Šesti po redu poziv za subvencionirane kredite za mlade obitelji bliži se kraju. Petak, 14. svibnja 2021., posljednji je dan za predaju dokumentacije za subvenciju kredita za kupnju kuće ili stana ili gradnju kuće. Posljednji službeni podaci APN-a govore da je od 29. ožujka do 6. svibnja 2021. godine zaprimljeno 3.798 zahtjeva što pokazuje i dalje velik interes građana za ovu mjeru.

Zahtjevi se obrađuju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, a do sada je obrađen 1.788 zahtjev. Odobreno je 1.740 zahtjeva,  41 je na dopuni, 5 je odbijenih zahtjeva i 2 podnositelja su odustala.

„Mlade obitelji prepoznale su ovu mjeru Vlade kao kvalitetnu, a o njenoj uspješnosti najbolje govori podatak da je u četiri godine provođenja odobreno ukupno više od 17.500 subvencioniranih kredita, dok je u istom periodu rođeno više od 3.000 djece, tako da ovdje govorimo i o demografskoj mjeri. S obzirom na veliki iskaz interesa i u ovom pozivu, mi ćemo učiniti sve da se osiguraju dostatna sredstva kako bismo s ovom mjerom mogli nastaviti i u idućim godinama“, ističe ministar Darko Horvat. 

Prema dosad obrađenim podacima, prosječni iznos subvencioniranog kredita iznosi 76.620 EUR, a prosječan rok otplate je 22 godine.

Prosječna životna dob korisnika subvencioniranog kredita je 33 godine, a iznos mjesečnog anuiteta koji otplaćuju je 395 EUR/2986 kuna od toga mjesečna subvencija iznosi 130 EUR/985 kuna.

Subvencioniranje stambenih kredita je program stambenog zbrinjavanja u sklopu kojeg država, odnosno Ministarstvo te APN, pomažu pri otplati dijela stambenog kredita pri kupnji stana ili kuće, odnosno pri otplati kredita za izgradnju kuće u trajanju od pet godina. Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Subvencija se produljuje i za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit a produžuje se godinu dana i u slučaju da je podnositelj zahtjeva ili član njegova obiteljskog domaćinstva utvrđenog invaliditeta većeg od 50% tjelesnog oštećenja.

Podsjetimo kako se na poziv mogu prijaviti svi građani mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1.500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina.

Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita. Najveće subvencije dobivaju oni koji namjeravaju kupiti stan ili kuću ili izgraditi kuću u najnerazvijenijim područjima, dok 30 posto mjesečne rate kredita ide onima koji su odlučili kupiti ili izgraditi nekretninu u urbanim središtima poput Zagreba.

U ovom krugu subvencioniranih stambenih kredita sudjeluje 14 banaka s efektivnim kamatnim stopama u rasponu od 2,09 do 3,50 posto.

Šesti po redu poziv za subvencionirane kredite za mlade obitelji bliži se kraju. Petak, 14. svibnja 2021., posljednji je dan za predaju dokumentacije za subvenciju kredita za kupnju kuće ili stana ili gradnju kuće. Posljednji službeni podaci APN-a govore da je od 29. ožujka do 6. svibnja 2021. godine zaprimljeno 3.798 zahtjeva što pokazuje i dalje velik interes građana za ovu mjeru.

Zahtjevi se obrađuju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, a do sada je obrađen 1.788 zahtjev. Odobreno je 1.740 zahtjeva,  41 je na dopuni, 5 je odbijenih zahtjeva i 2 podnositelja su odustala.

„Mlade obitelji prepoznale su ovu mjeru Vlade kao kvalitetnu, a o njenoj uspješnosti najbolje govori podatak da je u četiri godine provođenja odobreno ukupno više od 17.500 subvencioniranih kredita, dok je u istom periodu rođeno više od 3.000 djece, tako da ovdje govorimo i o demografskoj mjeri. S obzirom na veliki iskaz interesa i u ovom pozivu, mi ćemo učiniti sve da se osiguraju dostatna sredstva kako bismo s ovom mjerom mogli nastaviti i u idućim godinama“, ističe ministar Darko Horvat. 

Prema dosad obrađenim podacima, prosječni iznos subvencioniranog kredita iznosi 76.620 EUR, a prosječan rok otplate je 22 godine.

Prosječna životna dob korisnika subvencioniranog kredita je 33 godine, a iznos mjesečnog anuiteta koji otplaćuju je 395 EUR/2986 kuna od toga mjesečna subvencija iznosi 130 EUR/985 kuna.

