Razvoj tehnologije uvelike utječe na radna mjesta. Strojevi zamjenjuju ljude, otvaraju se trgovine bez blagajnika, a ako se takav trend nastavi mnoga zanimanja ubrzo bi mogla nestati. U Svjetskoj banci su stoga odlučili godišnji dokument World Development Report 2019. posvetiti pitanju što se može napraviti kako bi se spasila ta zanimanja.

Stručnjaci koji stoje iza World Development Report smatraju kako bi trebalo smanjiti plaće radnicima na niže plaćenim radnim mjestima koje bi s mnogo manje troškova mogli zamijeniti strojevi.
 
Svjetska banka smatra da bi se ukidanjem minimalnih plaća, ali i smanjivanjem plaća za radnike s manje iskustva poput studenata i početnika, povećala zaposlenost i umanjio utjecaj automatizacije na zapošljavanje, piše Bug.
 
U nekim od smjernica Svjetske banke navodi se i kako se treba smanjiti administracija koja dolazi uz zapošljavanje i otpuštanje radnika, jer i ona košta, a krajnji cilj je da zapošljavanje radnika bude isplativije od uvođenja tehnologije.
 
Iako su u Svjetskoj banci izdali tek prvi dokument mnoge svjetske udruge reagirale su na njihove smjernice navodeći da se u njima ne razmišlja o samim radnicima.
 
Također, u Svjetskoj banci navode kako se, iako mnoga zanimanja zbog novih tehnologija poput robota i umjetne inteligencije nestati, upravo zbog toga mogu i otvarati neka nova, kreativnija zanimanja.

Razvoj tehnologije uvelike utječe na radna mjesta. Strojevi zamjenjuju ljude, otvaraju se trgovine bez blagajnika, a ako se takav trend nastavi mnoga zanimanja ubrzo bi mogla nestati. U Svjetskoj banci su stoga odlučili godišnji dokument World Development Report 2019. posvetiti pitanju što se može napraviti kako bi se spasila ta zanimanja.

Stručnjaci koji stoje iza World Development Report smatraju kako bi trebalo smanjiti plaće radnicima na niže plaćenim radnim mjestima koje bi s mnogo manje troškova mogli zamijeniti strojevi.
 
Svjetska banka smatra da bi se ukidanjem minimalnih plaća, ali i smanjivanjem plaća za radnike s manje iskustva poput studenata i početnika, povećala zaposlenost i umanjio utjecaj automatizacije na zapošljavanje, piše Bug.
 
U nekim od smjernica Svjetske banke navodi se i kako se treba smanjiti administracija koja dolazi uz zapošljavanje i otpuštanje radnika, jer i ona košta, a krajnji cilj je da zapošljavanje radnika bude isplativije od uvođenja tehnologije.
 
Iako su u Svjetskoj banci izdali tek prvi dokument mnoge svjetske udruge reagirale su na njihove smjernice navodeći da se u njima ne razmišlja o samim radnicima.
 
Također, u Svjetskoj banci navode kako se, iako mnoga zanimanja zbog novih tehnologija poput robota i umjetne inteligencije nestati, upravo zbog toga mogu i otvarati neka nova, kreativnija zanimanja.
