- Svako spominjanje ženskoga tijela - bilo da je riječ o kilogramima i majčistvu - iznimno je intimno, zato je vrlo hrabro od Antonije Blaće da je progovorila javno i o jednom i o drugom u velikom razgovoru za Gloriju.
Otkrila je tako i kako je zbog drugog zagrebačkog potresa po prvi put u životu počela pretjerano jesti zbog stresa.
TV voditeljica i producentica, kao što je poznato, objavila je priručnik za skidanje suvišnih kilograma, a za Gloriju je iskreno govorila i o braku s Hrvojem Brlečićem te želji da se ostvari kao majka.

U razgovoru s novinarkom Slobodne, Anitom Matić, nedavno je pričala o "najvećim zabludama kada je u pitanju skidanje kilograma".
Upitana za "zlata vrijedan savjet", Antonija je odgovorila:
"Prva zabluda je da možeš par dana ne jesti i skinuti kilograme. Možeš eventualno neku vodu izgubiti, ali kile u dva dana - jako teško. Druga zabluda je da ste tih pet dobili u dva dana. Ni to nije točno.
Ali to je sad sve nebitno kad se želimo spakirati za ljeto" - ispričala je voditeljica, koja je godinama razmišljala o nekoj vrsti savjetnika, jer kad god bi objavila neki trening ili hranu na svojim društvenim mrežama, dobila bi gomilu upita.
"Sad sam, evo, napokon odlučila sabrati sve što sam dosad savladala".
Njen priručnik je kao stvoren za one koji muku muče "s vječnih pet kilograma viška", a koji ujedno vole ukusnu hranu i ne mogu dugo biti na restrikcijskim dijetama.

Antonija ne skriva u čemu je sama najviše griješila i kojem jelu nikada ne može odoljeti...
"Kako se u Dalmaciji kaže - ja sam slatkorana, sve volim i uživam u hrani. Griješila sam bez iznimke uvijek u tome što bih sama sebi nabila prevelike restrikcije. Jako sam protiv izbjegavanja namirnica. Manipuliranje količinama, biranje tajminga - da. Ali izbjegavanje ne. To vodi u jo-jo."
Iz svog iskustva otkrila je i što joj se čini najčešćim razlogom neuspjeha provođenja različitih dijeta.
"Zato što popularne dijete previše toga isključuju i čim se ljudi vrate na 'normalnu' prehranu, počnu opet dobivati kilograme.
Također, često smo na dijeti potpuno nesvjesni zašto se nešto jede ili radi, a kad nema dubljeg razumijevanja, jako je teško slijepo slijediti pravila".

Iako i sama svjesna koliko je teško uspjeti u prihvaćanju novog stila života, Antonija poručuje da je sve izvedivo.
"Jedan 'pogrešan' obrok ne znači da je upropašten cijeli napredak".

"Iako kažu da nisu idealni za brzo skidanje kila, najviše uživam u treninzima snage. Disciplina potrebna za treninge sada mi je jako važna i daje mi neku unutarnju snagu da sve mogu. Treniram rano ujutro prije svih obveza i taj osjećaj da nije ni 8 sati, a već sam nešto napravila trenutno me jako puni..." - priznala je našoj novinarki.

- Svako spominjanje ženskoga tijela - bilo da je riječ o kilogramima i majčistvu - iznimno je intimno, zato je vrlo hrabro od Antonije Blaće da je progovorila javno i o jednom i o drugom u velikom razgovoru za Gloriju.
Otkrila je tako i kako je zbog drugog zagrebačkog potresa po prvi put u životu počela pretjerano jesti zbog stresa.
TV voditeljica i producentica, kao što je poznato, objavila je priručnik za skidanje suvišnih kilograma, a za Gloriju je iskreno govorila i o braku s Hrvojem Brlečićem te želji da se ostvari kao majka.

U razgovoru s novinarkom Slobodne, Anitom Matić, nedavno je pričala o "najvećim zabludama kada je u pitanju skidanje kilograma".
Upitana za "zlata vrijedan savjet", Antonija je odgovorila:
"Prva zabluda je da možeš par dana ne jesti i skinuti kilograme. Možeš eventualno neku vodu izgubiti, ali kile u dva dana - jako teško. Druga zabluda je da ste tih pet dobili u dva dana. Ni to nije točno.
Ali to je sad sve nebitno kad se želimo spakirati za ljeto" - ispričala je voditeljica, koja je godinama razmišljala o nekoj vrsti savjetnika, jer kad god bi objavila neki trening ili hranu na svojim društvenim mrežama, dobila bi gomilu upita.
"Sad sam, evo, napokon odlučila sabrati sve što sam dosad savladala".
Njen priručnik je kao stvoren za one koji muku muče "s vječnih pet kilograma viška", a koji ujedno vole ukusnu hranu i ne mogu dugo biti na restrikcijskim dijetama.

Antonija ne skriva u čemu je sama najviše griješila i kojem jelu nikada ne može odoljeti...
"Kako se u Dalmaciji kaže - ja sam slatkorana, sve volim i uživam u hrani. Griješila sam bez iznimke uvijek u tome što bih sama sebi nabila prevelike restrikcije. Jako sam protiv izbjegavanja namirnica. Manipuliranje količinama, biranje tajminga - da. Ali izbjegavanje ne. To vodi u jo-jo."
Iz svog iskustva otkrila je i što joj se čini najčešćim razlogom neuspjeha provođenja različitih dijeta.
"Zato što popularne dijete previše toga isključuju i čim se ljudi vrate na 'normalnu' prehranu, počnu opet dobivati kilograme.
