Osim što mogu utjecati na cirkulaciju i razinu odmornosti s kojom se ujutro budimo, istraživač Calvin Kai-Ching Yu nedavno je otkrio i zanimljiv podatak da poza u kojom spavamo bitno utječe na vrstu snova koju ćemo tu noć odsanjati. Pozitivni i lijepi snovi nisu samo ugodni, već i prijeko potrebni kako bi se nakon spavanja zaista osjećali odmorno. Sigurno vam se barem jednom desilo da ste se nakon noćne more probudili prestrašeni, razdraženi, a povrh svega toga - umorni kao da ste odspavali samo pola sata.

Ching Yu svoje je ispitivanje proveo na 700 ispitanika, a na kraju je  došao do frapantnog zaključka: različite pozicije spavanja pritišću određene dijelove tijela pa osjećaj u danim trenucima kreira specifične tipove snova. Primjerice, spavanje na trbuhu češće vodi erotičnim snovima, piše 24sata.

Ching Yu ovo otkriće  smatra iznimno bitnim za kvalitetu sna i života, jer je dokazao da biranjem pozicije u kojoj spavamo, možemo određivati kakve snove ćemo sanjati. Ipak, Yu upozorava kako ne valja pretjerivati, jer će fokusiranje na željene snove dovesti do kontra efekta, i ugroziti će kvalitetu spavanja.

Spavanje na boku najzdravije je i najraširenije, ali ni to nije dovoljno za kontroliranje tipa snova. Strana tijela na kojoj spavamo ima ključnu ulogu. Spavanje na desnoj strani tijela veže se uz pozitivne snove, dok lijeva strana nosi blage noćne more.

Čini se kako je najgora opcija spavati na leđima. Osim što uzrokuje bolove u vratu i hrkanje, potvrđene su i češće noćne more u tom položaju, prenosi 24sata.

Osim što mogu utjecati na cirkulaciju i razinu odmornosti s kojom se ujutro budimo, istraživač Calvin Kai-Ching Yu nedavno je otkrio i zanimljiv podatak da poza u kojom spavamo bitno utječe na vrstu snova koju ćemo tu noć odsanjati. Pozitivni i lijepi snovi nisu samo ugodni, već i prijeko potrebni kako bi se nakon spavanja zaista osjećali odmorno. Sigurno vam se barem jednom desilo da ste se nakon noćne more probudili prestrašeni, razdraženi, a povrh svega toga - umorni kao da ste odspavali samo pola sata.

Ching Yu svoje je ispitivanje proveo na 700 ispitanika, a na kraju je  došao do frapantnog zaključka: različite pozicije spavanja pritišću određene dijelove tijela pa osjećaj u danim trenucima kreira specifične tipove snova. Primjerice, spavanje na trbuhu češće vodi erotičnim snovima, piše 24sata.

Ching Yu ovo otkriće  smatra iznimno bitnim za kvalitetu sna i života, jer je dokazao da biranjem pozicije u kojoj spavamo, možemo određivati kakve snove ćemo sanjati. Ipak, Yu upozorava kako ne valja pretjerivati, jer će fokusiranje na željene snove dovesti do kontra efekta, i ugroziti će kvalitetu spavanja.

Spavanje na boku najzdravije je i najraširenije, ali ni to nije dovoljno za kontroliranje tipa snova. Strana tijela na kojoj spavamo ima ključnu ulogu. Spavanje na desnoj strani tijela veže se uz pozitivne snove, dok lijeva strana nosi blage noćne more.

Čini se kako je najgora opcija spavati na leđima. Osim što uzrokuje bolove u vratu i hrkanje, potvrđene su i češće noćne more u tom položaju, prenosi 24sata.

Osim što mogu utjecati na cirkulaciju i razinu odmornosti s kojom se ujutro budimo, istraživač Calvin Kai-Ching Yu nedavno je otkrio i zanimljiv podatak da poza u kojom spavamo bitno utječe na vrstu snova koju ćemo tu noć odsanjati. Pozitivni i lijepi snovi nisu samo ugodni, već i prijeko potrebni kako bi se nakon spavanja zaista osjećali odmorno. Sigurno vam se barem jednom desilo da ste se nakon noćne more probudili prestrašeni, razdraženi, a povrh svega toga - umorni kao da ste odspavali samo pola sata.
