo je Matana.

Koliko je izrada Strategije trajala i koštala?

- Financijski je dio poslovna tajna između nas i konzultanata. Koliko je trajala? Pa, 2007. godine prvi je kamenčić zakotrljao lavinu, bio je to Kodeks koji je 2011. unesen u Statut. Na Strategiji intenzivno radimo otkad sam došao u klub (op.a. od 1. veljače ove godine), a treba reći da je 2019. Deloitte napravio kvalitetnu analizu koja je poslužila kao temelj izrade Strategije.

Kako će se pratiti ide li klub u smjeru koji je postavila Strategija? Odgovor daje Ivan Matana:

- Radit ćemo trogodišnje poslovne planove u kojima će biti jasno određeni ciljevi koji moraju biti usklađeni sa Strategijom. Jasno su određeni rokovi i odgovorne osobe. Strategija bi trebala biti dokaz stabilnosti i kontinuiteta, a toga nam je u prošlosti nedostajalo i to je detektirano kao jedan od glavnih razloga rezultatskog podbačaja.

No mogu li se predvidjeti baš svi detalji? Evo, pravi je primjer pandemija koja je totalno poremetila svijet.

- Ako imate plan, lakše se prilagoditi. Ako improvizirate, onda vas svaki poremećaj izbaci iz takta. Strategija je kostur koji drži organizaciju na pravom smjeru. Ima preko 100 stranica, iz nje proizlazi sportska strategija, pa strategija razv...
