Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće odlučilo se referendumom boriti protiv poreza na nekretnine. Referendumsko pitanje, složili su se vijećnici glasit će: Jeste li za to da se na području Općine Primošten neplaćuje ili ne naplaćuje porez na nekretnine?

Javno pozivamo na građanski neposluh, ako nas građani poslušaju Općina Primošten bit će jedina u Hrvatskoj koja će se suprostaviti otimanju djedovine i imovine. U Vladi tvrde da je porez na nekretnine samo zamjena za komunalnu naknadu i da je to prihod jednica lokalne samuprave, baš kao i komunalni doprinos kojeg mi kod legalizacije kuća ne naplaćujemo Primoštencima koji ispunjavaju uvjete. Pa ako je to naš prihod onda imamo pravo odlučiti hoće li mo ga napćaivati ili ne. Svaka prisila centralne vlaste je kršenje ustavne odredbe o samostalnosti lokalne samouprave- rekao je na sjednici Općinskog vijeća primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina.

Prije raspisivanja refernduma Općina Primošten organizirat će zbor građana kako bi se Primoštenci  upoznali s odredbama spornog zakona  i opasnostima koje on nosi, a raspoloženje građana, ističe Petrina, za Općinu Primošten je obvezujuće.

-Komunalna naknada bila je namjenska i u potpunosti je odgovarala potrebama općina i gradova. Točno se znala što se iz tog prihoda financira i ni u kojem slučaju centralna država nije nam ga mogla oteti, međutim  Vlada RH ničim ne jamči da će porez na nekretnine biti  isključivo prihod jedinica lokalne samouprave.- zaključio je Petrina.

Primoštensko Općinsko vijeće odlučilo se referendumom boriti protiv poreza na nekretnine. Referendumsko pitanje, složili su se vijećnici glasit će: Jeste li za to da se na području Općine Primošten neplaćuje ili ne naplaćuje porez na nekretnine?

Javno pozivamo na građanski neposluh, ako nas građani poslušaju Općina Primošten bit će jedina u Hrvatskoj koja će se suprostaviti otimanju djedovine i imovine. U Vladi tvrde da je porez na nekretnine samo zamjena za komunalnu naknadu i da je to prihod jednica lokalne samuprave, baš kao i komunalni doprinos kojeg mi kod legalizacije kuća ne naplaćujemo Primoštencima koji ispunjavaju uvjete. Pa ako je to naš prihod onda imamo pravo odlučiti hoće li mo ga napćaivati ili ne. Svaka prisila centralne vlaste je kršenje ustavne odredbe o samostalnosti lokalne samouprave- rekao je na sjednici Općinskog vijeća primoštenski načelnik Stipe Petrina.

Prije raspisivanja refernduma Općina Primošten organizirat će zbor građana kako bi se Primoštenci  upoznali s odredbama spornog zakona  i opasnostima koje on nosi, a raspoloženje građana, ističe Petrina, za Općinu Primošten je obvezujuće.

-Komunalna naknada bila je namjenska i u potpunosti je odgovarala potrebama općina i gradova. Točno se znala što se iz tog prihoda financira i ni u kojem slučaju centralna država nije nam ga mogla oteti, međutim  Vlada RH ničim ne jamči da će porez na nekretnine biti  isključivo prihod jedinica lokalne samouprave.- zaključio je Petrina.
