Premda je izgledalo kako će nakon masovnog odlaska iz Rusije IT tvrtki u "prazan prostor" uskočiti kineski Huawei kako bi održao tamošnju telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu i zamjenska tehnološka rješenja uslijedio je šok za Moskvu. Naime, kako je objavila GizChina i drugi svjetski mediji, najpoznatija i najveća kineska IT tvrtka ograničava svoje djelovanje u Rusiji. Huawei, prema navodima GizChina, namjerava potpuno zatvoriti svoj ured u Moskvi – piše Mreža.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama Huawei je prestao primati narudžbe u Rusiji te se sprema zatvoriti svoj poslovni ured telekomunikacijske mrežne opreme u Rusiji. Kineski zaposlenici ureda i dio ruskih stručnjaka napustit će Rusiju, a ostali će biti na godišnjem odmoru. Huawei je do sada imao presudnu važnost u tehnološkom razvoju Rusije ne samo kroz svoju opremu nego i kroz prijenos tehnologije u suradnji s ruskim tehnološkim institucijama kao i kroz svoj tehnološki centar.

Kako je objavio Forbes, Huawei revidira svoju liniju proizvoda kako bi Rusiji opskrbio proizvode koji ne koriste američku tehnologiju dodajući kako je, za sada, Huawei zaustavio sklapanje novih ugovora s ruskim telekomunikacijskim operaterima za nabavu mrežne i poslužiteljske opreme. Posljednjih godina telekomunikacijske tvrtke u Rusiji aktivno se prebacuju na Huaweieva rješenja. Sada oprema Huaweia čini oko 33% svih baznih stanica koje rade u Rusiji, a koje također pokrivaju cijele regije. Huaweiev odlazak utjecati će na održavanje i razvoj postojećih telekomunikacijskih mreža u Rusiji kao i i budućih projekata.

Pritisak iz Washingtona postigao je svoje

Odluka o prestanku daljnjih aktivnosti Huaweia u Rusiji posljedica je ruske agresije na Ukrajinu, odnosno pritiska iz Washingtona na kinesku tvrtku. Naime, ranije je regulator u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama izdao izvozne dozvole dopuštajući međunarodnim tvrtkama da isporučuju opremu Huaweiu. No s obzirom na rat u Ukrajini i postojeće sankcije, dozvole se mogu prestati izdavati.

Na temelju lošeg iskustva Huaweia , čije je poslovanje teško pogođeno američkim sankcijama, malo je vjerojatno da će tvrtka htjeti pogoršati svoju ionako tešku situaciju. Nemogućnost nabavke rezervnih dijelova i opreme uzrokovati će ozbiljne probleme ruskim telekomunikacijskim tvrtkama.

Za sada nema promjena poslovanju Huaweia u segmentu robe široke potrošnje, koji uključuje tablete, prijenosna računala, pametne telefone i druge pametne gadgete. No, izvjesno je kako bi i tu moglo doći do promjene pod pritiskom iz SAD.

Premda je izgledalo kako će nakon masovnog odlaska iz Rusije IT tvrtki u "prazan prostor" uskočiti kineski Huawei kako bi održao tamošnju telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu i zamjenska tehnološka rješenja uslijedio je šok za Moskvu. Naime, kako je objavila GizChina i drugi svjetski mediji, najpoznatija i najveća kineska IT tvrtka ograničava svoje djelovanje u Rusiji. Huawei, prema navodima GizChina, namjerava potpuno zatvoriti svoj ured u Moskvi – piše Mreža.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama Huawei je prestao primati narudžbe u Rusiji te se sprema zatvoriti svoj poslovni ured telekomunikacijske mrežne opreme u Rusiji. Kineski zaposlenici ureda i dio ruskih stručnjaka napustit će Rusiju, a ostali će biti na godišnjem odmoru. Huawei je do sada imao presudnu važnost u tehnološkom razvoju Rusije ne samo kroz svoju opremu nego i kroz prijenos tehnologije u suradnji s ruskim tehnološkim institucijama kao i kroz svoj tehnološki centar.

Kako je objavio Forbes, Huawei revidira svoju liniju proizvoda kako bi Rusiji opskrbio proizvode koji ne koriste američku tehnologiju dodajući kako je, za sada, Huawei zaustavio sklapanje novih ugovora s ruskim telekomunikacijskim operaterima za nabavu mrežne i poslužiteljske opreme. Posljednjih godina telekomunikacijske tvrtke u Rusiji aktivno se prebacuju na Huaweieva rješenja. Sada oprema Huaweia čini oko 33% svih baznih stanica koje rade u Rusiji, a koje također pokrivaju cijele regije. Huaweiev odlazak utjecati će na održavanje i razvoj postojećih telekomunikacijskih mreža u Rusiji kao i i budućih projekata.

Pritisak iz Washingtona postigao je svoje

Odluka o prestanku daljnjih aktivnosti Huaweia u Rusiji posljedica je ruske agresije na Ukrajinu, odnosno pritiska iz Washingtona na kinesku tvrtku. Naime, ranije je regulator u Sjedinjenim Američkim Državama izdao izvozne dozvole dopuštajući međunarodnim tvrtkama da isporučuju opremu Huaweiu. No s obzirom na rat u Ukrajini i postojeće sankcije, dozvole se mogu prestati izdavati.

Na temelju lošeg iskustva Huaweia , čije je poslovanje teško pogođeno američkim sankcijama, malo je vjerojatno da će tvrtka htjeti pogoršati svoju ionako tešku situaciju. Nemogućnost nabavke rezervnih dijelova i opreme uzrokovati će ozbiljne probleme ruskim telekomunikacijskim tvrtkama.

Za sada nema promjena poslovanju Huaweia u segmentu robe široke potrošnje, koji uključuje tablete, prijenosna računala, pametne telefone i druge pametne gadgete. No, izvjesno je kako bi i tu moglo doći do promjene pod pritiskom iz SAD.

Premda je izgledalo kako će nakon masovnog odlaska iz Rusije IT tvrtki u "prazan prostor" uskočiti kineski Huawei kako bi održao tamošnju telekomunikacijsku infrastrukturu i zamjenska tehnološka rješenja uslijedio je šok za Moskvu. Naime, kako je objavila GizChina i drugi svjetski mediji, najpoznatija i najveća kineska IT tvrtka ograničava svoje djelovanje u Rusiji. Huawei, prema navodima GizChina, namjerava potpuno zatvoriti svoj ured u Moskvi – piše Mreža.

Prema neslužbenim informacijama Huawei je prestao primati narudžbe u Rusiji te se sprema zatvoriti svoj poslovni ured telekomunikacijske mrežne opreme u Rusiji. Kineski zaposlenici ureda i dio ruskih stručnjaka napustit će Rusiju, a ostali će biti na godišnjem odmoru. Huawei je do sada imao presudnu važnost u tehnološkom razvoju Rusije ne samo kroz svoju opremu nego i kroz prijenos tehnologije u suradnji s ruskim tehnološkim institucijama kao i kroz svoj tehnološki centar.
