Udruga Glas poduzetnika u najnovijem priopćenju oštro je osudila rad HZZ-a koji, kako tvrde, traži od mnogih poduzetnika da vrate sredstva koja su im omogućili kroz mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta.

Naime, pojedini članovi udruge Glas poduzetnika primili su obavijest o 'Negativnoj ocjeni zahtjeva' za očuvanje radnih mjesta za određeno razdoblje, odnosno zahtjev za povratom isplaćenih potpora.

- U potpunosti je nekorektno postupanje HZZ-a koji nakon što je odobrio zahtjeve za očuvanje radnih mjesta, naknadno traži povrat sredstava. Ovaj potez je naprosto neprihvatljive prirode jer mnogi poduzetnici su se tek nedavno uspjeli vratiti na svoje noge, a sada se od njih očekuje da vrate novac koji im je bio isplaćen. 

Mnogi poduzetnici tvrde da su kriteriji po kojima su bili odobreni zahtjevi bili zadovoljeni u vrijeme podnošenja zahtjeva, ali naknadno su im odbijeni. Također, potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta za mikro poduzetnike navode da je jedan od kriterija da mikro poduzeća imaju do 10 zaposlenih, što u nekim slučajevima znači 9, a u nekima 10, očigledno svaki referent radi slobodnu procjenu što je sasvim neprofesionalno.  Problem je što se nakon određenog razdoblja, HZZ sjetio uvesti kriterije za potpore očuvanje radnih mjesta, kao na primjer u uvjetima se ne spominje nužnost sekundarne djelatnosti, koji nisu bili navedeni u vrijeme kada se podnosio zahtjev i zbog njihove greške pojedini poduzetnici sada moraju vratiti određeni dio novca koji su već rasporedili i utrošili. 

Glas poduzetnika smatra da je 'veoma bezobrazno' od HZZ-a očekivati da drugi, a u ovom slučaju ponovo mikro, mali i srednji poduzetnici, plaćaju njihove greške. Ovo je još samo jedan način da se puni državna blagajna, a kako će poduzetnici preživjeti još jedan udar na svoj džep, nikoga evidentno ne zanima. Također, problem je što sada postoji mogućnost da HZZ naknadno javi svim onima koji su podnijeli zahtjev za očuvanje radnih mjesta da njihov zahtjev nije valjan za određeno razdoblje i da moraju vratiti već dodijeljena sredstva. 

'Zbog prirode svog posla u svakodnevnom sam doticaju s brojnim mikro i malim poduzetnicima, mnogi mi se žale da su dobili zahtjeve za povratom najčešće od 16 000 do 120 000 kn. Sad je najapsurdnije to što ispada da je bolje da su onomad otpuštali radnike, a ne ih svim silama nastojali zadržati. Čak se nekima ne uzima u obzir i boravak radnika na porodiljnom/roditeljskom dopustu. Taman su nekako uspjeli preživjeti i stati na noge, daleko od tzv. ekstra profita koji im se u javnosti spočitavaju i pokušavaju u miru raditi unatoč svim neizvjesnostima koje su iza nas, sada oko nas (rat u Ukrajini) i pred nama (inflacija, uvođenje eura i dr. - poručila je Kristina Ercegović, članica Nadzornog odbora udruge Glas poduzetnika.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika u najnovijem priopćenju oštro je osudila rad HZZ-a koji, kako tvrde, traži od mnogih poduzetnika da vrate sredstva koja su im omogućili kroz mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta.

Naime, pojedini članovi udruge Glas poduzetnika primili su obavijest o 'Negativnoj ocjeni zahtjeva' za očuvanje radnih mjesta za određeno razdoblje, odnosno zahtjev za povratom isplaćenih potpora.

- U potpunosti je nekorektno postupanje HZZ-a koji nakon što je odobrio zahtjeve za očuvanje radnih mjesta, naknadno traži povrat sredstava. Ovaj potez je naprosto neprihvatljive prirode jer mnogi poduzetnici su se tek nedavno uspjeli vratiti na svoje noge, a sada se od njih očekuje da vrate novac koji im je bio isplaćen. 

