Šibenska gradska uprava pripremila je Gradskom vijeću prijedlog odluke o izmjeni i dopuni Odluke o komunalnom doprinosu odnosno komunalnoj naknadi koje, budu li usvojene, donose znatna poskupljenja građanima Šibenika.
Kako je navedeno u prijedlogu izmjene odluke koja je u postupku javnog savjetovanja do 5. rujna, područja zona i koeficijenti zona u gradu Šibeniku nisu se mijenjali dvadeset godina (uz manje ispravke kod zona), od Odluke o komunalnoj naknadi iz 2001. godine. Bodovanje je međutim, doživjelo korekcije, a zadnja je bila 2018. godine i zadržala se do danas.
S obzirom na to da je u međuvremenu došlo do značajnih promjena u komunalnoj izgrađenosti grada Šibenika, potrebno je izmjeniti odluku o komunalnoj naknadi i utvrditi zone prema sadašnjem stanju komunalne opremljenosti pojedinih naselja, stoji u obrazloženju.
Najveća izmjena novog prijedloga za komunalnu naknadu je odluka o promjeni vrijednosti boda komunalne naknade koja je prema posljednjoj izmjeni navedenoj u službenom glasniku grada Šibenika iz 2018. godine iznosila 0,48 kuna po četvornom metru a prema novom prijedlogu, vrijednost boda za obračun komunalne naknade iznosio bi 0,70 kn.
Što bi to konkretno značilo? Prema starom bodovanju obračuna komunalne naknade, za stambeni prostor od 50 „kvadrata” u prvoj zoni u Šibeniku plaća se 288 kuna godišnje, odnosno 24 kn mjesečno.
Bude li usvojena nova odluka, za isti stambeni prostor građani bi plaćali 420 kn godišnje, odnosno 35 kn mjesečno.

-naselja: Brodarica i Zablaće.
2. (druga) zona obuhvaća naselja:
- naselja: Jadrija (osim dijelova: Deljci, Bogdanovići i Martinska), Zaton, Raslina, hotelsko naselje Solaris, Podsolarsko, Jadrtovac, Žaborić, i Grebaštica.
3. (treća) zona obuhvaća dijelove naselja i naselja:
- dijelovi naselja Jadrija: Deljci, Bogdanovići i Martinska,
- naselja: Donje Polje, Vrpolje, Dubrava, Lozovac, Konjevrate i Krapanj.
4. (četvrta) zona obuhvaća dijelove naselja i naselja:
- dio naselja Šibenik: Stari Grad (Dolac, Gorica i Varoš), Dobri Dolac i područje oko zapadne magistrale (Vučjak, Kekovača, Sv. Vid, Podine, Razori), dio od šibenskog mosta s desne strane JTC, do granica naselja Zaton i Grada Vodica.

Šibenska gradska uprava pripremila je Gradskom vijeću prijedlog odluke o izmjeni i dopuni Odluke o komunalnom doprinosu odnosno komunalnoj naknadi koje, budu li usvojene, donose znatna poskupljenja građanima Šibenika.
Kako je navedeno u prijedlogu izmjene odluke koja je u postupku javnog savjetovanja do 5. rujna, područja zona i koeficijenti zona u gradu Šibeniku nisu se mijenjali dvadeset godina (uz manje ispravke kod zona), od Odluke o komunalnoj naknadi iz 2001. godine. Bodovanje je međutim, doživjelo korekcije, a zadnja je bila 2018. godine i zadržala se do danas.
S obzirom na to da je u međuvremenu došlo do značajnih promjena u komunalnoj izgrađenosti grada Šibenika, potrebno je izmjeniti odluku o komunalnoj naknadi i utvrditi zone prema sadašnjem stanju komunalne opremljenosti pojedinih naselja, stoji u obrazloženju.
Najveća izmjena novog prijedloga za komunalnu naknadu je odluka o promjeni vrijednosti boda komunalne naknade koja je prema posljednjoj izmjeni navedenoj u službenom glasniku grada Šibenika iz 2018. godine iznosila 0,48 kuna po četvornom metru a prema novom prijedlogu, vrijednost boda za obračun komunalne naknade iznosio bi 0,70 kn.
Što bi to konkretno značilo? Prema starom bodovanju obračuna komunalne naknade, za stambeni prostor od 50 „kvadrata” u prvoj zoni u Šibeniku plaća se 288 kuna godišnje, odnosno 24 kn mjesečno.
Bude li usvojena nova odluka, za isti stambeni prostor građani bi plaćali 420 kn godišnje, odnosno 35 kn mjesečno.

1. (prva) zona obuhvaća dijelove naselja i naselja:
-dijelovi naselja Šibenik: Plišac, Baldekin I, Baldekin II-Škopinac (uključene: Buale), Baldekin III (uključeni: Klobučac-Krvavice), Mandalina, Vidici (uključeni: Rokići, Mažurice), Bioci, Rogač, Ražine, Ražine Donje, Šubićevac, Meterize, Građa, Crnica i Njivice.
-naselja: Brodarica i Zablaće.
2. (druga) zona obuhvaća naselja:
- naselja: Jadrija (osim dijelova: Deljci, Bogdanovići i Martinska), Zaton, Raslina, hotelsko naselje Solaris, Podsolarsko, Jadrtovac, Žaborić, i Grebaštica.
3. (treća) zona obuhvaća dijelove naselja i naselja:
- dijelovi naselja Jadrija: Deljci, Bogdanovići i Martinska,
- naselja: Donje Polje, Vrpolje, Dubrava, Lozovac, Konjevrate i Krapanj.
4. (četvrta) zona obuhvaća dijelove naselja i naselja:
- dio naselja Šibenik: Stari Grad (Dolac, Gorica i Varoš), Dobri Dolac i područje oko zapadne magistrale (Vučjak, Kekovača, Sv. Vid, Podine, Razori), dio od šibenskog mosta s desne strane JTC, do granica naselja Zaton i Grada Vodica.
- naselja: Brnjica, Danilo Biranj, Danilo, Danilo Kraljice, Goriš, Radonić, Gradina, Perković, Mravnica, Sitno Donje, Boraja, Podine, Slivno, Lepenica, Vrsno, Zlarin, Kaprije, Žirje, Obonjan, Kakanj, Zona Podi, Brnjača i Konobe.“
