Grad Šibenik odlučio je prodati zgradu na Šubićevcu u kojoj se trenutačno nalazi studenstki dom.

Naime, gradonačelnik Željko Burić dobio je na današnjoj jsednici suglasnost Gradskog vijeća za raspisivanje javnog natječaja za prodaju Studentskog doma na Šubićevcu po početnoj cijeni od 13 milijuna kuna.

Riječ je o objektu nekadašnjeg samačkog hostela površine 1868 kvadrata s dvorištem površine 332 četvorna metra.

Pojašnjeno je kako se Grad Šibenik na prodaju odlučio iz razloga što će krajem ove godine šibenski studenti preseliti u novi Studentski dom Palacin. 

Također, istaknuto je kako zgrada starog Studentskog doma ne odgovara potrebama rada Gradske uprave ni potrebama trgovačkih društava i javnih ustanova kojima je Grad osnivač.

- Zgrada je odavno kupljena u svrhu studentskog doma. Međutim, kako će uskoro biti završen novi studentski kampus na Palacinu, ovaj dom na Šubićevcu gubi svoju svrhu- pojasnio je Željko Burić, šibenski gradonačelnik.

Zanimljivo, on nije znao odgovoriti na vijećničko pitanje- koliko je Grad Šibenik platio za zgradu na Šubićevcu koju sada prodaje po početnoj cijeni od 13 milijuna kuna.

Burić je naglasio kako vjeruje da zgrada na Šubićevcu može u konačnici biti prodana za više od te svote, a kao jedan od potencijalnih kupaca spominje se Šibensko- kninska županija.

Grad Šibenik odlučio je prodati zgradu na Šubićevcu u kojoj se trenutačno nalazi studenstki dom.

Naime, gradonačelnik Željko Burić dobio je na današnjoj jsednici suglasnost Gradskog vijeća za raspisivanje javnog natječaja za prodaju Studentskog doma na Šubićevcu po početnoj cijeni od 13 milijuna kuna.

Riječ je o objektu nekadašnjeg samačkog hostela površine 1868 kvadrata s dvorištem površine 332 četvorna metra.

Pojašnjeno je kako se Grad Šibenik na prodaju odlučio iz razloga što će krajem ove godine šibenski studenti preseliti u novi Studentski dom Palacin. 

Također, istaknuto je kako zgrada starog Studentskog doma ne odgovara potrebama rada Gradske uprave ni potrebama trgovačkih društava i javnih ustanova kojima je Grad osnivač.

- Zgrada je odavno kupljena u svrhu studentskog doma. Međutim, kako će uskoro biti završen novi studentski kampus na Palacinu, ovaj dom na Šubićevcu gubi svoju svrhu- pojasnio je Željko Burić, šibenski gradonačelnik.

Zanimljivo, on nije znao odgovoriti na vijećničko pitanje- koliko je Grad Šibenik platio za zgradu na Šubićevcu koju sada prodaje po početnoj cijeni od 13 milijuna kuna.

Burić je naglasio kako vjeruje da zgrada na Šubićevcu može u konačnici biti prodana za više od te svote, a kao jedan od potencijalnih kupaca spominje se Šibensko- kninska županija.

Grad Šibenik prodaje zgradu Studentskog doma na Šubićevcu; Gradonačelnik Burić nije znao koliko je plaćena

Grad Šibenik odlučio je prodati zgradu na Šubićevcu u kojoj se trenutačno nalazi studenstki dom.

Naime, gradonačelnik Željko Burić dobio je na današnjoj jsednici suglasnost Gradskog vijeća za raspisivanje javnog natječaja za prodaju Studentskog doma na Šubićevcu po početnoj cijeni od 13 milijuna kuna.

Riječ je o objektu nekadašnjeg samačkog hostela površine 1868 kvadrata s dvorištem površine 332 četvorna metra.

Pojašnjeno je kako se Grad Šibenik na prodaju odlučio iz razloga što će krajem ove godine šibenski studenti preseliti u novi Studentski dom Palacin. 

Također, istaknuto je kako zgrada starog Studentskog doma ne odgovara potrebama rada Gradske uprave ni potrebama trgovačkih društava i javnih ustanova kojima je Grad osnivač.

- Zgrada je odavno kupljena u svrhu studentskog doma. Međutim, kako će uskoro biti završen novi studentski kampus na Palacinu, ovaj dom na Šubićevcu gubi svoju svrhu- pojasnio je Željko Burić, šibenski gradonačelnik.

Zanimljivo, on nije znao odgovoriti na vijećničko pitanje- koliko je Grad Šibenik platio za zgradu na Šubićevcu koju sada prodaje po početnoj cijeni od 13 milijuna kuna.

Burić je naglasio kako vjeruje da zgrada na Šubićevcu može u konačnici biti prodana za više od te svote, a kao jedan od potencijalnih kupaca spominje se Šibensko- kninska županija.
