Nešto manje od dva milijuna eura – 1,88 milijuna točno – platit će Šibensko-kninska županija Gradu Šibeniku za bivši studentski dom na Šubićevcu, o čemu su kupoprodajni ugovor danas u gradskoj upravi potpisali Željko Burić, šibenski gradonačelnik i Marko Jelić, župan Šibensko-kninske županije. Riječ je o zgradi većoj od 2,5 tisuće četvornih metara koju je Grad Šibenik prije nekoliko godina solidno obnovio, računajući i energetske parametre, a cijeli kompleks obuhvaća još dodatnih 3,5 tisuće četvornih metara. Šibenski studenti, poznato je, dobili su trenutačno najsuvremeniji, novi studentski dom na Palacinu.

Buduća namjena starog doma na Šubićevcu je Centar za starije osobe s dnevnim boravkom i mogućnošću trajnog smještaja starijih osoba u nekadašnjim studentskim sobama s ukupno 52 kreveta, a po svoj prilici tu će biti i novo sjedište Zavoda za hitnu medicinu. Lokacija udaljena od centra Šibenika i u blizini rotora na Meterizama omogućuje brzi priključak u svim smjerovima. Govoreći o rokovima za rečenu prenamjenu zgrade, Jelić je kazao da će im trebati najmanje šest mjeseci za izradu troškovnika i projektnu dokumentaciju, a treba vidjeti i izvore financiranja, točnije dostupna europska sredstva budući da je županija osnivač ustanova skrbi o starijima i nemoćnima te zdravstva. Ideja je izvaninstitucionalna briga o starijim i nemoćnim, da im se u budućem Centru pruže dodatni sadržaji, kulturni, društveni i zdravstveni.

S time smo u mogućnosti riješiti nekoliko kritičnih točaka u županiji, napomeno je Jelić hvaleći suradnju između gradskih i županijskih služba, jednako dobru kao i u drugim lokalnim samoupravama, što županiju iz dana u dan pretvara u sve bolje i bolje mjesto za život, zaključio je župan.

-Temeljni cilj je da ljudi što duže ostanu u okrilju svoga doma. Premda to sada nije glavna stvar, mogućnost smještaja moramo ostaviti kao opciju, jer će netkome možda uistinu trebati smještaj. Trenutačno, to je potreba za 800 osoba na području županije. 

U svome obraćanju Željko Burić naglasio je važnost dobre suradnje Grada Šibenika i Županije u jednom vrlo bitnom segmentu kao što je skrb za starije i nemoćne, kao najosjetljiviji dio društva. Generalni je stav da se ljude starije dobi što duže zadrži u njihovu domaćinstvu, ma koliko to bilo kadrovski zahtjevno.

-To je najkvalitetniji smještaj. - kazao je Burić uz napomenu da takva orijentacija zahtjeva niz zakonskih i strukturnih prilagodba. U svakom slučaju, skrb o starijim i nemoćnim osobama će s tim poduzimanjem Županije dobiti sasvim drugu dimenziju, smatra gradonačelnik.

Spomenuo je snažnu suradnju Grada i Županije u zdravstvu, što građanima cijele Županije jamči da će u Šibeniku biti izgrađena nova bolnica. Grad je nadalje, makar nije u njegovoj izravnoj ingerenciji, čitavim nizom pravnih postupaka omogućio poboljšanje uvjeta rada Centra za socijalnu skrb, te je upravna zgrada nekadašnjeg TEF-a ustupljena na upotrebu resornom ministarstvu s čime je omogućena reorganizacija Centra za socijalnu skrb na jednoj lokaciji.

-S time poručujemo da ingerencije Grada i Županije nisu važne, nego je u središtu boljitak građana. - kazao je Željko Burić te zahvalio Marku Jeliću što oko navednih pitanja među njima nije bilo nikakvih prijepora.

Nešto manje od dva milijuna eura – 1,88 milijuna točno – platit će Šibensko-kninska županija Gradu Šibeniku za bivši studentski dom na Šubićevcu, o čemu su kupoprodajni ugovor danas u gradskoj upravi potpisali Željko Burić, šibenski gradonačelnik i Marko Jelić, župan Šibensko-kninske županije. Riječ je o zgradi većoj od 2,5 tisuće četvornih metara koju je Grad Šibenik prije nekoliko godina solidno obnovio, računajući i energetske parametre, a cijeli kompleks obuhvaća još dodatnih 3,5 tisuće četvornih metara. Šibenski studenti, poznato je, dobili su trenutačno najsuvremeniji, novi studentski dom na Palacinu.

Buduća namjena starog doma na Šubićevcu je Centar za starije osobe s dnevnim boravkom i mogućnošću trajnog smještaja starijih osoba u nekadašnjim studentskim sobama s ukupno 52 kreveta, a po svoj prilici tu će biti i novo sjedište Zavoda za hitnu medicinu. Lokacija udaljena od centra Šibenika i u blizini rotora na Meterizama omogućuje brzi priključak u svim smjerovima. Govoreći o rokovima za rečenu prenamjenu zgrade, Jelić je kazao da će im trebati najmanje šest mjeseci za izradu troškovnika i projektnu dokumentaciju, a treba vidjeti i izvore financiranja, točnije dostupna europska sredstva budući da je županija osnivač ustanova skrbi o starijima i nemoćnima te zdravstva. Ideja je izvaninstitucionalna briga o starijim i nemoćnim, da im se u budućem Centru pruže dodatni sadržaji, kulturni, društveni i zdravstveni.

S time smo u mogućnosti riješiti nekoliko kritičnih točaka u županiji, napomeno je Jelić hvaleći suradnju između gradskih i županijskih služba, jednako dobru kao i u drugim lokalnim samoupravama, što županiju iz dana u dan pretvara u sve bolje i bolje mjesto za život, zaključio je župan.

-Temeljni cilj je da ljudi što duže ostanu u okrilju svoga doma. Premda to sada nije glavna stvar, mogućnost smještaja moramo ostaviti kao opciju, jer će netkome možda uistinu trebati smještaj. Trenutačno, to je potreba za 800 osoba na području županije. 

U svome obraćanju Željko Burić naglasio je važnost dobre suradnje Grada Šibenika i Županije u jednom vrlo bitnom segmentu kao što je skrb za starije i nemoćne, kao najosjetljiviji dio društva. Generalni je stav da se ljude starije dobi što duže zadrži u njihovu domaćinstvu, ma koliko to bilo kadrovski zahtjevno.

-To je najkvalitetniji smještaj. - kazao je Burić uz napomenu da takva orijentacija zahtjeva niz zakonskih i strukturnih prilagodba. U svakom slučaju, skrb o starijim i nemoćnim osobama će s tim poduzimanjem Županije dobiti sasvim drugu dimenziju, smatra gradonačelnik.

Spomenuo je snažnu suradnju Grada i Županije u zdravstvu, što građanima cijele Županije jamči da će u Šibeniku biti izgrađena nova bolnica. Grad je nadalje, makar nije u njegovoj izravnoj ingerenciji, čitavim nizom pravnih postupaka omogućio poboljšanje uvjeta rada Centra za socijalnu skrb, te je upravna zgrada nekadašnjeg TEF-a ustupljena na upotrebu resornom ministarstvu s čime je omogućena reorganizacija Centra za socijalnu skrb na jednoj lokaciji.

-S time poručujemo da ingerencije Grada i Županije nisu važne, nego je u središtu boljitak građana. - kazao je Željko Burić te zahvalio Marku Jeliću što oko navednih pitanja među njima nije bilo nikakvih prijepora.
