Uskok je u ponedjeljak potvrdio uhićenja i provođenje tzv. hitnih dokaznih radnji poput pretresa na području Zadra i Zagreba. Uhićenja i provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji provodi PNUSKOK u koordinaciji s Uskokom, izvijestilo je tužiteljtsvo.
Dodaju da se navedene radnje provode na području Zadra i Zagreba u odnosu dvije osobe za koje se osnovano sumnja da su počinile koruptivna kaznena djela. Nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika Uskok će donijeti odluku o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju o čemu će pravodobno obavijestiti javnost, izvijestilo je tužiteljstvo.
Navodno se radi o novom kraku afere povezane s Josipom Rimac i određenim natječajem na zadarskom Sveučilištu. Naime, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, USKOK-ova akcija usmjerena je prema donedavnoj rektorici Sveučilišta u Zadru Dijani Vican, koja sada radi na mjestu voditeljice Centra "Stjepan Matičević" pri zadarskom sveučilištu.
Osim nje, na meti istražitelja našao se i direktor jedne zagrebačke građevinske tvrtke. Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, zagrebački poduzetnik koji se našao na meti USKOK-a je direktor tvrtke Graditelj svratišta d.o.o. Ante Stanišić.
Iz izvora bliskih istrazi doznajemo da istražitelji USKOK-a terete Dijanu Vican da je na traženje Josipe Rimac spriječila naplatu garnacije tvrtki Graditelj svratišta koja se bila javila na natječaj za jedan posao za Sveučilište u Zadru.
Na taj način, kako ju se sumnjiči, počinila je kazneno djelo zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti. Bivšu državnu tajnicu Josipu Rimac tereti se i da je primila mito kako bi nezakonito pogodovala spomenutoj tvrtki.
Ona je, dok je bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, koristila stan u zgradi na zagrebačkim Mlinovima u vlasništvu tvrtke Graditelj svratišta.
Najamninu joj je, sukladno zakonu, plaćalo ministarstvo. No, zbog učinjene usluge vezane za nenaplatu spomenute garancije, direktor Graditelja svratišta osigurao joj je da određeno vrijeme ne mora plaćati troškove režija za stan u kojemu je stanovala, a usto joj je platio i tendu za njezinu vikendicu.

Uskok je u ponedjeljak potvrdio uhićenja i provođenje tzv. hitnih dokaznih radnji poput pretresa na području Zadra i Zagreba. Uhićenja i provođenje hitnih dokaznih radnji provodi PNUSKOK u koordinaciji s Uskokom, izvijestilo je tužiteljtsvo.
Dodaju da se navedene radnje provode na području Zadra i Zagreba u odnosu dvije osobe za koje se osnovano sumnja da su počinile koruptivna kaznena djela. Nakon ispitivanja osumnjičenika Uskok će donijeti odluku o daljnjem postupanju u predmetnom slučaju o čemu će pravodobno obavijestiti javnost, izvijestilo je tužiteljstvo.
Navodno se radi o novom kraku afere povezane s Josipom Rimac i određenim natječajem na zadarskom Sveučilištu. Naime, kako neslužbeno doznajemo, USKOK-ova akcija usmjerena je prema donedavnoj rektorici Sveučilišta u Zadru Dijani Vican, koja sada radi na mjestu voditeljice Centra "Stjepan Matičević" pri zadarskom sveučilištu.
Osim nje, na meti istražitelja našao se i direktor jedne zagrebačke građevinske tvrtke. Kako neslužbeno doznajemo, zagrebački poduzetnik koji se našao na meti USKOK-a je direktor tvrtke Graditelj svratišta d.o.o. Ante Stanišić.
Iz izvora bliskih istrazi doznajemo da istražitelji USKOK-a terete Dijanu Vican da je na traženje Josipe Rimac spriječila naplatu garnacije tvrtki Graditelj svratišta koja se bila javila na natječaj za jedan posao za Sveučilište u Zadru.
Na taj način, kako ju se sumnjiči, počinila je kazneno djelo zlouporabe položaja i ovlasti. Bivšu državnu tajnicu Josipu Rimac tereti se i da je primila mito kako bi nezakonito pogodovala spomenutoj tvrtki.
Ona je, dok je bila državna tajnica u Ministarstvu uprave, koristila stan u zgradi na zagrebačkim Mlinovima u vlasništvu tvrtke Graditelj svratišta.
Najamninu joj je, sukladno zakonu, plaćalo ministarstvo.
