- Sama postava je nepoštena; licitiramo za pune prostore koji su uhodani posao. Ne znam kako je to uopće zakonito. Ako si ima sam svoj prostor, roh-bau, bez ičega, koji si sam uredio i u njemu 30 godina gradio posao, da ti sad oni nabiju svoju cijenu. A svima nam je u pravilu 30 do 40 posto skuplje izašao najam.

Nekima i više jer su im se drugi pokušali ubaciti s većom ponudom koju su onda morali sami pokriti da bi zadržali prostor u koji je već uložen ogroman trud i ogromne godine.

Pa kako bi to bilo da netko drugi sad tu dođe na gotovo? - pita se Ivan Perić iza pulta mesnice "Bilić" na pazariću na Plokitama, reagirajući na jučerašnju licitaciju kojim su zakupci ostvarili pravo na (daljnji) najam prostora u sklopu ove tržnice.

Uz tamošnje smo banke, kioske i trgovine prošetali ne bismo li doznali kako "pogođeni" zakupci doživljavaju način na koji se gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak i njegov zamjenik Bojan Ivošević obračunavaju s onime što sami opisuju kao nered na splitskim tržnicama; u pravilu naišavši na burne reakcije.

- Ja i sestra radimo, njen je dućan, ali sam ja jučer išla na licitaciju i mogu vam samo reći da nisam zadovoljna - govori nam Anela Pašalić, koju zatičemo kako sa susjedom iz obližnjeg kioska komentira ovu aktualnu temu na vratima trgovine tekstilom.

- Ti moraš licitirati tu veću cijenu samo da zadržiš prostor. Mi smo do sada plaćali 1.800 kuna, a sada nam je minimalna tražena cijena bila 2.500 s PDV-om.

I normalno da sam ja išla s najnižom, ali da je doša netko s većom ponudom - ode nam posal. Kako su, recimo, za prostor gdje je "Ribolin" dućan od početne cijena koja je bila 66 tisuća kuna, došli na 600 tisuća kuna?!

Ili kako se dogodilo čovjeku u kafiću, ovdje iza kantuna, kojemu su u startu digli cijenu na 3.300, pa je za isti prostor došla ponuda od 4.500 koliko će na kraju sam morati plaćati. Di će on sa 60 godina tražiti drugi posal? I je l' to pošteno? Nije! - ogorčena je Pašalić.

Sam vlasnik spomenutog kafića u koji smo se potom uputili ljubazno nas je otpravio uz riječi:

- Nemojte me ništa pitati jer ću biti baš nervozan ako krenem o tome govoriti. Puno bi toga reka, ali mi je bolje da šutim - pa potom ipak dodao:

- Svima je sve prošlo u redu, svi moćnici su ostali na svome, a meni je ovdje gdje gledam kako ću prodati deset kava, došla firma s vinima iz Istre i ponudila odmah duplu cijenu za prostor - rezignirano će pa dodaje kako su na isti način cijenu najma digli i drugima, pa neki umjesto 4.000 tisuće kuna sada moraju plaćati i do 13 tisuća kuna za mjesečni najam prostora.

Na vanjskim kioscima i bancima uglavnom su bez komentara, njih se licitacija (još) nije takla, i nadaju se da ni neće.

Ima i onih koji su promjenom zadovoljni, poput lokalnog frizera, koji će, kako nam je kazao, s 40-ak posto uvećanom cijenom najma lakše preživjeti nego s izgubljenim prostorom, čega se do jučer najviše bojao.

No s tim strahom, do idućeg kruga licitacije nastavlja živjeti vlasnica male trgovine zdravom hranom, smještene u kutku pazara za koji i sama kaže da je "zavučen, vlažan i nikakav" te ne vrijedi traženih novaca.

- U startu mi je cijena dignuta za 60 posto, tako da je nisam na licitaciju izišla sa cijenom, nego bez nje i sad čekam drugi krug pa ćemo vidjeti kako će to završiti. A komentar je da su nam digli cijene jer će uložiti. Pa prvo uložite - onda dižite cijene. Nismo mi svi ovdje blesavi - govori nam trgovkinja ističući kako već traži drugi prostor.

Svi smo mi te ugovore davno platiti, nitko nije ništa dobio mukte i nitko nam nije pomogao. A sad nam još prijete da nam neće vratiti ni onih 5.000 kuna što smo uplatili za sudjelovanje na licitaciji jer se ovo s "Ribolom" pretvorilo u smijeh. Kao da smo mi za to krivi - ogorčeno će ova Splićanka.

