Stranoj državljanki, koja je završila na hitnom carskom rezu u Kliničkoj bolnici Sveti Duh u Zagrebu, liječnik je u trbuhu ostavio sterilnu kompresu unatoč upozorenju instrumentarke da jedan tupfer nedostaje. Kako N1 doznaje iz bolnice, protiv liječnika su predložene disciplinske mjere, a on je sam još u utorak dao otkaz. Pacijentici je upućena isprika.

Kako je objavio Jutarnji list, 11. srpnja zbog hitnog carskog reza zaprimljena je žena. Sam zahvat prošao je uredno, a dijete je rođeno zdravo. Međutim, jedan tupfer ostao je u utrobi pacijentice što je moglo dovesti do sepse.

Novi incident na Sv. Duhu: Kirurg ženi ostavio gazu u trbuhu

Instrumentarka je na to upozorila i sve zapisala u izvještaj pa se o problemu raspravljalo već dući dan na kolegiju, a ne po objavi u medijima.

To su nam potvrdili iz KB-a Sveti Duh. Također, doznajemo da je kirurg još u utorak dao podnio zahtjev za raskidom ugovora o radu, a da se to nije dogodilo, Povjerenstvo bi samo predložilo taj potez.

“Dana 12. srpnja 2023. godine Povjerenstvu za kvalitetu Kliničke Bolnice Sveti Duh prijavljen je neželjeni neočekivani događaj, komprese u trbušnoj šupljini pacijentice, zaostale nakon operacije carskog reza pri Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo.

I prije same prijave Klinika je prepoznala pogrešku kirurga te poduzela sve potrebne radnje kako bi se problem riješio. Bolnica je ujedno uputila ispriku pacijentici.

Pacijentica je operirana istoga dana te je prije tri dana u dobrom stanju otpuštena kući. Beba je također dobro.

O događaju je bolnica odmah izvijestila Ministarstvo zdravstva.

Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor na današnjoj je sjednici zaključilo da je tijekom operacijskog zahvata i poslije operacijskog perioda kirurg počinio grube povrede obaveza iz radnog odnosa, a utvrđeni su i propusti u vođenju medicinske dokumentacije.

Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor predložilo je korektivne mjere – u odnosu na kirurga potrebno je pokrenuti disciplinske radnje.

Potrebno je, također, u najkraćem roku ispraviti uočene nedostatke u vođenju medicinske dokumentacije, o čemu je obaviješten predstojnik Klinike”, stoji u odgovoru bolnice Sveti Duh, prenosi N1.

Stranoj državljanki, koja je završila na hitnom carskom rezu u Kliničkoj bolnici Sveti Duh u Zagrebu, liječnik je u trbuhu ostavio sterilnu kompresu unatoč upozorenju instrumentarke da jedan tupfer nedostaje. Kako N1 doznaje iz bolnice, protiv liječnika su predložene disciplinske mjere, a on je sam još u utorak dao otkaz. Pacijentici je upućena isprika.

Kako je objavio Jutarnji list, 11. srpnja zbog hitnog carskog reza zaprimljena je žena. Sam zahvat prošao je uredno, a dijete je rođeno zdravo. Međutim, jedan tupfer ostao je u utrobi pacijentice što je moglo dovesti do sepse.

Novi incident na Sv. Duhu: Kirurg ženi ostavio gazu u trbuhu

Instrumentarka je na to upozorila i sve zapisala u izvještaj pa se o problemu raspravljalo već dući dan na kolegiju, a ne po objavi u medijima.

To su nam potvrdili iz KB-a Sveti Duh. Također, doznajemo da je kirurg još u utorak dao podnio zahtjev za raskidom ugovora o radu, a da se to nije dogodilo, Povjerenstvo bi samo predložilo taj potez.

“Dana 12. srpnja 2023. godine Povjerenstvu za kvalitetu Kliničke Bolnice Sveti Duh prijavljen je neželjeni neočekivani događaj, komprese u trbušnoj šupljini pacijentice, zaostale nakon operacije carskog reza pri Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo.

I prije same prijave Klinika je prepoznala pogrešku kirurga te poduzela sve potrebne radnje kako bi se problem riješio. Bolnica je ujedno uputila ispriku pacijentici.

Pacijentica je operirana istoga dana te je prije tri dana u dobrom stanju otpuštena kući. Beba je također dobro.

O događaju je bolnica odmah izvijestila Ministarstvo zdravstva.

Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor na današnjoj je sjednici zaključilo da je tijekom operacijskog zahvata i poslije operacijskog perioda kirurg počinio grube povrede obaveza iz radnog odnosa, a utvrđeni su i propusti u vođenju medicinske dokumentacije.

Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor predložilo je korektivne mjere – u odnosu na kirurga potrebno je pokrenuti disciplinske radnje.

Potrebno je, također, u najkraćem roku ispraviti uočene nedostatke u vođenju medicinske dokumentacije, o čemu je obaviješten predstojnik Klinike”, stoji u odgovoru bolnice Sveti Duh, prenosi N1.

Kirurg koji je ostavio gazu u ženi nakon carskog reza dao otkaz, bolnica se ispričala pacijentici

Stranoj državljanki, koja je završila na hitnom carskom rezu u Kliničkoj bolnici Sveti Duh u Zagrebu, liječnik je u trbuhu ostavio sterilnu kompresu unatoč upozorenju instrumentarke da jedan tupfer nedostaje. Kako N1 doznaje iz bolnice, protiv liječnika su predložene disciplinske mjere, a on je sam još u utorak dao otkaz. Pacijentici je upućena isprika.

Kako je objavio Jutarnji list, 11. srpnja zbog hitnog carskog reza zaprimljena je žena. Sam zahvat prošao je uredno, a dijete je rođeno zdravo. Međutim, jedan tupfer ostao je u utrobi pacijentice što je moglo dovesti do sepse.

Instrumentarka je na to upozorila i sve zapisala u izvještaj pa se o problemu raspravljalo već dući dan na kolegiju, a ne po objavi u medijima.

To su nam potvrdili iz KB-a Sveti Duh. Također, doznajemo da je kirurg još u utorak dao podnio zahtjev za raskidom ugovora o radu, a da se to nije dogodilo, Povjerenstvo bi samo predložilo taj potez.

“Dana 12. srpnja 2023. godine Povjerenstvu za kvalitetu Kliničke Bolnice Sveti Duh prijavljen je neželjeni neočekivani događaj, komprese u trbušnoj šupljini pacijentice, zaostale nakon operacije carskog reza pri Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo.

I prije same prijave Klinika je prepoznala pogrešku kirurga te poduzela sve potrebne radnje kako bi se problem riješio. Bolnica je ujedno uputila ispriku pacijentici.

Pacijentica je operirana istoga dana te je prije tri dana u dobrom stanju otpuštena kući. Beba je također dobro.

O događaju je bolnica odmah izvijestila Ministarstvo zdravstva.

Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor na današnjoj je sjednici zaključilo da je tijekom operacijskog zahvata i poslije operacijskog perioda kirurg počinio grube povrede obaveza iz radnog odnosa, a utvrđeni su i propusti u vođenju medicinske dokumentacije.

Povjerenstvo za unutarnji nadzor predložilo je korektivne mjere – u odnosu na kirurga potrebno je pokrenuti disciplinske radnje.

Potrebno je, također, u najkraćem roku ispraviti uočene nedostatke u vođenju medicinske dokumentacije, o čemu je obaviješten predstojnik Klinike”, stoji u odgovoru bolnice Sveti Duh, prenosi N1.
