Na Brodarici se gradi bazen, na atraktivnom zemljištu u ‘prvome redu do mora‘, tik do plaže "Rezalište"? Tako namjerniku izgleda na prvi pogled, međutim u pitanju je nešto sasvim drugo: kopajući u dubinu niskog zemljišta, jedva izdignutog od obale, investitor je došao-do mora i velike muke. Sada se plima i oseka izmjenjuju u tome ‘bazenu‘ stvorenom u iskopu temelja budućeg zdanja. Kakvog, nije nam poznato, no vjerojatno je riječ o tipičnoj, barem dvokatnoj apartmanskoj ‘kocki‘, s ukopanim parkingom radi uštede prostora. Tako nas barem informiraju lokalni ljudi koji gradilište prate od početka i čudom se ne mogu načuditi kako je uopće nekome palo na pamet kopati toliko duboko a ne očekivati da će mu na zemljištu izbiti more.
-Eto, sada može ugostiti Tucka i njegove vaterpoliste na pripremama. Ili, neka otvori ribogojilište! - pomalo je ciničan domaći čovjek dok proviruje iza ograde gradilišta krsteći se lijevom i desnom. Kaže da je gradilište bilo aktivno još prije Nove godine, kada su građevinari danima bez uspjeha pokušavali motornim pumpama iscrpiti ‘bazen‘. U nekoliko je navrata zbog tih pokušaja bila zatvorena i glavna brodarička prometnica uz obalu, no sve je bilo uzalud; kome je ikada uspjelo iscrpiti – more!?

Gradilište je opustjelo već mjesecima, no stvar postaje zanimljivija kada se zna da je na tome istome terenu od 1965. do rušenja 2017. stajala kuća Matulja, koju su bivši vlasnici porušili dva-tri dana nakon što je bila proglašena spomenikom kulture, no bez ikakvih posljedica. Kuću Matulja projektirali su bračni par Vlasta i Ante Vulin, šibenski arhitekt i akademik, te je godinama bila predmetom proučavanja naraštaja studenata arhitekture, kao sjajni i nagrađivani primjer planiranja obiteljskih objekata. Krajem ožujka navršit će se šest godina od brisanja s lica zemlje toga arhitektonskoga bisera, o čemu je ne jednom pisala kolegica Jordanka Grubač ovdje.
Ljudi koji su porušili to modernističko zdanje – ili njihovi nasljednici - u međuvremenu su prodali teren sadašnjem vlasniku koji se našao na sto muka; izgleda da mu jedino krapanjski ronioci mogu pomoći.
Pa ako nećemo pretjerivati i zaključiti da je riječ o ‘prokletstvu porušenog spomenika kulture‘, to bi, nakon tužnog čina uništenja nacionalne arhitektonske baštine, mogao biti tragikomični podsjetnik da je stremeći u visine – lako zapeti u dubinama!

Na Brodarici se gradi bazen, na atraktivnom zemljištu u ‘prvome redu do mora‘, tik do plaže "Rezalište"? Tako namjerniku izgleda na prvi pogled, međutim u pitanju je nešto sasvim drugo: kopajući u dubinu niskog zemljišta, jedva izdignutog od obale, investitor je došao-do mora i velike muke. Sada se plima i oseka izmjenjuju u tome ‘bazenu‘ stvorenom u iskopu temelja budućeg zdanja. Kakvog, nije nam poznato, no vjerojatno je riječ o tipičnoj, barem dvokatnoj apartmanskoj ‘kocki‘, s ukopanim parkingom radi uštede prostora. Tako nas barem informiraju lokalni ljudi koji gradilište prate od početka i čudom se ne mogu načuditi kako je uopće nekome palo na pamet kopati toliko duboko a ne očekivati da će mu na zemljištu izbiti more.
-Eto, sada može ugostiti Tucka i njegove vaterpoliste na pripremama. Ili, neka otvori ribogojilište! - pomalo je ciničan domaći čovjek dok proviruje iza ograde gradilišta krsteći se lijevom i desnom. Kaže da je gradilište bilo aktivno još prije Nove godine, kada su građevinari danima bez uspjeha pokušavali motornim pumpama iscrpiti ‘bazen‘. U nekoliko je navrata zbog tih pokušaja bila zatvorena i glavna brodarička prometnica uz obalu, no sve je bilo uzalud; kome je ikada uspjelo iscrpiti – more!?

Gradilište je opustjelo već mjesecima, no stvar postaje zanimljivija kada se zna da je na tome istome terenu od 1965. do rušenja 2017. stajala kuća Matulja, koju su bivši vlasnici porušili dva-tri dana nakon što je bila proglašena spomenikom kulture, no bez ikakvih posljedica. Kuću Matulja projektirali su bračni par Vlasta i Ante Vulin, šibenski arhitekt i akademik, te je godinama bila predmetom proučavanja naraštaja studenata arhitekture, kao sjajni i nagrađivani primjer planiranja obiteljskih objekata. Krajem ožujka navršit će se šest godina od brisanja s lica zemlje toga arhitektonskoga bisera, o čemu je ne jednom pisala kolegica Jordanka Grubač ovdje.
Ljudi koji su porušili to modernističko zdanje – ili njihovi nasljednici - u međuvremenu su prodali teren sadašnjem vlasniku koji se našao na sto muka; izgleda da mu jedino krapanjski ronioci mogu pomoći.
Pa ako nećemo pretjerivati i zaključiti da je riječ o ‘prokletstvu porušenog spomenika kulture‘, to bi, nakon tužnog čina uništenja nacionalne arhitektonske baštine, mogao biti tragikomični podsjetnik da je stremeći u visine – lako zapeti u dubinama!
