Srpski član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik pokušao je u srijedu na sjednici Predsjedništva nametnuti donošenje odluke o neutralnosti te zemlje u odnosu na rusku agresiju na Ukrajini, što su njegove kolege u državnom vrhu odbile.

Dodik ih je nakon toga optužio da su srušili ustav pa time i državu, na što je predsjedatelj Predsjedništva Željko Komšić uzvratio optužbom da Dodik provodi Putinov plan destabilizacije.

Dodik je sjednicu Predsjedništva BiH u Sarajevu u bijesu napustio samo petnaestak minuta nakon što je ona počela, a potom je novinarima pojasnio kako je to učinio jer su predsjedatelj Željko Komšić i bošnjački član Šefik Džaferović odbili njegov zahtjev da se na dnevni red uvrsti rasprava o ukrajinskoj krizi, u kojoj bi on zatražio da BiH zauzme "neutralno stajalište" o njoj.

Optužio je Komšića i Džaferovića da su odbijanjem tog njegovog zahtjeva prekršili ustav i doveli u pitanje opstanak BiH, ne nudeći za takvu tvrdnju nikakvu argumentaciju.

"Svaki pokušaj da se očuva ustavna struktura danas je srušen i neizvjesno je na koji će se način nastaviti dalje", kazao je Dodik.

Ustvrdio je kako je neustavno i nezakonito sada se pozivati na izjavu Predsjedništva BiH iz 2014., donesenu nakon što je Rusija okupirala i anektirala Krim, kada je BiH izrijekom podržala teritorijalnu cjelovitost Ukrajine. Temeljem te izjave veleposlanici BiH u UN-u i Vijeću Europe podržali su sankcije nametnute Moskvi slijedeći instrukcije Ministarstva vanjskih poslova, dok veleposlanici koje je imenovao Dodik to odbijaju.

Komšić je novinarima kazao kako je Dodik na sjednici Predsjedništva zapravo "održao govor" koji je potpuno neprihvatljiv, inzistirajući na tome da su na teritoriju Ukrajine sada "priznate dvije nove države". Komšić kaže kako mu se čini da je Dodik ovime zapravo započeo provedbu svog ranijeg dogovora s Rusijom s ciljem destabilizacije BiH.

Srpski član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik pokušao je u srijedu na sjednici Predsjedništva nametnuti donošenje odluke o neutralnosti te zemlje u odnosu na rusku agresiju na Ukrajini, što su njegove kolege u državnom vrhu odbile.

Dodik ih je nakon toga optužio da su srušili ustav pa time i državu, na što je predsjedatelj Predsjedništva Željko Komšić uzvratio optužbom da Dodik provodi Putinov plan destabilizacije.

Dodik je sjednicu Predsjedništva BiH u Sarajevu u bijesu napustio samo petnaestak minuta nakon što je ona počela, a potom je novinarima pojasnio kako je to učinio jer su predsjedatelj Željko Komšić i bošnjački član Šefik Džaferović odbili njegov zahtjev da se na dnevni red uvrsti rasprava o ukrajinskoj krizi, u kojoj bi on zatražio da BiH zauzme "neutralno stajalište" o njoj.

Optužio je Komšića i Džaferovića da su odbijanjem tog njegovog zahtjeva prekršili ustav i doveli u pitanje opstanak BiH, ne nudeći za takvu tvrdnju nikakvu argumentaciju.

"Svaki pokušaj da se očuva ustavna struktura danas je srušen i neizvjesno je na koji će se način nastaviti dalje", kazao je Dodik.

Ustvrdio je kako je neustavno i nezakonito sada se pozivati na izjavu Predsjedništva BiH iz 2014., donesenu nakon što je Rusija okupirala i anektirala Krim, kada je BiH izrijekom podržala teritorijalnu cjelovitost Ukrajine. Temeljem te izjave veleposlanici BiH u UN-u i Vijeću Europe podržali su sankcije nametnute Moskvi slijedeći instrukcije Ministarstva vanjskih poslova, dok veleposlanici koje je imenovao Dodik to odbijaju.

Komšić je novinarima kazao kako je Dodik na sjednici Predsjedništva zapravo "održao govor" koji je potpuno neprihvatljiv, inzistirajući na tome da su na teritoriju Ukrajine sada "priznate dvije nove države". Komšić kaže kako mu se čini da je Dodik ovime zapravo započeo provedbu svog ranijeg dogovora s Rusijom s ciljem destabilizacije BiH.

Srpski član Predsjedništva BiH Milorad Dodik pokušao je u srijedu na sjednici Predsjedništva nametnuti donošenje odluke o neutralnosti te zemlje u odnosu na rusku agresiju na Ukrajini, što su njegove kolege u državnom vrhu odbile.

Dodik ih je nakon toga optužio da su srušili ustav pa time i državu, na što je predsjedatelj Predsjedništva Željko Komšić uzvratio optužbom da Dodik provodi Putinov plan destabilizacije.

Dodik je sjednicu Predsjedništva BiH u Sarajevu u bijesu napustio samo petnaestak minuta nakon što je ona počela, a potom je novinarima pojasnio kako je to učinio jer su predsjedatelj Željko Komšić i bošnjački član Šefik Džaferović odbili njegov zahtjev da se na dnevni red uvrsti rasprava o ukrajinskoj krizi, u kojoj bi on zatražio da BiH zauzme "neutralno stajalište" o njoj.

Optužio je Komšića i Džaferovića da su odbijanjem tog njegovog zahtjeva prekršili ustav i doveli u pitanje opstanak BiH, ne nudeći za takvu tvrdnju nikakvu argumentaciju.

"Svaki pokušaj da se očuva ustavna struktura danas je srušen i neizvjesno je na koji će se način nastaviti dalje", kazao je Dodik.

Ustvrdio je kako je neustavno i nezakonito sada se pozivati na izjavu Predsjedništva BiH iz 2014., donesenu nakon što je Rusija okupirala i anektirala Krim, kada je BiH izrijekom podržala teritorijalnu cjelovitost Ukrajine. Temeljem te izjave veleposlanici BiH u UN-u i Vijeću Europe podržali su sankcije nametnute Moskvi slijedeći instrukcije Ministarstva vanjskih poslova, dok veleposlanici koje je imenovao Dodik to odbijaju.

Komšić je novinarima kazao kako je Dodik na sjednici Predsjedništva zapravo "održao govor" koji je potpuno neprihvatljiv, inzistirajući na tome da su na teritoriju Ukrajine sada "priznate dvije nove države". Komšić kaže kako mu se čini da je Dodik ovime zapravo započeo provedbu svog ranijeg dogovora s Rusijom s ciljem destabilizacije BiH.
