U situaciji kad pojedine udruge poduzetnika, poduzetnici, obični građani, pa čak i političari upozoravaju da je zabrana rada nedjeljom populistički politički promašaj, zanimljivo je vidjeti da Vlada RH zapravo uopće nema neki principijelni stav temeljem kojeg je donijela odluku da građani koriste za opuštanje, odmor, druženje s obitelji i prijateljima, odlazak u prirodu ili crkvu, ili pak nešto sasvim deseto, ali ne i za zarađivanje novca. Da je zabrana rada nedjeljom de facto populistička farsa, vjerojatno je sasvim jasno svima onima koji su primijetili da su kiosci Hrvatske lutrije i dalje otvoreni nedjeljom do 14 sati. Ako pitate zaposlenice na kioscima Hrvatske lutrije kako to da oni rade nedjeljom, jer nije baš da se radi o nekoj službi bez koje je život nemoguć ako prestane raditi vikendom, one će vam odgovoriti da niti njima to nije jasno te će se požaliti kako im je radni dan najavljen i za Veliku Gospu.

Jedina od važnih lutrijskih igara kojima je rok za predaju listića nedjelja jest nekada davno popularna ‘šestica‘. Igra je to kojoj se kroz godine drastično istopila popularnost, a glavni zgoditak na njoj daleko je od ‘sedmice‘ te je potpuno neusporediv s iznosima koji se mogu dobiti na EuroJackpotu. Najveći mogući dobitak na ‘šestici‘ trenutačno iznosi 180.000 eura te je 5,5 puta manje nego na ‘sedmici‘ te 72 puta nego na EuroJackpotu. Kada se glavni zgoditak na EuroJackpotu - nakon nekoliko kola bez točno pogođenih svih 5+2 brojeva – popne na razine iznad 100 milijuna eura, onda je glavna nagrada 600-700 puta viša nego kod ‘šestice‘. No, uprava Lutrije iz nepoznatog je razloga odlučila smanjiti razliku u cijeni između ‘šestice‘ i EuroJackpota.

Izgleda da je Upravi Lutrije ‘gorjelo pod petama‘ povisiti cijenu kombinacije ‘šestice‘ jer se dogodilo nešto vrlo neobično: Za isto 64. kolo ‘šestice‘ pojedini igrači platili su npr. 10 kombinacija 2,50 eura, a neki drugi platili su za 10 kombinacija u tom istom 64. kolu 3,70 eura. Ne treba ulaziti u to kako je moguće da je ‘cijena sreće‘ u jednom te istom kolu nagradne igre različita te tražiti povrat novca svima koji su uplatili više za istu igru u istom kolu. Međutim, indikativno je da su ‘šesticu‘ u Lutriji odlučili poskupjeti baš za ‘neradnu‘ nedjelju. Naime, ako ste listić ‘šestice‘ s 10 kombinacija uplatili 12. kolovoza, platili ste 2,50 eura, a ako ste ga uplatili 13. kolovoza za vas je cijena bila spomenutih 3,70 eura. To je iznenađujuće, baš kao što je nestvarno kakve se sve direktne reklame za igre na sreću (casina) vrte na dalekovidnicama, bez obzira na relativno stroge propise o reklamiranju igara na sreću.

U priči u poskupljenju Lutrije, kao i odluci da im kiosci rade nedjeljom, važan je dio koji pokazuje da iza vladine odluke o zabrani rada nedjeljom zapravo uopće ne stoje neki čvrsti principi jer Lutriji dopušta ono što ne dopušta poduzetnicima kojima zbog toga izmiče profit, što je demonstracija potpuno nejednakog tretmana te činjenica koju bi ustavni suci trebali imati u mislima u trenutku kad će s punim pravom oboriti postojeće zakonsko rješenje. Ako ustavni suci kojim slučajem ne obore postojeće zakonsko rješenje, morat će dobro paziti kako objasniti da zaposlenice Lutrije imaju isti status kao vozači, doktori, sestre, sobarice, kondukteri, novinari, piloti, graničari, policajci, vatrogasci, kuhari, kamermani, strojovođe, specijalci, mornari, dostavljači…

Poskupljenje ‘šestice‘ od 48 posto ipak je lakše objašnjivo: Državi treba više novca, i to posebno nedjeljom. Neobjašnjivo je, naime, da u kvartu ne možete kupiti kruh, ali je sasvim logično da možete kupiti puno skuplji listić ‘šestice‘.

