Jedno od najčešćih pitanja koje se postavlja u vezi sa sitiuacijom na tržištu rada u Hrvatskoj jest - kako je moguće da je više od sto tisuća ljudi na burzi rada, a poslodavci su u panici jer im nema tko raditi?

Hrvatska istovremeno izvozi i uvozi radnike. Iz nje odlaze mladi i stariji radnici, obrazovani ljudi, kvalificirani radnici i meštri mnogih zanata. Iz nje odlaze ljudi kojima je dosadilo biti radnik na određeno vrijeme koji je stalno na iglicama i nikad nije siguran hoće li dobiti idući ugovor. Bez kakve-takve sigurnosti radnog mjesta, nema ni zasnivanja obitelji niti razmišljanja o svom domu.

Kad gledate kakve radnike trebaju hrvatski poslodavci, kakve strane radnike uvozi Hrvatska, jasno je da se radi o lošije plaćenim poslovima za koje treba fizički biti spreman za rad, osobito kad se radi o sezonskim poslovima u kojima je radno vrijeme vrlo rastezljiv pojam. Popisi najtraženijih zanimanja za koje Hrvatska uvozi radnike uglavnom su vrlo slični popisima najlošije plaćenih zanimanja. Traženi su konobari, prodavači, sobarice, čistači, kuhari, kuhinjski radnici, zidari, tesari, pomoćni kuhari...

Ulazak u Europsku uniju i otvaranje tržišta za hrvatske radnike je jednostavno ispraznio domaće tržište rada. Poslodavci su jedno vrijeme bili koliko toliko mirni jer su im radnici stizali uglavnom iz susjedne Bosne i Hercegovine, no to nije moglo trajati zauvijek pa su i radnici iz susjednih zemalja, jednako kao i hrvatski radnici, sreću potražili tamo gdje za jednaku količinu rada dobiju više novca. Tako su se poslodavci počeli okretati egzotičnijim i udaljenim destinacijama sa standardom što je toliko lošiji od hrvatskog da bi tamošnje radnike mogle privući plaće koje nisu privlačne ni hrvatskim ni radnicima iz BiH ili Srbije.

Sve se to događa u situaciji kada trenutno na Zavodu za zapošljavanje ima gotovo 119 tisuća nezaposlenih ljudi, pa se neki pitaju kako to da nam pored toliko ljudi bez posla trebaju strani radnici. Pa, nisu ni svi nezaposleni zapošljivi. Neki jednostavno nemaju dovoljno kvalifikacija, drugima se možda ne radi i računaju da je bolje ništa ne raditi nego se znojiti za malu plaću, treći za plaću od 4000 ili 5000 kuna nisu spremni odseliti u drugi grad jer im je to premalo prihoda za život i plaćanje stana... Da nije tako, vjerojatno ne bi 38 posto svih nezaposlenih bilo u evidencijama zavoda za zapošljavanje dulje od godine dana od čega ih je gotovo polovica u tim evidencijama dulje od tri godine.

Ruku na srce, ima i poslodavaca koji bi radije zaposlili dva radnika od 20 godina nego jednog od 40 ili 50 godina starosti. Među gotovo 119 tisuća nezaposlenih u Hrvatskoj, njih 58 posto starije je od 40 godina, a među njima je 37 posto nezaposlenih koji su proslavili više od 50 rođendana.

Jedno od najčešćih pitanja koje se postavlja u vezi sa sitiuacijom na tržištu rada u Hrvatskoj jest - kako je moguće da je više od sto tisuća ljudi na burzi rada, a poslodavci su u panici jer im nema tko raditi?

Hrvatska istovremeno izvozi i uvozi radnike. Iz nje odlaze mladi i stariji radnici, obrazovani ljudi, kvalificirani radnici i meštri mnogih zanata. Iz nje odlaze ljudi kojima je dosadilo biti radnik na određeno vrijeme koji je stalno na iglicama i nikad nije siguran hoće li dobiti idući ugovor. Bez kakve-takve sigurnosti radnog mjesta, nema ni zasnivanja obitelji niti razmišljanja o svom domu.

Kad gledate kakve radnike trebaju hrvatski poslodavci, kakve strane radnike uvozi Hrvatska, jasno je da se radi o lošije plaćenim poslovima za koje treba fizički biti spreman za rad, osobito kad se radi o sezonskim poslovima u kojima je radno vrijeme vrlo rastezljiv pojam. Popisi najtraženijih zanimanja za koje Hrvatska uvozi radnike uglavnom su vrlo slični popisima najlošije plaćenih zanimanja. Traženi su konobari, prodavači, sobarice, čistači, kuhari, kuhinjski radnici, zidari, tesari, pomoćni kuhari...

