U odnosu na medijske napise i članak u kojem se navodi kako je tadašnji Načelnik Stožera Civilne zaštite Šibensko-kninske županije 12. siječnja 2021. bio na organiziranoj večeri u hotelu "Ivan“ u Kninu, obavještavamo vas kako je u Policijskoj postaji Knin u suradnji s Državnim inspektoratom završeno postupanje policije.

Provedenim istraživanjem utvrđeno je kako je 55-godišnjak, organizirajući večeru kojoj je prisustvovalo ukupno sedam osoba iz isto toliko različitih kućanstava, prekršio ograničenja koja se odnose na privatna okupljanja koja su donesena Odlukom Stožera Civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske radi sprječavanja širenja i prenošenja bolesti Covid-19. Opisanom radnjom počinio je prekršaj iz čl.47. st.2. t.11. kažnjivo po čl. 76.d Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u vezi čega mu je uručen prekršajni nalog.

Također je utvrđeno kako je navedenom okupljanju prisustvovao i 49-godišnjak koji je tijekom večere obaviješten od strane Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo da mu je određena nužna mjera samoizolacije. Unatoč navedenoj obavijesti, 49-godišnjak je ostao na večeri odnosno nije se odmah najkraćim putem uputio do mjesta predviđenog za samoizolaciju. Opisanom radnjom je počinio prekršaj iz čl.47. st.2. t.8., kažnjivo po čl.76.a st.1. t.1. Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u vezi čega mu je također uručen prekršajni nalog.

Policija je dostavila Izvješće o svemu utvrđenom Državnom inspektoratu Republike Hrvatske koji je preuzeo postupanje u odnosu na obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti suprotno Odlukama Stožera Civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske.

U odnosu na medijske napise i članak u kojem se navodi kako je tadašnji Načelnik Stožera Civilne zaštite Šibensko-kninske županije 12. siječnja 2021. bio na organiziranoj večeri u hotelu "Ivan“ u Kninu, obavještavamo vas kako je u Policijskoj postaji Knin u suradnji s Državnim inspektoratom završeno postupanje policije.

Provedenim istraživanjem utvrđeno je kako je 55-godišnjak, organizirajući večeru kojoj je prisustvovalo ukupno sedam osoba iz isto toliko različitih kućanstava, prekršio ograničenja koja se odnose na privatna okupljanja koja su donesena Odlukom Stožera Civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske radi sprječavanja širenja i prenošenja bolesti Covid-19. Opisanom radnjom počinio je prekršaj iz čl.47. st.2. t.11. kažnjivo po čl. 76.d Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u vezi čega mu je uručen prekršajni nalog.

Također je utvrđeno kako je navedenom okupljanju prisustvovao i 49-godišnjak koji je tijekom večere obaviješten od strane Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo da mu je određena nužna mjera samoizolacije. Unatoč navedenoj obavijesti, 49-godišnjak je ostao na večeri odnosno nije se odmah najkraćim putem uputio do mjesta predviđenog za samoizolaciju. Opisanom radnjom je počinio prekršaj iz čl.47. st.2. t.8., kažnjivo po čl.76.a st.1. t.1. Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u vezi čega mu je također uručen prekršajni nalog.

Policija je dostavila Izvješće o svemu utvrđenom Državnom inspektoratu Republike Hrvatske koji je preuzeo postupanje u odnosu na obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti suprotno Odlukama Stožera Civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske.

Policija dovršila postupanje oko kršenja mjera u kojima je sudjelovao i šibensko-kninski dožupan, evo što je pokazala istraga

U odnosu na medijske napise i članak u kojem se navodi kako je tadašnji Načelnik Stožera Civilne zaštite Šibensko-kninske županije 12. siječnja 2021. bio na organiziranoj večeri u hotelu "Ivan“ u Kninu, obavještavamo vas kako je u Policijskoj postaji Knin u suradnji s Državnim inspektoratom završeno postupanje policije.

Provedenim istraživanjem utvrđeno je kako je 55-godišnjak, organizirajući večeru kojoj je prisustvovalo ukupno sedam osoba iz isto toliko različitih kućanstava, prekršio ograničenja koja se odnose na privatna okupljanja koja su donesena Odlukom Stožera Civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske radi sprječavanja širenja i prenošenja bolesti Covid-19. Opisanom radnjom počinio je prekršaj iz čl.47. st.2. t.11. kažnjivo po čl. 76.d Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u vezi čega mu je uručen prekršajni nalog.

Također je utvrđeno kako je navedenom okupljanju prisustvovao i 49-godišnjak koji je tijekom večere obaviješten od strane Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo da mu je određena nužna mjera samoizolacije. Unatoč navedenoj obavijesti, 49-godišnjak je ostao na večeri odnosno nije se odmah najkraćim putem uputio do mjesta predviđenog za samoizolaciju. Opisanom radnjom je počinio prekršaj iz čl.47. st.2. t.8., kažnjivo po čl.76.a st.1. t.1. Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u vezi čega mu je također uručen prekršajni nalog.

Policija je dostavila Izvješće o svemu utvrđenom Državnom inspektoratu Republike Hrvatske koji je preuzeo postupanje u odnosu na obavljanje ugostiteljske djelatnosti suprotno Odlukama Stožera Civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske.