U situaciji kad pojedine udruge poduzetnika, poduzetnici, obični građani, pa čak i političari upozoravaju da je zabrana rada nedjeljom populistički politički promašaj, zanimljivo je vidjeti da Vlada RH zapravo uopće nema neki principijelni stav temeljem kojeg je donijela odluku da građani koriste za opuštanje, odmor, druženje s obitelji i prijateljima, odlazak u prirodu ili crkvu, ili pak nešto sasvim deseto, ali ne i za zarađivanje novca. Da je zabrana rada nedjeljom de facto populistička farsa, vjerojatno je sasvim jasno svima onima koji su primijetili da su kiosci Hrvatske lutrije i dalje otvoreni nedjeljom do 14 sati. Ako pitate zaposlenice na kioscima Hrvatske lutrije kako to da oni rade nedjeljom, jer nije baš da se radi o nekoj službi bez koje je život nemoguć ako prestane raditi vikendom, one će vam odgovoriti da niti njima to nije jasno te će se požaliti kako im je radni dan najavljen i za Veliku Gospu.

Jedina od važnih lutrijskih igara kojima je rok za predaju listića nedjelja jest nekada davno popularna ‘šestica‘. Igra je to kojoj se kroz godine drastično istopila popularnost, a glavni zgoditak na njoj daleko je od ‘sedmice‘ te je potpuno neusporediv s iznosima koji se mogu dobiti na EuroJackpotu. Najveći mogući dobitak na ‘šestici‘ trenutačno iznosi 180.000 eura te je 5,5 puta manje nego na ‘sedmici‘ te 72 puta nego na EuroJackpotu. Kada se glavni zgoditak na EuroJackpotu - nakon nekoliko kola bez točno pogođenih svih 5+2 brojeva – popne na razine iznad 100 milijuna eura, onda je glavna nagrada 600-700 puta viša nego kod ‘šestice‘. No, uprava Lutrije iz nepoznatog je razloga odlučila smanjiti razliku u cijeni između ‘šestice‘ i EuroJackpota.

Izgleda da je Upravi Lutrije ‘gorjelo pod petama‘ povisiti cijenu kombinacije ‘šestice‘ jer se dogodilo nešto vrlo neobično: Za isto 64. kolo ‘šestice‘ pojedini igrači platili su npr. 10 kombinacija 2,50 eura, a neki drugi platili su za 10 kombinacija u tom istom 64. kolu 3,70 eura. Ne treba ulaziti u to kako je moguće da je ‘cijena sreće‘ u jednom te istom kolu nagradne igre različita te tražiti povrat novca svima koji su uplatili više za istu igru u istom kolu. Međutim, indikativno je da su ‘šesticu‘ u Lutriji odlučili poskupjeti baš za ‘neradnu‘ nedjelju. Naime, ako ste listić ‘šestice‘ s 10 kombinacija uplatili 12. kolovoza, platili ste 2,50 eura, a ako ste ga uplatili 13. kolovoza za vas je cijena bila spomenutih 3,70 eura. To je iznenađujuće, baš kao što je nestvarno kakve se sve direktne reklame za igre na sreću (casina) vrte na dalekovidnicama, bez obzira na relativno stroge propise o reklamiranju igara na sreću.

U priči u poskupljenju Lutrije, kao i odluci da im kiosci rade nedjeljom, važan je dio koji pokazuje da iza vladine odluke o zabrani rada nedjeljom zapravo uopće ne stoje neki čvrsti principi jer Lutriji dopušta ono što ne dopušta poduzetnicima kojima zbog toga izmiče profit, što je demonstracija potpuno nejednakog tretmana te činjenica koju bi ustavni suci trebali imati u mislima u trenutku kad će s punim pravom oboriti postojeće zakonsko rješenje. Ako ustavni suci kojim slučajem ne obore postojeće zakonsko rješenje, morat će dobro paziti kako objasniti da zaposlenice Lutrije imaju isti status kao vozači, doktori, sestre, sobarice, kondukteri, novinari, piloti, graničari, policajci, vatrogasci, kuhari, kamermani, strojovođe, specijalci, mornari, dostavljači…

Poskupljenje ‘šestice‘ od 48 posto ipak je lakše objašnjivo: Državi treba više novca, i to posebno nedjeljom. Neobjašnjivo je, naime, da u kvartu ne možete kupiti kruh, ali je sasvim logično da možete kupiti puno skuplji listić ‘šestice‘.

U situaciji kad pojedine udruge poduzetnika, poduzetnici, obični građani, pa čak i političari upozoravaju da je zabrana rada nedjeljom populistički politički promašaj, zanimljivo je vidjeti da Vlada RH zapravo uopće nema neki principijelni stav temeljem kojeg je donijela odluku da građani koriste za opuštanje, odmor, druženje s obitelji i prijateljima, odlazak u prirodu ili crkvu, ili pak nešto sasvim deseto, ali ne i za zarađivanje novca. Da je zabrana rada nedjeljom de facto populistička farsa, vjerojatno je sasvim jasno svima onima koji su primijetili da su kiosci Hrvatske lutrije i dalje otvoreni nedjeljom do 14 sati. Ako pitate zaposlenice na kioscima Hrvatske lutrije kako to da oni rade nedjeljom, jer nije baš da se radi o nekoj službi bez koje je život nemoguć ako prestane raditi vikendom, one će vam odgovoriti da niti njima to nije jasno te će se požaliti kako im je radni dan najavljen i za Veliku Gospu.
