Šibensko Gradsko vijeće izglasalo je na današnjoj sjednici odluku o drastičnom poslupljenju komunalne naknade i komunalnog doprinosa od 1. siječnja 2022. godine.

Za nekoliko mjeseci tako će građani za stan od 60 kvadrata umjesto 28 kuna mjesečno za isti period plaćati 42 kune. Drugim riječima, namet će poskupiti za 46 posto!

- Šibenik je bio među najjeftinijim gradovima što se tiče komunalne naknade. U obzir treba uzeti i to što je Šibenik zbog svog administrativnog izgleda, od gradova s kojima smo napravili usporedbu, najzahtjevniji u pogledu održavanja komunalne infrastrukture –  kazao je danas na sjednici pročelnik Odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Ante Nakić. 

Dodatni razlog za poskupljenje su, kako je naveo, više cijene građevinskih radova u izbosu od 30 do 40 posto.

U raspravu se uključio i gradonačelnik Željko Burić.

- Neki bi najradije da je sve mukti. A koriste i kanalizaciju koju smo sagradili, nove građevinske parcele, parkinge koje smo mi omogućili - kazao je prvi čovjek Šibenika.

Inače, Odluka o poskupljenju komunalne naknade donesena je s 11 glasova za i sedam protiv.

Šibensko Gradsko vijeće izglasalo je na današnjoj sjednici odluku o drastičnom poslupljenju komunalne naknade i komunalnog doprinosa od 1. siječnja 2022. godine.

Za nekoliko mjeseci tako će građani za stan od 60 kvadrata umjesto 28 kuna mjesečno za isti period plaćati 42 kune. Drugim riječima, namet će poskupiti za 46 posto!

- Šibenik je bio među najjeftinijim gradovima što se tiče komunalne naknade. U obzir treba uzeti i to što je Šibenik zbog svog administrativnog izgleda, od gradova s kojima smo napravili usporedbu, najzahtjevniji u pogledu održavanja komunalne infrastrukture –  kazao je danas na sjednici pročelnik Odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Ante Nakić. 

Dodatni razlog za poskupljenje su, kako je naveo, više cijene građevinskih radova u izbosu od 30 do 40 posto.

U raspravu se uključio i gradonačelnik Željko Burić.

- Neki bi najradije da je sve mukti. A koriste i kanalizaciju koju smo sagradili, nove građevinske parcele, parkinge koje smo mi omogućili - kazao je prvi čovjek Šibenika.

Inače, Odluka o poskupljenju komunalne naknade donesena je s 11 glasova za i sedam protiv.

Šibensko Gradsko vijeće izglasalo je na današnjoj sjednici odluku o drastičnom poslupljenju komunalne naknade i komunalnog doprinosa od 1. siječnja 2022. godine.

Za nekoliko mjeseci tako će građani za stan od 60 kvadrata umjesto 28 kuna mjesečno za isti period plaćati 42 kune. Drugim riječima, namet će poskupiti za 46 posto!

- Šibenik je bio među najjeftinijim gradovima što se tiče komunalne naknade. U obzir treba uzeti i to što je Šibenik zbog svog administrativnog izgleda, od gradova s kojima smo napravili usporedbu, najzahtjevniji u pogledu održavanja komunalne infrastrukture –  kazao je danas na sjednici pročelnik Odjela za komunalne djelatnosti Ante Nakić. 

Dodatni razlog za poskupljenje su, kako je naveo, više cijene građevinskih radova u izbosu od 30 do 40 posto.

U raspravu se uključio i gradonačelnik Željko Burić.

- Neki bi najradije da je sve mukti. A koriste i kanalizaciju koju smo sagradili, nove građevinske parcele, parkinge koje smo mi omogućili - kazao je prvi čovjek Šibenika.

Inače, Odluka o poskupljenju komunalne naknade donesena je s 11 glasova za i sedam protiv.
