Pogledi studenata šibenskog Veleučilišta, pogotovo onih koji ne dolaze iz Krešimirova grada, a njih je trenutno oko 70 posto, posljednjih već nekoliko godina usmjereni su prema Mandalini. Naime, najvažnija infrastrukturna investicija grada Šibenika, pa i Županije, barem u kontekstu obrazovanja, već dobrano kasni.

Radi se, naravno, o Studentskom domu Palacin, u kojeg su studenti već trebali useliti. Iako su rokovi probijeni, najave su da će najmoderniji studentski dom u Hrvatskoj svoja vrata otvoriti početkom sljedeće akademske godine. Potvrdio nam je to Frane Urem, prodekan za poslovanje Veleučilišta u Šibeniku.

- Prema ugovornom stanju plan je završiti s radovima do 17. rujna 2022. godine. Nakon dovršetka svih radova slijedi nam tehnički pregled objekta – rekao je Urem.

Uz tehnički pregled objekta, napominje Urem, potrebno je dobiti i uporabnu dozvolu.

- To je procedura, koja će po mojoj procjeni potrajati barem mjesec dana. Nadamo se, ako ne bude nekakvih nepredviđenih okolnosti, da će prvi stanari u Studentski dom Palacin useliti početkom sljedeće akademske godine. Negdje sredinom listopada – istaknuo je Urem.

Ako ćemo se ravnati prema prodekanovim riječima, to bi značilo da će Palacin svoja vrata otvoriti 17. listopada 2022. Desetak dana nakon početka akademske godine. Projekt izgradnje Studentskog doma Palacin trebao bi biti veliki iskorak u povećavanju i poboljšanju studentskih smještajnih kapaciteta. Problem s kojim se Grad već godinama bori.

Podsjetimo, radovi na izgradnji Palacina započeli su još u studenom 2019. godine. Radi se o studentskom domu s najvišim europskim standardima u vrijednosti od 85 milijuna kuna, od čega je veliki dio sufinanciran sredstvima iz EU fondova. Nositelj projekta je Veleučilište u Šibeniku, a za sve građevinske radove zadužena je zajednica ponuditelja Lavčević d.d. i Lavčević inženjering d.o.o. iz Splita. Idejni projekt Studentskog doma Palacin pripada arhitektu Zoranu Popoviću.

- Trenutno smo u fazi postavljanja knaufa, instalaterskih i izolaterskih radova. Na prednjoj strani zgrade postavljeni su zatvori, dok sada isto očekuje i bočne dijelove zgrade. Uređenje okoliša je pri kraju, također postavljen je i sustav odvodnje – kazao nam je Urem.

Obje zgrade novog studentskog doma, tvrdi Urem, trebale bi biti gotove do kraja nadolazeće ljetne sezone.

- Vjerujem da će tako biti. Zbog situacije s pandemijom imali smo zastoj radova od gotovo šest mjeseci, onda su se na to još nadovezali i problemi s isporukom materijala. Koliko vidim, sada se pandemija polako smiruje. Od izvođača radova imamo potvrdu da se rokovi neće probijati. Svi radovi će biti gotovi na vrijeme – zaključio je Urem.

Pogledi studenata šibenskog Veleučilišta, pogotovo onih koji ne dolaze iz Krešimirova grada, a njih je trenutno oko 70 posto, posljednjih već nekoliko godina usmjereni su prema Mandalini. Naime, najvažnija infrastrukturna investicija grada Šibenika, pa i Županije, barem u kontekstu obrazovanja, već dobrano kasni.

Radi se, naravno, o Studentskom domu Palacin, u kojeg su studenti već trebali useliti. Iako su rokovi probijeni, najave su da će najmoderniji studentski dom u Hrvatskoj svoja vrata otvoriti početkom sljedeće akademske godine. Potvrdio nam je to Frane Urem, prodekan za poslovanje Veleučilišta u Šibeniku.

- Prema ugovornom stanju plan je završiti s radovima do 17. rujna 2022. godine. Nakon dovršetka svih radova slijedi nam tehnički pregled objekta – rekao je Urem.

Uz tehnički pregled objekta, napominje Urem, potrebno je dobiti i uporabnu dozvolu.

- To je procedura, koja će po mojoj procjeni potrajati barem mjesec dana. Nadamo se, ako ne bude nekakvih nepredviđenih okolnosti, da će prvi stanari u Studentski dom Palacin useliti početkom sljedeće akademske godine. Negdje sredinom listopada – istaknuo je Urem.

Ako ćemo se ravnati prema prodekanovim riječima, to bi značilo da će Palacin svoja vrata otvoriti 17. listopada 2022. Desetak dana nakon početka akademske godine. Projekt izgradnje Studentskog doma Palacin trebao bi biti veliki iskorak u povećavanju i poboljšanju studentskih smještajnih kapaciteta. Problem s kojim se Grad već godinama bori.

