Ministar rada Josip Aladrović ocijenio je u četvrtak vladine mjere pomoći gospodarstvu zatvorenom zbog aktualnih protuepidemijskih mjera adekvatnima i pravovremenima, te istaknuo da je nakon zdravlja građana  gospodarstvo najvažniji vladin prioritet.

Epidemiološke mjere za ugostitelje bit će na snazi do 21. prosinca, a tada ćemo analizirati njihov učinak i vidjeti što ćemo učiniti s epidemiološke strane, rekao je Aladrović u vladi, odgovarajući na pitanje novinara za komentar snažnog protivljenja vladinim mjerama koje dolazi iz ugostiteljskog sektora.

Podsjetio je na tri mjere pomoći poduzetnicima kojima je obustavljen rad predstavljenima ovaj tjedan, a to su nastavak subvencije plaća, pokriće određenih fiksnih troškova ovisno o padu prometa te povoljni krediti za likvidnost.

Najavio je da će sutra nakon sjednice Upravnog vijeća Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje biti poznati detalji tih mjera.

"To u ovom trenutku smatramo adekvatnim i pravodobnim", rekao je Aladrović.

Dodao je da je vlada sve dosadašnje mjere donosila "u vrlo kratkom odmaku od epidemioloških i nije ostavljala poduzetnike u neizvjesnosti".

"U ovom trenutku to je ono što smatramo potrebnim i adekvatnim", ponovio je Aladrović.

Komentirajući nezadovoljstvo ugostitelja, rekao je da vlada može shvatiti "nerazumijevanje ili pojedinačno nezadovoljstvo pojedinih grana", ali da je "zdravlje na prvom mjestu" i oko čega vlada "nema pravo niti izbor spekulirati" te da "odmah iza toga dolazi gospodarstvo".

Upitan zna li za slučajeve da poslodavci ne dozvoljavaju radnicima odlazak u samoizolaciju koja im je propisana jer umjesto njih nema tko raditi budući da su mnogi na bolovanju zbog covida, te da sami radnici "kontaktima" govore da ih ne prijavljuju kako ne bi morali u samoizlociju, odgovorio je da s tim nije osobno upoznat, ali da je u Hrvatskoj "postignut konsenzus" da je zdravlje najvažnije.

"Ako smo to postigli, onda uz pretpostavku da takvi poslodavci postoje, smatram to krajnje neodgovornim", rekao je Aladrović.

Uvjeren je da velika većina poslodavaca i radnika to ne čini.

Komentirajući prijedlog MMF-a je da se razmisli o prekvalifikaciji ugostitelja u građevince, rekao je da se tržište rada i prije covida izrazito brzo mijenjalo te da smo, poput drugih zemalja, u cikličnom okretanju granama s većim potrebama.

Dodao je da država potiče prekvalifikaciju sa svim zanimanja i radnim mjestima za koje nema nema velike potražnje, prema onima gdje potražnja postoji.

"To je naša realnost i to će se događati i u budućnosti", rekao je Aladrović.

"Ako je riječ o ugostiteljstvu koje ima manju potražnju od građevinarstva, to je sigurno jedan od modaliteta kako aktivirati radnu snagu za kojom postoji manja potražnja, prema toj istoj radnoj snazi u drugim sektorima", zaključio je.

Ministar rada Josip Aladrović ocijenio je u četvrtak vladine mjere pomoći gospodarstvu zatvorenom zbog aktualnih protuepidemijskih mjera adekvatnima i pravovremenima, te istaknuo da je nakon zdravlja građana  gospodarstvo najvažniji vladin prioritet.

Epidemiološke mjere za ugostitelje bit će na snazi do 21. prosinca, a tada ćemo analizirati njihov učinak i vidjeti što ćemo učiniti s epidemiološke strane, rekao je Aladrović u vladi, odgovarajući na pitanje novinara za komentar snažnog protivljenja vladinim mjerama koje dolazi iz ugostiteljskog sektora.

Podsjetio je na tri mjere pomoći poduzetnicima kojima je obustavljen rad predstavljenima ovaj tjedan, a to su nastavak subvencije plaća, pokriće određenih fiksnih troškova ovisno o padu prometa te povoljni krediti za likvidnost.

Najavio je da će sutra nakon sjednice Upravnog vijeća Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje biti poznati detalji tih mjera.

"To u ovom trenutku smatramo adekvatnim i pravodobnim", rekao je Aladrović.

Dodao je da je vlada sve dosadašnje mjere donosila "u vrlo kratkom odmaku od epidemioloških i nije ostavljala poduzetnike u neizvjesnosti".

"U ovom trenutku to je ono što smatramo potrebnim i adekvatnim", ponovio je Aladrović.

Komentirajući nezadovoljstvo ugostitelja, rekao je da vlada može shvatiti "nerazumijevanje ili pojedinačno nezadovoljstvo pojedinih grana", ali da je "zdravlje na prvom mjestu" i oko čega vlada "nema pravo niti izbor spekulirati" te da "odmah iza toga dolazi gospodarstvo".

