Šibenčanima ovih dana stižu nova rješenja o komunalnoj naknadi, u koja je nekima porasla i za 100 posto! Naime, Gradsko vijeće izglasalo je poskupljenje od 1. siječnja za više od 40 posto, a Grad je uz to snimio stvarno stanje na terenu i vlasnicima zaračunao kvadraturu koju uistinu posjeduju, a dosad je nisu prijavili. Viša komunalna naknada dodatni je teret i tvrtkama, piše HTV
- Plaćam 340 kuna za tromjesečje. Nemam kanalizaciju, nemam javnu rasvjetu, imam kozju stazu! Plaćala sam 146 kuna, sad plaćam 340, kaže Mirjana Mrvica, stanovnica Njivica. Emila Radovčić ima crnu jamu, rasvjete nema. Bolje joj je, dodaje da se vrati na Kaprije.
Puteve i rasvjetu dosad su uređivali sami. Zato se pitaju kako je njihova četvrt u prvoj, najskupljoj zoni naplate komunalne naknade?! Da živi na Poljani, kaže Mirjana - ne bi imala ni riječi prigovora za račune.
- Radi se konkretno o ulicama Nova 7, Nova 8 koje su sad u postupku dobivanja građevinskih dozvola i definitivno su u planu da se i one konačno dovrše i urede, odgovara pročelnik gradskog Odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Ante Nakić.
Godinama plaćali manju naknadu
Nakon uređenja infrastrukture u projektu Aglomeracija, u prvu zonu naplate 'skočila' je i Brodarica. Na novim rješenjima za komunalnu naknadu dijelu građana korigirana je kvadratura stambenih prostora, što je dodatno podiglo cijenu!
- Mnogi stambeni objekti, naročito u četvrtoj i trećoj zoni, su bili zaduženi i godinama su plaćali dosta manju komunalnu naknadu za kvadraturu. I mi smo to sa jednom firmom sve iz zraka snimili, kako bi ih zadužili za kvadraturu koju u stvarnosti koriste, kaže Nakić.
Veliki udarac poduzetnicima
Najveći su udarac, međutim, doživjeli veliki poduzetnici. Za površinu od 100 tisuća četvornih metara na godišnjoj će razini imati - milijunske izdatke.
- To dolazi u vrijeme generalno radikalnog povećanja energenata, sirovina, galopirajuće inflacije. Mislim da ovo nije bio trenutak da se to podiže, a posebno ne za 50 posto, poručuje direktor brodogradilišta Iskra Roko Vuletić.
Zato predlažu privremeno 'zamrzavanje' odluke o poskupljenju. A građani, pak, vjeruju da će povećanje cijena značiti i nova ulaganja u gradsku infrastrukturu, zaključuje HTV

Šibenčanima ovih dana stižu nova rješenja o komunalnoj naknadi, u koja je nekima porasla i za 100 posto! Naime, Gradsko vijeće izglasalo je poskupljenje od 1. siječnja za više od 40 posto, a Grad je uz to snimio stvarno stanje na terenu i vlasnicima zaračunao kvadraturu koju uistinu posjeduju, a dosad je nisu prijavili. Viša komunalna naknada dodatni je teret i tvrtkama, piše HTV
- Plaćam 340 kuna za tromjesečje. Nemam kanalizaciju, nemam javnu rasvjetu, imam kozju stazu! Plaćala sam 146 kuna, sad plaćam 340, kaže Mirjana Mrvica, stanovnica Njivica. Emila Radovčić ima crnu jamu, rasvjete nema. Bolje joj je, dodaje da se vrati na Kaprije.
Puteve i rasvjetu dosad su uređivali sami. Zato se pitaju kako je njihova četvrt u prvoj, najskupljoj zoni naplate komunalne naknade?! Da živi na Poljani, kaže Mirjana - ne bi imala ni riječi prigovora za račune.
- Radi se konkretno o ulicama Nova 7, Nova 8 koje su sad u postupku dobivanja građevinskih dozvola i definitivno su u planu da se i one konačno dovrše i urede, odgovara pročelnik gradskog Odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Ante Nakić.
Godinama plaćali manju naknadu
Nakon uređenja infrastrukture u projektu Aglomeracija, u prvu zonu naplate 'skočila' je i Brodarica. Na novim rješenjima za komunalnu naknadu dijelu građana korigirana je kvadratura stambenih prostora, što je dodatno podiglo cijenu!
- Mnogi stambeni objekti, naročito u četvrtoj i trećoj zoni, su bili zaduženi i godinama su plaćali dosta manju komunalnu naknadu za kvadraturu. I mi smo to sa jednom firmom sve iz zraka snimili, kako bi ih zadužili za kvadraturu koju u stvarnosti koriste, kaže Nakić.
Veliki udarac poduzetnicima
Najveći su udarac, međutim, doživjeli veliki poduzetnici. Za površinu od 100 tisuća četvornih metara na godišnjoj će razini imati - milijunske izdatke.
- To dolazi u vrijeme generalno radikalnog povećanja energenata, sirovina, galopirajuće inflacije. Mislim da ovo nije bio trenutak da se to podiže, a posebno ne za 50 posto, poručuje direktor brodogradilišta Iskra Roko Vuletić.