Podsjetimo, radovi na izgradnji Palacina započeli su još u studenom 2019. godine. Radi se o studentskom domu s najvišim europskim standardima u vrijednosti od 85 milijuna kuna, od čega je veliki dio sufinanciran sredstvima iz EU fondova. Nositelj projekta je Veleučilište u Šibeniku, a za sve građevinske radove zadužena je zajednica ponuditelja Lavčević d.d. i Lavčević inženjering d.o.o. iz Splita. Idejni projekt Studentskog doma Palacin pripada arhitektu Zoranu Popoviću.

- Trenutno smo u fazi postavljanja knaufa, instalaterskih i izolaterskih radova. Na prednjoj strani zgrade postavljeni su zatvori, dok sada isto očekuje i bočne dijelove zgrade. Uređenje okoliša je pri kraju, također postavljen je i sustav odvodnje – kazao nam je Urem.

Obje zgrade novog studentskog doma, tvrdi Urem, trebale bi biti gotove do kraja nadolazeće ljetne sezone.

- Vjerujem da će tako biti. Zbog situacije s pandemijom imali smo zastoj radova od gotovo šest mjeseci, onda su se na to još nadovezali i problemi s isporukom materijala. Koliko vidim, sada se pandemija polako smiruje. Od izvođača radova imamo potvrdu da se rokovi neće probijati. Svi radovi će biti gotovi na vrijeme – zaključio je Urem.

Radovi na najmodernijem studentskom domu u Hrvatskoj probili sve rokove: doznali smo u kojoj je fazi zgrada od 85 milijuna kuna

Pogledi studenata šibenskog Veleučilišta, pogotovo onih koji ne dolaze iz Krešimirova grada, a njih je trenutno oko 70 posto, posljednjih već nekoliko godina usmjereni su prema Mandalini. Naime, najvažnija infrastrukturna investicija grada Šibenika, pa i Županije, barem u kontekstu obrazovanja, već dobrano kasni.

Radi se, naravno, o Studentskom domu Palacin, u kojeg su studenti već trebali useliti. Iako su rokovi probijeni, najave su da će najmoderniji studentski dom u Hrvatskoj svoja vrata otvoriti početkom sljedeće akademske godine. Potvrdio nam je to Frane Urem, prodekan za poslovanje Veleučilišta u Šibeniku.

- Prema ugovornom stanju plan je završiti s radovima do 17. rujna 2022. godine. Nakon dovršetka svih radova slijedi nam tehnički pregled objekta – rekao je Urem.

Uz tehnički pregled objekta, napominje Urem, potrebno je dobiti i uporabnu dozvolu.

- To je procedura, koja će po mojoj procjeni potrajati barem mjesec dana. Nadamo se, ako ne bude nekakvih nepredviđenih okolnosti, da će prvi stanari u Studentski dom Palacin useliti početkom sljedeće akademske godine. Negdje sredinom listopada – istaknuo je Urem.

Ako ćemo se ravnati prema prodekanovim riječima, to bi značilo da će Palacin svoja vrata otvoriti 17. listopada 2022. Desetak dana nakon početka akademske godine. Projekt izgradnje Studentskog doma Palacin trebao bi biti veliki iskorak u povećavanju i poboljšanju studentskih smještajnih kapaciteta. Problem s kojim se Grad već godinama bori.

Podsjetimo, radovi na izgradnji Palacina započeli su još u studenom 2019. godine. Radi se o studentskom domu s najvišim europskim standardima u vrijednosti od 85 milijuna kuna, od čega je veliki dio sufinanciran sredstvima iz EU fondova. Nositelj projekta je Veleučilište u Šibeniku, a za sve građevinske radove zadužena je zajednica ponuditelja Lavčević d.d. i Lavčević inženjering d.o.o. iz Splita. Idejni projekt Studentskog doma Palacin pripada arhitektu Zoranu Popoviću.

- Trenutno smo u fazi postavljanja knaufa, instalaterskih i izolaterskih radova. Na prednjoj strani zgrade postavljeni su zatvori, dok sada isto očekuje i bočne dijelove zgrade. Uređenje okoliša je pri kraju, također postavljen je i sustav odvodnje – kazao nam je Urem.

Obje zgrade novog studentskog doma, tvrdi Urem, trebale bi biti gotove do kraja nadolazeće ljetne sezone.

- Vjerujem da će tako biti. Zbog situacije s pandemijom imali smo zastoj radova od gotovo šest mjeseci, onda su se na to još nadovezali i problemi s isporukom materijala. Koliko vidim, sada se pandemija polako smiruje. Od izvođača radova imamo potvrdu da se rokovi neće probijati. Svi radovi će biti gotovi na vrijeme – zaključio je Urem.