Upitan zna li za slučajeve da poslodavci ne dozvoljavaju radnicima odlazak u samoizolaciju koja im je propisana jer umjesto njih nema tko raditi budući da su mnogi na bolovanju zbog covida, te da sami radnici "kontaktima" govore da ih ne prijavljuju kako ne bi morali u samoizlociju, odgovorio je da s tim nije osobno upoznat, ali da je u Hrvatskoj "postignut konsenzus" da je zdravlje najvažnije.

"Ako smo to postigli, onda uz pretpostavku da takvi poslodavci postoje, smatram to krajnje neodgovornim", rekao je Aladrović.

Uvjeren je da velika većina poslodavaca i radnika to ne čini.

Komentirajući prijedlog MMF-a je da se razmisli o prekvalifikaciji ugostitelja u građevince, rekao je da se tržište rada i prije covida izrazito brzo mijenjalo te da smo, poput drugih zemalja, u cikličnom okretanju granama s većim potrebama.

Dodao je da država potiče prekvalifikaciju sa svim zanimanja i radnim mjestima za koje nema nema velike potražnje, prema onima gdje potražnja postoji.

"To je naša realnost i to će se događati i u budućnosti", rekao je Aladrović.

"Ako je riječ o ugostiteljstvu koje ima manju potražnju od građevinarstva, to je sigurno jedan od modaliteta kako aktivirati radnu snagu za kojom postoji manja potražnja, prema toj istoj radnoj snazi u drugim sektorima", zaključio je.

Ministar Aladrović o nezadovoljstu ugostitelja: Zdravlje je na prvom mjestu, oko toga Vlada nema pravo niti izbor spekulirati

Ministar rada Josip Aladrović ocijenio je u četvrtak vladine mjere pomoći gospodarstvu zatvorenom zbog aktualnih protuepidemijskih mjera adekvatnima i pravovremenima, te istaknuo da je nakon zdravlja građana  gospodarstvo najvažniji vladin prioritet.

Epidemiološke mjere za ugostitelje bit će na snazi do 21. prosinca, a tada ćemo analizirati njihov učinak i vidjeti što ćemo učiniti s epidemiološke strane, rekao je Aladrović u vladi, odgovarajući na pitanje novinara za komentar snažnog protivljenja vladinim mjerama koje dolazi iz ugostiteljskog sektora.

Podsjetio je na tri mjere pomoći poduzetnicima kojima je obustavljen rad predstavljenima ovaj tjedan, a to su nastavak subvencije plaća, pokriće određenih fiksnih troškova ovisno o padu prometa te povoljni krediti za likvidnost.

Najavio je da će sutra nakon sjednice Upravnog vijeća Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje biti poznati detalji tih mjera.

"To u ovom trenutku smatramo adekvatnim i pravodobnim", rekao je Aladrović.

Dodao je da je vlada sve dosadašnje mjere donosila "u vrlo kratkom odmaku od epidemioloških i nije ostavljala poduzetnike u neizvjesnosti".

"U ovom trenutku to je ono što smatramo potrebnim i adekvatnim", ponovio je Aladrović.

Komentirajući nezadovoljstvo ugostitelja, rekao je da vlada može shvatiti "nerazumijevanje ili pojedinačno nezadovoljstvo pojedinih grana", ali da je "zdravlje na prvom mjestu" i oko čega vlada "nema pravo niti izbor spekulirati" te da "odmah iza toga dolazi gospodarstvo".

Upitan zna li za slučajeve da poslodavci ne dozvoljavaju radnicima odlazak u samoizolaciju koja im je propisana jer umjesto njih nema tko raditi budući da su mnogi na bolovanju zbog covida, te da sami radnici "kontaktima" govore da ih ne prijavljuju kako ne bi morali u samoizlociju, odgovorio je da s tim nije osobno upoznat, ali da je u Hrvatskoj "postignut konsenzus" da je zdravlje najvažnije.

"Ako smo to postigli, onda uz pretpostavku da takvi poslodavci postoje, smatram to krajnje neodgovornim", rekao je Aladrović.

Uvjeren je da velika većina poslodavaca i radnika to ne čini.

Komentirajući prijedlog MMF-a je da se razmisli o prekvalifikaciji ugostitelja u građevince, rekao je da se tržište rada i prije covida izrazito brzo mijenjalo te da smo, poput drugih zemalja, u cikličnom okretanju granama s većim potrebama.

Dodao je da država potiče prekvalifikaciju sa svim zanimanja i radnim mjestima za koje nema nema velike potražnje, prema onima gdje potražnja postoji.

"To je naša realnost i to će se događati i u budućnosti", rekao je Aladrović.

"Ako je riječ o ugostiteljstvu koje ima manju potražnju od građevinarstva, to je sigurno jedan od modaliteta kako aktivirati radnu snagu za kojom postoji manja potražnja, prema toj istoj radnoj snazi u drugim sektorima", zaključio je.
