Mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta i ukidanje ograničavanja rada kompanija rezultirale su time, među ostalim, da je od 20. svibnja do 30. lipnja broj nezaposlenih registriranih na Zavodu za zapošljavanje pao sa 158.394 na 150.651, dok je broj osiguranika pri Hrvatskom zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje narastao sa 1.526.185 na 1.545.215 osiguranika.
Kada je nezaposlenost u pitanju, još nije "dosegnuta" razina prije početka krize, od 16. ožujka, kada je u evidenciji HZZ-a bilo 134.717 osoba, ali je pozitivan trend u zadnjih mjesec i pol dana ipak vidljiv. Međutim, Udruga "Glas poduzetnika" tvrdi da bi tim dobrim trendovima u srpnju mogao doći kraj i to zbog toga što je Vlada, kako navode, „ukinula mjeru minimalne plaće, te otpisa poreza i doprinosa nakon četiri mjeseca, iako je najavljivala da će mjere biti aktivne 3+3 mjeseca“.
U Vladi su nam potvrdili da za srpanj neće više važiti mjera odgode ili otpisa poreza i doprinosa, a za mjeru "minimalca" nisu dali izričiti odgovor. To bi moglo značiti da u Vladi još razmatraju mogućnost održavanja ili redefiniranja te mjere u odnosu na stanje na tržištu, a Glas poduzetnika odlučio ih je "pritisnuti" da se očituju o tome nekoliko dana prije izbora.
"Poduzetnici su sa strepnjom i nadom iščekivali objavu Vlade o nastavku mjera za očuvanje radnih mjesta, a kada se to napokon dogodilo - dočekao ih je hladan tuš. Ne samo zato što je riječ o mjerama uz koje mnogi poduzetnici neće uspjeti preživjeti, nego i stoga što je ovo još jedno pogaženo obećanje Vlade. Na Vladina obećanja poduzetnici su računali dok su pokušavali ponovno pokrenuti svoje poslove i uspijevali sačuvati radna mjesta. Ono što nas sada čeka je val otkaza, likvidacija tvrtki, a posljedično moguće i kolaps javnog sektora. Ne možemo dovoljno naglasiti ozbiljnost situacije u kojoj će nas u sljedećim tjednima svakog jutra dočekivati scene redova pred Zavodom za zapošljavanje“, navodi se u reakciji UGP-a.
Navode da je Hrvatska od EU-a dobila 8,8 milijardi kuna za "saniranje" prvog vala krize, te da je od toga u mjere uloženo 5,6 milijardi.
"Jednostavnom računicom dolazimo do toga da je još 3,2 milijarde kuna iz EU-a na raspolaganju našem gospodarstvu, bez Vladina ulaganja iz našeg proračuna. Misli li Vlada da trenutačno ima važnije stvari od spašavanja radnih mjesta? Ili je taj novac negdje već nestao? Hitno zahtijevamo odgovore i vraćanje mjere minimalne plaće za ugrožene djelatnosti za srpanj i kolovoz“, ističe se u zahtjevima UGP-a.
Prema podacima Vlade, do sada je za mjeru minimalca (bez isplate za lipanj) isplaćeno više od 5,3 milijarde kuna, a uključujući i doprinose, taj iznos ide iznad 7,7 milijardi kuna. Pritom procjenjuju da će za mjeru skraćivanja radnog vremena do kraja godine biti potrebno od 2,2 do tri milijarde kuna.

Mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta i ukidanje ograničavanja rada kompanija rezultirale su time, među ostalim, da je od 20. svibnja do 30. lipnja broj nezaposlenih registriranih na Zavodu za zapošljavanje pao sa 158.394 na 150.651, dok je broj osiguranika pri Hrvatskom zavodu za mirovinsko osiguranje narastao sa 1.526.185 na 1.545.215 osiguranika.
Kada je nezaposlenost u pitanju, još nije "dosegnuta" razina prije početka krize, od 16. ožujka, kada je u evidenciji HZZ-a bilo 134.717 osoba, ali je pozitivan trend u zadnjih mjesec i pol dana ipak vidljiv. Međutim, Udruga "Glas poduzetnika" tvrdi da bi tim dobrim trendovima u srpnju mogao doći kraj i to zbog toga što je Vlada, kako navode, „ukinula mjeru minimalne plaće, te otpisa poreza i doprinosa nakon četiri mjeseca, iako je najavljivala da će mjere biti aktivne 3+3 mjeseca“.
U Vladi su nam potvrdili da za srpanj neće više važiti mjera odgode ili otpisa poreza i doprinosa, a za mjeru "minimalca" nisu dali izričiti odgovor. To bi moglo značiti da u Vladi još razmatraju mogućnost održavanja ili redefiniranja te mjere u odnosu na stanje na tržištu, a Glas poduzetnika odlučio ih je "pritisnuti" da se očituju o tome nekoliko dana prije izbora.
"Poduzetnici su sa strepnjom i nadom iščekivali objavu Vlade o nastavku mjera za očuvanje radnih mjesta, a kada se to napokon dogodilo - dočekao ih je hladan tuš. Ne samo zato što je riječ o mjerama uz koje mnogi poduzetnici neće uspjeti preživjeti, nego i stoga što je ovo još jedno pogaženo obećanje Vlade. Na Vladina obećanja poduzetnici su računali dok su pokušavali ponovno pokrenuti svoje poslove i uspijevali sačuvati radna mjesta. Ono što nas sada čeka je val otkaza, likvidacija tvrtki, a posljedično moguće i kolaps javnog sektora. Ne možemo dovoljno naglasiti ozbiljnost situacije u kojoj će nas u sljedećim tjednima svakog jutra dočekivati scene redova pred Zavodom za zapošljavanje“, navodi se u reakciji UGP-a.
Navode da je Hrvatska od EU-a dobila 8,8 milijardi kuna za "saniranje" prvog vala krize, te da je od toga u mjere uloženo 5,6 milijardi.
"Jednostavnom računicom dolazimo do toga da je još 3,2 milijarde kuna iz EU-a na raspolaganju našem gospodarstvu, bez Vladina ulaganja iz našeg proračuna. Misli li Vlada da trenutačno ima važnije stvari od spašavanja radnih mjesta? Ili je taj novac negdje već nestao? Hitno zahtijevamo odgovore i vraćanje mjere minimalne plaće za ugrožene djelatnosti za srpanj i kolovoz“, ističe se u zahtjevima UGP-a.
Prema podacima Vlade, do sada je za mjeru minimalca (bez isplate za lipanj) isplaćeno više od 5,3 milijarde kuna, a uključujući i doprinose, taj iznos ide iznad 7,7 milijardi kuna. Pritom procjenjuju da će za mjeru skraćivanja radnog vremena do kraja godine biti potrebno od 2,2 do tri milijarde kuna.