Mnogi poduzetnici tvrde da su kriteriji po kojima su bili odobreni zahtjevi bili zadovoljeni u vrijeme podnošenja zahtjeva, ali naknadno su im odbijeni. Također, potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta za mikro poduzetnike navode da je jedan od kriterija da mikro poduzeća imaju do 10 zaposlenih, što u nekim slučajevima znači 9, a u nekima 10, očigledno svaki referent radi slobodnu procjenu što je sasvim neprofesionalno.  Problem je što se nakon određenog razdoblja, HZZ sjetio uvesti kriterije za potpore očuvanje radnih mjesta, kao na primjer u uvjetima se ne spominje nužnost sekundarne djelatnosti, koji nisu bili navedeni u vrijeme kada se podnosio zahtjev i zbog njihove greške pojedini poduzetnici sada moraju vratiti određeni dio novca koji su već rasporedili i utrošili. 

Glas poduzetnika smatra da je 'veoma bezobrazno' od HZZ-a očekivati da drugi, a u ovom slučaju ponovo mikro, mali i srednji poduzetnici, plaćaju njihove greške. Ovo je još samo jedan način da se puni državna blagajna, a kako će poduzetnici preživjeti još jedan udar na svoj džep, nikoga evidentno ne zanima. Također, problem je što sada postoji mogućnost da HZZ naknadno javi svim onima koji su podnijeli zahtjev za očuvanje radnih mjesta da njihov zahtjev nije valjan za određeno razdoblje i da moraju vratiti već dodijeljena sredstva. 

'Zbog prirode svog posla u svakodnevnom sam doticaju s brojnim mikro i malim poduzetnicima, mnogi mi se žale da su dobili zahtjeve za povratom najčešće od 16 000 do 120 000 kn. Sad je najapsurdnije to što ispada da je bolje da su onomad otpuštali radnike, a ne ih svim silama nastojali zadržati. Čak se nekima ne uzima u obzir i boravak radnika na porodiljnom/roditeljskom dopustu. Taman su nekako uspjeli preživjeti i stati na noge, daleko od tzv. ekstra profita koji im se u javnosti spočitavaju i pokušavaju u miru raditi unatoč svim neizvjesnostima koje su iza nas, sada oko nas (rat u Ukrajini) i pred nama (inflacija, uvođenje eura i dr. - poručila je Kristina Ercegović, članica Nadzornog odbora udruge Glas poduzetnika.

Udruga Glas poduzetnika u najnovijem priopćenju oštro je osudila rad HZZ-a koji, kako tvrde, traži od mnogih poduzetnika da vrate sredstva koja su im omogućili kroz mjere za očuvanje radnih mjesta.

Naime, pojedini članovi udruge Glas poduzetnika primili su obavijest o 'Negativnoj ocjeni zahtjeva' za očuvanje radnih mjesta za određeno razdoblje, odnosno zahtjev za povratom isplaćenih potpora.

- U potpunosti je nekorektno postupanje HZZ-a koji nakon što je odobrio zahtjeve za očuvanje radnih mjesta, naknadno traži povrat sredstava. Ovaj potez je naprosto neprihvatljive prirode jer mnogi poduzetnici su se tek nedavno uspjeli vratiti na svoje noge, a sada se od njih očekuje da vrate novac koji im je bio isplaćen. 

Mnogi poduzetnici tvrde da su kriteriji po kojima su bili odobreni zahtjevi bili zadovoljeni u vrijeme podnošenja zahtjeva, ali naknadno su im odbijeni. Također, potpore za očuvanje radnih mjesta za mikro poduzetnike navode da je jedan od kriterija da mikro poduzeća imaju do 10 zaposlenih, što u nekim slučajevima znači 9, a u nekima 10, očigledno svaki referent radi slobodnu procjenu što je sasvim neprofesionalno.  Problem je što se nakon određenog razdoblja, HZZ sjetio uvesti kriterije za potpore očuvanje radnih mjesta, kao na primjer u uvjetima se ne spominje nužnost sekundarne djelatnosti, koji nisu bili navedeni u vrijeme kada se podnosio zahtjev i zbog njihove greške pojedini poduzetnici sada moraju vratiti određeni dio novca koji su već rasporedili i utrošili. 

Glas poduzetnika smatra da je 'veoma bezobrazno' od HZZ-a očekivati da drugi, a u ovom slučaju ponovo mikro, mali i srednji poduzetnici, plaćaju njihove greške.
