Vruća voda i zdravlje

I sam korisnik društvenih mreža dr. Mahyar Maddahali koji kroz svoje videe educira pratitelje o raznim zdravstvenim problemima, objavio je jedan s više od 10 milijuna pregleda u kojem izjavljuje da prevruća voda zapravo loše utječe na naše zdravlje.

1. Može uzrokovati suhoću kože

- Na površini kože se nalaze prirodna ulja koja ju održavaju vlažnom. Vruća voda ih može potpuno isprati, pa može doći do suhoće - rekao je.

Tuširanje ili kupanje u vrućoj vodi može također proširiti krvne žile te tako pospješiti crvenilo i iritaciju kože.

2. Kosa

- Prevruća voda može oštetiti kosu - objasnio je.

Topla voda može imati i pozitivne i negativne učinke na kosu, ovisno o različitim čimbenicima kao što su učestalost korištenja i tip kose. Pretjerano korištenje vruće vode može doprinijeti suhoći kose, iritaciji tjemena, gubitku strukture, cirkulaciji te blijeđenju boje.

3. Nesvjestica

Mogla bi se pojaviti i nesvjestica.

- Ako se predugo tuširate vrućom vodom, to može dovesti do naglog pada krvnog tlaka, a potom uzrokovati i nesvjesticu – upozorio je ovaj vaskularni kirurg.

4. Imunosni sustav

Ovaj je kirurg također upozorio da pretjerano korištenje vruće vode dovodi do moguće ugroze imunosnog sustava. Iako topla voda sama po sebi nije loša za naš sustav, ključno je koristiti je odgovorno kako biste izbjegli opekline, dehidraciju i pretjerani stres za tijelo, piše Živim.

Kada je riječ o najboljoj temperaturi za tuširanje, njujorški dermatolog Robert Anolik sugerira tuširanje u mlakoj vodi.

- Kožna barijera sastoji se od kožnih proteina i ulja koji sprječavaju isparavanje vode iz kože, štiteći je od vanjskog svijeta. To je jedna od naših prvih linija obrane od infekcija i zagađenja - rekao je.

Vruća voda i zdravlje

I sam korisnik društvenih mreža dr. Mahyar Maddahali koji kroz svoje videe educira pratitelje o raznim zdravstvenim problemima, objavio je jedan s više od 10 milijuna pregleda u kojem izjavljuje da prevruća voda zapravo loše utječe na naše zdravlje.

1. Može uzrokovati suhoću kože

- Na površini kože se nalaze prirodna ulja koja ju održavaju vlažnom. Vruća voda ih može potpuno isprati, pa može doći do suhoće - rekao je.

Tuširanje ili kupanje u vrućoj vodi može također proširiti krvne žile te tako pospješiti crvenilo i iritaciju kože.

2. Kosa

- Prevruća voda može oštetiti kosu - objasnio je.

Topla voda može imati i pozitivne i negativne učinke na kosu, ovisno o različitim čimbenicima kao što su učestalost korištenja i tip kose. Pretjerano korištenje vruće vode može doprinijeti suhoći kose, iritaciji tjemena, gubitku strukture, cirkulaciji te blijeđenju boje.

3. Nesvjestica

Mogla bi se pojaviti i nesvjestica.

- Ako se predugo tuširate vrućom vodom, to može dovesti do naglog pada krvnog tlaka, a potom uzrokovati i nesvjesticu – upozorio je ovaj vaskularni kirurg.

4. Imunosni sustav

Ovaj je kirurg također upozorio da pretjerano korištenje vruće vode dovodi do moguće ugroze imunosnog sustava. Iako topla voda sama po sebi nije loša za naš sustav, ključno je koristiti je odgovorno kako biste izbjegli opekline, dehidraciju i pretjerani stres za tijelo, piše Živim.

Kada je riječ o najboljoj temperaturi za tuširanje, njujorški dermatolog Robert Anolik sugerira tuširanje u mlakoj vodi.

- Kožna barijera sastoji se od kožnih proteina i ulja koji sprječavaju isparavanje vode iz kože, štiteći je od vanjskog svijeta. To je jedna od naših prvih linija obrane od infekcija i zagađenja - rekao je.