Ulazak u Europsku uniju i otvaranje tržišta za hrvatske radnike je jednostavno ispraznio domaće tržište rada. Poslodavci su jedno vrijeme bili koliko toliko mirni jer su im radnici stizali uglavnom iz susjedne Bosne i Hercegovine, no to nije moglo trajati zauvijek pa su i radnici iz susjednih zemalja, jednako kao i hrvatski radnici, sreću potražili tamo gdje za jednaku količinu rada dobiju više novca. Tako su se poslodavci počeli okretati egzotičnijim i udaljenim destinacijama sa standardom što je toliko lošiji od hrvatskog da bi tamošnje radnike mogle privući plaće koje nisu privlačne ni hrvatskim ni radnicima iz BiH ili Srbije.

Sve se to događa u situaciji kada trenutno na Zavodu za zapošljavanje ima gotovo 119 tisuća nezaposlenih ljudi, pa se neki pitaju kako to da nam pored toliko ljudi bez posla trebaju strani radnici. Pa, nisu ni svi nezaposleni zapošljivi. Neki jednostavno nemaju dovoljno kvalifikacija, drugima se možda ne radi i računaju da je bolje ništa ne raditi nego se znojiti za malu plaću, treći za plaću od 4000 ili 5000 kuna nisu spremni odseliti u drugi grad jer im je to premalo prihoda za život i plaćanje stana... Da nije tako, vjerojatno ne bi 38 posto svih nezaposlenih bilo u evidencijama zavoda za zapošljavanje dulje od godine dana od čega ih je gotovo polovica u tim evidencijama dulje od tri godine.

Ruku na srce, ima i poslodavaca koji bi radije zaposlili dva radnika od 20 godina nego jednog od 40 ili 50 godina starosti. Među gotovo 119 tisuća nezaposlenih u Hrvatskoj, njih 58 posto starije je od 40 godina, a među njima je 37 posto nezaposlenih koji su proslavili više od 50 rođendana.

Na Zavodu za zapošljavanje imamo 119 tisuća nezaposlenih ljudi, a opet trebamo uvoziti radnike! Zašto?

Jedno od najčešćih pitanja koje se postavlja u vezi sa sitiuacijom na tržištu rada u Hrvatskoj jest - kako je moguće da je više od sto tisuća ljudi na burzi rada, a poslodavci su u panici jer im nema tko raditi?

Hrvatska istovremeno izvozi i uvozi radnike. Iz nje odlaze mladi i stariji radnici, obrazovani ljudi, kvalificirani radnici i meštri mnogih zanata. Iz nje odlaze ljudi kojima je dosadilo biti radnik na određeno vrijeme koji je stalno na iglicama i nikad nije siguran hoće li dobiti idući ugovor. Bez kakve-takve sigurnosti radnog mjesta, nema ni zasnivanja obitelji niti razmišljanja o svom domu.

Kad gledate kakve radnike trebaju hrvatski poslodavci, kakve strane radnike uvozi Hrvatska, jasno je da se radi o lošije plaćenim poslovima za koje treba fizički biti spreman za rad, osobito kad se radi o sezonskim poslovima u kojima je radno vrijeme vrlo rastezljiv pojam. Popisi najtraženijih zanimanja za koje Hrvatska uvozi radnike uglavnom su vrlo slični popisima najlošije plaćenih zanimanja. Traženi su konobari, prodavači, sobarice, čistači, kuhari, kuhinjski radnici, zidari, tesari, pomoćni kuhari...

Ulazak u Europsku uniju i otvaranje tržišta za hrvatske radnike je jednostavno ispraznio domaće tržište rada. Poslodavci su jedno vrijeme bili koliko toliko mirni jer su im radnici stizali uglavnom iz susjedne Bosne i Hercegovine, no to nije moglo trajati zauvijek pa su i radnici iz susjednih zemalja, jednako kao i hrvatski radnici, sreću potražili tamo gdje za jednaku količinu rada dobiju više novca. Tako su se poslodavci počeli okretati egzotičnijim i udaljenim destinacijama sa standardom što je toliko lošiji od hrvatskog da bi tamošnje radnike mogle privući plaće koje nisu privlačne ni hrvatskim ni radnicima iz BiH ili Srbije.

Sve se to događa u situaciji kada trenutno na Zavodu za zapošljavanje ima gotovo 119 tisuća nezaposlenih ljudi, pa se neki pitaju kako to da nam pored toliko ljudi bez posla trebaju strani radnici. Pa, nisu ni svi nezaposleni zapošljivi. Neki jednostavno nemaju dovoljno kvalifikacija, drugima se možda ne radi i računaju da je bolje ništa ne raditi nego se znojiti za malu plaću, treći za plaću od 4000 ili 5000 kuna nisu spremni odseliti u drugi grad jer im je to premalo prihoda za život i plaćanje stana... Da nije tako, vjerojatno ne bi 38 posto svih nezaposlenih bilo u evidencijama zavoda za zapošljavanje dulje od godine dana od čega ih je gotovo polovica u tim evidencijama dulje od tri godine.