Subvencioniranje stambenih kredita je program stambenog zbrinjavanja u sklopu kojeg država, odnosno Ministarstvo te APN, pomažu pri otplati dijela stambenog kredita pri kupnji stana ili kuće, odnosno pri otplati kredita za izgradnju kuće u trajanju od pet godina. Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Subvencija se produljuje i za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit a produžuje se godinu dana i u slučaju da je podnositelj zahtjeva ili član njegova obiteljskog domaćinstva utvrđenog invaliditeta većeg od 50% tjelesnog oštećenja.

Podsjetimo kako se na poziv mogu prijaviti svi građani mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1.500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina.

Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita. Najveće subvencije dobivaju oni koji namjeravaju kupiti stan ili kuću ili izgraditi kuću u najnerazvijenijim područjima, dok 30 posto mjesečne rate kredita ide onima koji su odlučili kupiti ili izgraditi nekretninu u urbanim središtima poput Zagreba.

U ovom krugu subvencioniranih stambenih kredita sudjeluje 14 banaka s efektivnim kamatnim stopama u rasponu od 2,09 do 3,50 posto.

Šesti po redu poziv za subvencionirane kredite za mlade obitelji bliži se kraju. Petak, 14. svibnja 2021., posljednji je dan za predaju dokumentacije za subvenciju kredita za kupnju kuće ili stana ili gradnju kuće. Posljednji službeni podaci APN-a govore da je od 29. ožujka do 6. svibnja 2021. godine zaprimljeno 3.798 zahtjeva što pokazuje i dalje velik interes građana za ovu mjeru.

Zahtjevi se obrađuju prema redoslijedu zaprimanja, a do sada je obrađen 1.788 zahtjev. Odobreno je 1.740 zahtjeva,  41 je na dopuni, 5 je odbijenih zahtjeva i 2 podnositelja su odustala.

„Mlade obitelji prepoznale su ovu mjeru Vlade kao kvalitetnu, a o njenoj uspješnosti najbolje govori podatak da je u četiri godine provođenja odobreno ukupno više od 17.500 subvencioniranih kredita, dok je u istom periodu rođeno više od 3.000 djece, tako da ovdje govorimo i o demografskoj mjeri. S obzirom na veliki iskaz interesa i u ovom pozivu, mi ćemo učiniti sve da se osiguraju dostatna sredstva kako bismo s ovom mjerom mogli nastaviti i u idućim godinama“, ističe ministar Darko Horvat. 

Prema dosad obrađenim podacima, prosječni iznos subvencioniranog kredita iznosi 76.620 EUR, a prosječan rok otplate je 22 godine.

Prosječna životna dob korisnika subvencioniranog kredita je 33 godine, a iznos mjesečnog anuiteta koji otplaćuju je 395 EUR/2986 kuna od toga mjesečna subvencija iznosi 130 EUR/985 kuna.

Subvencioniranje stambenih kredita je program stambenog zbrinjavanja u sklopu kojeg država, odnosno Ministarstvo te APN, pomažu pri otplati dijela stambenog kredita pri kupnji stana ili kuće, odnosno pri otplati kredita za izgradnju kuće u trajanju od pet godina. Rok subvencije produžuje se za dvije dodatne godine za svako novorođeno dijete za vrijeme trajanja subvencije. Subvencija se produljuje i za dodatnu godinu dana po svakom djetetu koje osoba ima u vrijeme prijave za kredit a produžuje se godinu dana i u slučaju da je podnositelj zahtjeva ili član njegova obiteljskog domaćinstva utvrđenog invaliditeta većeg od 50% tjelesnog oštećenja.

Podsjetimo kako se na poziv mogu prijaviti svi građani mlađi od 45 godina koji u svom vlasništvu nemaju stan ili kuću. Subvencioniranje kredita odobrava se za kupnju stana ili kuće, odnosno gradnju kuće do najviše 1.500 eura po metru kvadratnom odnosno do najvišeg iznosa kredita od 100.000 eura u kunskoj protuvrijednosti. Rok otplate kredita ne smije biti kraći od 15 godina.

Visina subvencije ovisi o indeksu razvijenosti mjesta na kojem se nekretnina kupuje, odnosno gradi, te se kreće od 30 do 51 posto iznosa rate kredita. Najveće subvencije dobivaju oni koji namjeravaju kupiti stan ili kuću ili izgraditi kuću u najnerazvijenijim područjima, dok 30 posto mjesečne rate kredita ide onima koji su odlučili kupiti ili izgraditi nekretninu u urbanim središtima poput Zagreba.

U ovom krugu subvencioniranih stambenih kredita sudjeluje 14 banaka s efektivnim kamatnim stopama u rasponu od 2,09 do 3,50 posto.
