Koalicija za dostojanstvenu plaću upozorila je u srijedu da u Hrvatskoj prosječna plaća iznosi svega trećinu dostojanstvene plaće, zatraživši od Vlade da donosi politike koje će postupno jamčiti dostojanstvenu plaću za sve zaposlene.
"Dostojanstvena plaća znači da si od nje možemo priuštiti kvalitetan standard, što uključuje plaćanje redovnih, ali i iznenadnih troškova te štednju", rekla je članica koalicije Sandra Kasunić iz Centra za mirovne studije.
No, prema izračunu Koalicije dostojanstvena plaća za Hrvatsku prije posljednjih poskupljenja iznosila je 10.428 kuna dok je prema podacima iz 2021. prosječna plaća iznosila svega trećinu tog iznosa.
"Ti iznosi pokazuju da je dostojanstvena plaća za sve nas u Hrvatskoj zasad daleka budućnost", ocijenila je Kasunić, napomenuvši da je to Ustavna kategorija i osnovno ljudsko pravo koje je Hrvatska priznala.
Iako je vlada paketom mjera za ublažavanje poskupljenja, po njezinim riječima, pokazala socijalnu osjetljivost, problem je što paket ne uključuje sve radnike.
"Naš apel vladi je da proširi paket mjera na one radnike koji ne zarađuju dostojanstvenu plaću i zahtijevamo da vlada donosi politike kojima će postepeno garantirati implementaciju svih socijalnih i ekonomskih prava", poručila je.
Mario Iveković iz Novog sindikata podsjetio je da su se kao koalicija prvi put oglasili kad se govorilo o europskoj direktivi o minimalnoj plaći i dolazećim izmjenama Zakona o radu.
Ne očekuju, kaže da se dovede minimalnu plaću na razinu dostojanstvene u dvije godini ali traže od vlade da postavi dostojanstvenu plaću kao krajnji cilj minimalne plaće, što piše u Ustavu.
Potpisi za "jaču" direktivu o socijalnoj odgovornosti
Iveković je najavio da će njihova koalicija sudjelovati u europskoj građanskoj inicijativi koja će za dva mjeseca početi prikupljati potpise, a kako bi dobili pravo tražiti od Europske komisije "jaču" direktivu o socijalnoj odgovornosti.
Europska komisija uputila je u proceduru prvi nacrt direktive kojom se korporacije s više od 500 radnika i prometom većim od 150 milijuna eura godišnje želi obvezati na poštivanje radničkih prava.
Iako taj limit za neke industrije, poput tekstilne iznosi 250 zaposlenih i promet od 40 milijuna eura, građanske inicijative žele da se taj limit spusti te da direktiva obuhvatiti male i srednje tvrtke.
"Mi ćemo inzistirati na isplati dostojanstvene plaće koja se spominje u direktivi", zaključio je Iveković.
Tomislav Kiš iz Novog sindikata rekao je da u tome očekuju potporu i Vlade.

Koalicija za dostojanstvenu plaću upozorila je u srijedu da u Hrvatskoj prosječna plaća iznosi svega trećinu dostojanstvene plaće, zatraživši od Vlade da donosi politike koje će postupno jamčiti dostojanstvenu plaću za sve zaposlene.
"Dostojanstvena plaća znači da si od nje možemo priuštiti kvalitetan standard, što uključuje plaćanje redovnih, ali i iznenadnih troškova te štednju", rekla je članica koalicije Sandra Kasunić iz Centra za mirovne studije.
No, prema izračunu Koalicije dostojanstvena plaća za Hrvatsku prije posljednjih poskupljenja iznosila je 10.428 kuna dok je prema podacima iz 2021. prosječna plaća iznosila svega trećinu tog iznosa.
"Ti iznosi pokazuju da je dostojanstvena plaća za sve nas u Hrvatskoj zasad daleka budućnost", ocijenila je Kasunić, napomenuvši da je to Ustavna kategorija i osnovno ljudsko pravo koje je Hrvatska priznala.
Iako je vlada paketom mjera za ublažavanje poskupljenja, po njezinim riječima, pokazala socijalnu osjetljivost, problem je što paket ne uključuje sve radnike.
"Naš apel vladi je da proširi paket mjera na one radnike koji ne zarađuju dostojanstvenu plaću i zahtijevamo da vlada donosi politike kojima će postepeno garantirati implementaciju svih socijalnih i ekonomskih prava", poručila je.
Mario Iveković iz Novog sindikata podsjetio je da su se kao koalicija prvi put oglasili kad se govorilo o europskoj direktivi o minimalnoj plaći i dolazećim izmjenama Zakona o radu.
Ne očekuju, kaže da se dovede minimalnu plaću na razinu dostojanstvene u dvije godini ali traže od vlade da postavi dostojanstvenu plaću kao krajnji cilj minimalne plaće, što piše u Ustavu.
Potpisi za "jaču" direktivu o socijalnoj odgovornosti
Iveković je najavio da će njihova koalicija sudjelovati u europskoj građanskoj inicijativi koja će za dva mjeseca početi prikupljati potpise, a kako bi dobili pravo tražiti od Europske komisije "jaču" direktivu o socijalnoj odgovornosti.
Europska komisija uputila je u proceduru prvi nacrt direktive kojom se korporacije s više od 500 radnika i prometom većim od 150 milijuna eura godišnje želi obvezati na poštivanje radničkih prava.
Iako taj limit za neke industrije, poput tekstilne iznosi 250 zaposlenih i promet od 40 milijuna eura, građanske inicijative žele da se taj limit spusti te da direktiva obuhvatiti male i srednje tvrtke.
"Mi ćemo inzistirati na isplati dostojanstvene plaće koja se spominje u direktivi", zaključio je Iveković.
Tomislav Kiš iz Novog sindikata rekao je da u tome očekuju potporu i Vlade.
