Odluka o tome da bi friško diplomirani liječnici trebali godinu dana raditi u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine trenutno izaziva najviše komentara u javnoj raspravi zdravstvene reforme. Tu je temu, kao i reformu zdravstva, u Dnevniku Nove TV komentirao Fran Stjepan Naranđa iz Inicijative mladih liječnika. Na početku se osvrnuo na plan da liječnici nakon završetka fakulteta rade u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine. Neki su u javnoj raspravi istaknuli da se time liječnike želi pretvoriti u jeftinu radnu snagu što, istaknuo je Naranđa, nije rijedak stav.

"Takvo je mišljenje unificirano ne samo među mladim liječnicima, nego i među studentima iz Zagreba, Splita, Rijeke i Osijeka s kojima smo bili u kontaktu zadnjih tjedana. Oni su apsolutno nezadovoljni takvom pripremom za daljnji rad. Anketa koja je provedena na sva četiri sveučilišta pokazala je da 85 njih nisu spremni raditi s pacijentima bez nadzora", rekao je.

Zatim je upitan boje li se da nemaju dovoljno znanja za samostalan rad jer to, ako je istina, nije dobra vijest za pacijente.

"Apsolutno ne zvuči dobro za pacijente, ali takva je trenutna odluka Ministarstva zdravstva. U prijedlogu reforme postoji, kako oni to kažu, ‘Nacionalni plan osnaživanja mladih liječnika‘. On zapravo nema nikakav elaborirani plan ni program kako će se ti liječnici educirati i kakav će taj nazdor biti", izjavio je.

"Zapravo smo opet na nuli, a mislim da bismo se trebali fokusirati na primarnu edukaciju na fakultetu. Ne možemo to krpati promjenama nakon fakulteta", dodao je.

Međutim, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš rekao je da će im rad u obiteljskoj medicini poslužiti da se riješe straha.

"Naravno da će im dobro poslužiti, ali ne vidimo nikakav prijedlog takve edukacije koje će navodno biti. Možemo mi raditi koliko god hoćemo, ali nam se treba pod nadzorom pokazati što i kako treba raditi", rekao je Naranđa za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Mnogi su liječnici nakon objave plana reforme najavili odlazak iz Hrvatske što, smatra Naranđa, nisu samo puste priče.

"Ja sam, između ostaloga, jedan od liječnika koji planiraju napustiti zemlju. Podnio sam već apsolutno sve adekvatne korake za tako nešto", rekao je.

"Istraživanja koja je radila Hrvatska liječnička komora su pokazala da je jako velik broj liječnika koji su tek ušli u Komoru već prijavio neke papire za odlazak van zemlje. To je ogroman odljev mlade generacije koja uopće nije ušla u sustav", dodao je.

Na kraju razgovora upitan je o sastancima Inicijative mladih liječnika s Vladom. Zadnji je, podsjetimo, održan 18. listopada.

"Mi smo sa sastanka izašli nezadovoljni. Mislimo da se moglo puno više napraviti s premisom ‘djela, a ne riječi‘. Mislim da smo na tom sastanku čuli previše riječi i daljnje sastanke planiramo voditi samo s krovnim institucijama isključivo zato što bi one trebale biti pozvane na te sastanke", zaključio je Naranđa.

Odluka o tome da bi friško diplomirani liječnici trebali godinu dana raditi u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine trenutno izaziva najviše komentara u javnoj raspravi zdravstvene reforme. Tu je temu, kao i reformu zdravstva, u Dnevniku Nove TV komentirao Fran Stjepan Naranđa iz Inicijative mladih liječnika. Na početku se osvrnuo na plan da liječnici nakon završetka fakulteta rade u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine. Neki su u javnoj raspravi istaknuli da se time liječnike želi pretvoriti u jeftinu radnu snagu što, istaknuo je Naranđa, nije rijedak stav.

"Takvo je mišljenje unificirano ne samo među mladim liječnicima, nego i među studentima iz Zagreba, Splita, Rijeke i Osijeka s kojima smo bili u kontaktu zadnjih tjedana. Oni su apsolutno nezadovoljni takvom pripremom za daljnji rad. Anketa koja je provedena na sva četiri sveučilišta pokazala je da 85 njih nisu spremni raditi s pacijentima bez nadzora", rekao je.

Zatim je upitan boje li se da nemaju dovoljno znanja za samostalan rad jer to, ako je istina, nije dobra vijest za pacijente.

"Apsolutno ne zvuči dobro za pacijente, ali takva je trenutna odluka Ministarstva zdravstva. U prijedlogu reforme postoji, kako oni to kažu, ‘Nacionalni plan osnaživanja mladih liječnika‘. On zapravo nema nikakav elaborirani plan ni program kako će se ti liječnici educirati i kakav će taj nazdor biti", izjavio je.