- Sama postava je nepoštena; licitiramo za pune prostore koji su uhodani posao. Ne znam kako je to uopće zakonito. Ako si ima sam svoj prostor, roh-bau, bez ičega, koji si sam uredio i u njemu 30 godina gradio posao, da ti sad oni nabiju svoju cijenu. A svima nam je u pravilu 30 do 40 posto skuplje izašao najam.

Nekima i više jer su im se drugi pokušali ubaciti s većom ponudom koju su onda morali sami pokriti da bi zadržali prostor u koji je već uložen ogroman trud i ogromne godine.

Pa kako bi to bilo da netko drugi sad tu dođe na gotovo? - pita se Ivan Perić iza pulta mesnice "Bilić" na pazariću na Plokitama, reagirajući na jučerašnju licitaciju kojim su zakupci ostvarili pravo na (daljnji) najam prostora u sklopu ove tržnice.

Uz tamošnje smo banke, kioske i trgovine prošetali ne bismo li doznali kako "pogođeni" zakupci doživljavaju način na koji se gradonačelnik Ivica Puljak i njegov zamjenik Bojan Ivošević obračunavaju s onime što sami opisuju kao nered na splitskim tržnicama; u pravilu naišavši na burne reakcije.

- Ja i sestra radimo, njen je dućan, ali sam ja jučer išla na licitaciju i mogu vam samo reći da nisam zadovoljna - govori nam Anela Pašalić, koju zatičemo kako sa susjedom iz obližnjeg kioska komentira ovu aktualnu temu na vratima trgovine tekstilom.

- Ti moraš licitirati tu veću cijenu samo da zadržiš prostor. Mi smo do sada plaćali 1.800 kuna, a sada nam je minimalna tražena cijena bila 2.500 s PDV-om.

I normalno da sam ja išla s najnižom, ali da je doša netko s većom ponudom - ode nam posal. Kako su, recimo, za prostor gdje je "Ribolin" dućan od početne cijena koja je bila 66 tisuća kuna, došli na 600 tisuća kuna?!

Ili kako se dogodilo čovjeku u kafiću, ovdje iza kantuna, kojemu su u startu digli cijenu na 3.300, pa je za isti prostor došla ponuda od 4.500 koliko će na kraju sam morati plaćati. Di će on sa 60 godina tražiti drugi posal? I je l' to pošteno? Nije! - ogorčena je Pašalić.

Sam vlasnik spomenutog kafića u koji smo se potom uputili ljubazno nas je otpravio uz riječi:

- Nemojte me ništa pitati jer ću biti baš nervozan ako krenem o tome govoriti. Puno bi toga reka, ali mi je bolje da šutim - pa potom ipak dodao:

- Svima je sve prošlo u redu, svi moćnici su ostali na svome, a meni je ovdje gdje gledam kako ću prodati deset kava, došla firma s vinima iz Istre i ponudila odmah duplu cijenu za prostor - rezignirano će pa dodaje kako su na isti način cijenu najma digli i drugima, pa neki umjesto 4.000 tisuće kuna sada moraju plaćati i do 13 tisuća kuna za mjesečni najam prostora.

Na vanjskim kioscima i bancima uglavnom su bez komentara, njih se licitacija (još) nije takla, i nadaju se da ni neće.

Ima i onih koji su promjenom zadovoljni, poput lokalnog frizera, koji će, kako nam je kazao, s 40-ak posto uvećanom cijenom najma lakše preživjeti nego s izgubljenim prostorom, čega se do jučer najviše bojao.

No s tim strahom, do idućeg kruga licitacije nastavlja živjeti vlasnica male trgovine zdravom hranom, smještene u kutku pazara za koji i sama kaže da je "zavučen, vlažan i nikakav" te ne vrijedi traženih novaca.

- U startu mi je cijena dignuta za 60 posto, tako da je nisam na licitaciju izišla sa cijenom, nego bez nje i sad čekam drugi krug pa ćemo vidjeti kako će to završiti. A komentar je da su nam digli cijene jer će uložiti. Pa prvo uložite - onda dižite cijene. Nismo mi svi ovdje blesavi - govori nam trgovkinja ističući kako već traži drugi prostor.

Svi smo mi te ugovore davno platiti, nitko nije ništa dobio mukte i nitko nam nije pomogao. A sad nam još prijete da nam neće vratiti ni onih 5.000 kuna što smo uplatili za sudjelovanje na licitaciji jer se ovo s "Ribolom" pretvorilo u smijeh. Kao da smo mi za to krivi - ogorčeno će ova Splićanka.