"Zapravo smo opet na nuli, a mislim da bismo se trebali fokusirati na primarnu edukaciju na fakultetu. Ne možemo to krpati promjenama nakon fakulteta", dodao je.

Međutim, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš rekao je da će im rad u obiteljskoj medicini poslužiti da se riješe straha.

"Naravno da će im dobro poslužiti, ali ne vidimo nikakav prijedlog takve edukacije koje će navodno biti. Možemo mi raditi koliko god hoćemo, ali nam se treba pod nadzorom pokazati što i kako treba raditi", rekao je Naranđa za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Mnogi su liječnici nakon objave plana reforme najavili odlazak iz Hrvatske što, smatra Naranđa, nisu samo puste priče.

"Ja sam, između ostaloga, jedan od liječnika koji planiraju napustiti zemlju. Podnio sam već apsolutno sve adekvatne korake za tako nešto", rekao je.

"Istraživanja koja je radila Hrvatska liječnička komora su pokazala da je jako velik broj liječnika koji su tek ušli u Komoru već prijavio neke papire za odlazak van zemlje. To je ogroman odljev mlade generacije koja uopće nije ušla u sustav", dodao je.

"Mi smo sa sastanka izašli nezadovoljni. Mislimo da se moglo puno više napraviti s premisom ‘djela, a ne riječi‘. Mislim da smo na tom sastanku čuli previše riječi i daljnje sastanke planiramo voditi samo s krovnim institucijama isključivo zato što bi one trebale biti pozvane na te sastanke", zaključio je Naranđa.

Mladi liječnik: ‘Velik broj nas planira napustiti Hrvatsku. Ja sam već poduzeo sve korake za to...‘

Odluka o tome da bi friško diplomirani liječnici trebali godinu dana raditi u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine trenutno izaziva najviše komentara u javnoj raspravi zdravstvene reforme. Tu je temu, kao i reformu zdravstva, u Dnevniku Nove TV komentirao Fran Stjepan Naranđa iz Inicijative mladih liječnika. Na početku se osvrnuo na plan da liječnici nakon završetka fakulteta rade u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine. Neki su u javnoj raspravi istaknuli da se time liječnike želi pretvoriti u jeftinu radnu snagu što, istaknuo je Naranđa, nije rijedak stav.

"Takvo je mišljenje unificirano ne samo među mladim liječnicima, nego i među studentima iz Zagreba, Splita, Rijeke i Osijeka s kojima smo bili u kontaktu zadnjih tjedana. Oni su apsolutno nezadovoljni takvom pripremom za daljnji rad. Anketa koja je provedena na sva četiri sveučilišta pokazala je da 85 njih nisu spremni raditi s pacijentima bez nadzora", rekao je.

Zatim je upitan boje li se da nemaju dovoljno znanja za samostalan rad jer to, ako je istina, nije dobra vijest za pacijente.

"Apsolutno ne zvuči dobro za pacijente, ali takva je trenutna odluka Ministarstva zdravstva. U prijedlogu reforme postoji, kako oni to kažu, ‘Nacionalni plan osnaživanja mladih liječnika‘. On zapravo nema nikakav elaborirani plan ni program kako će se ti liječnici educirati i kakav će taj nazdor biti", izjavio je.

"Zapravo smo opet na nuli, a mislim da bismo se trebali fokusirati na primarnu edukaciju na fakultetu. Ne možemo to krpati promjenama nakon fakulteta", dodao je.

Međutim, ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš rekao je da će im rad u obiteljskoj medicini poslužiti da se riješe straha.

"Naravno da će im dobro poslužiti, ali ne vidimo nikakav prijedlog takve edukacije koje će navodno biti. Možemo mi raditi koliko god hoćemo, ali nam se treba pod nadzorom pokazati što i kako treba raditi", rekao je Naranđa za Dnevnik Nove TV.

Mnogi su liječnici nakon objave plana reforme najavili odlazak iz Hrvatske što, smatra Naranđa, nisu samo puste priče.

"Ja sam, između ostaloga, jedan od liječnika koji planiraju napustiti zemlju. Podnio sam već apsolutno sve adekvatne korake za tako nešto", rekao je.

"Istraživanja koja je radila Hrvatska liječnička komora su pokazala da je jako velik broj liječnika koji su tek ušli u Komoru već prijavio neke papire za odlazak van zemlje. To je ogroman odljev mlade generacije koja uopće nije ušla u sustav", dodao je.
