Nekadašnji proslavljeni njemački skakač motkom Tim Lobinger umro je u četvrtak u dobi od 50 godina, nakon dugačke borbe s leukemijom, koja mu je dijagnosticirana 2017.

Lobinger je u listopadu prošle godine za njemački dnevnik Bild izjavio da neće biti izliječen, jer je njegov oblik leukemije preagresivan.

On je bio prvi njemački skakač motkom koji je preskočio granicu od šest metara na otvorenom. To mu je uspjelo 1997. i jedan je od samo 26 skakača motkom kojima je to uspjelo učiniti, bilo na otvorenom, bilo u dvorani.

Lobinger je 1998. i 2002. osvajao naslove europskog prvaka u dvorani, a 2003. je u Birminghamu postao i svjetski dvoranski prvak. Tri godine poslije je u Moskvi osvojio i svjetsku broncu u dvorani. Na otvorenom su mu najveći uspjesi bila dva europska srebra, koja je osvojio 1998. u Budimpešti i 2006. u Goetheborgu, te bronca na EP-u u Muenchenu 2002.

Nekadašnji proslavljeni njemački skakač motkom Tim Lobinger umro je u četvrtak u dobi od 50 godina, nakon dugačke borbe s leukemijom, koja mu je dijagnosticirana 2017.

Lobinger je u listopadu prošle godine za njemački dnevnik Bild izjavio da neće biti izliječen, jer je njegov oblik leukemije preagresivan.

On je bio prvi njemački skakač motkom koji je preskočio granicu od šest metara na otvorenom. To mu je uspjelo 1997. i jedan je od samo 26 skakača motkom kojima je to uspjelo učiniti, bilo na otvorenom, bilo u dvorani.

Lobinger je 1998. i 2002. osvajao naslove europskog prvaka u dvorani, a 2003. je u Birminghamu postao i svjetski dvoranski prvak. Tri godine poslije je u Moskvi osvojio i svjetsku broncu u dvorani. Na otvorenom su mu najveći uspjesi bila dva europska srebra, koja je osvojio 1998. u Budimpešti i 2006. u Goetheborgu, te bronca na EP-u u Muenchenu 2002.

Nekadašnji proslavljeni njemački skakač motkom Tim Lobinger umro je u četvrtak u dobi od 50 godina, nakon dugačke borbe s leukemijom, koja mu je dijagnosticirana 2017.

Lobinger je u listopadu prošle godine za njemački dnevnik Bild izjavio da neće biti izliječen, jer je njegov oblik leukemije preagresivan.

On je bio prvi njemački skakač motkom koji je preskočio granicu od šest metara na otvorenom. To mu je uspjelo 1997. i jedan je od samo 26 skakača motkom kojima je to uspjelo učiniti, bilo na otvorenom, bilo u dvorani.

Lobinger je 1998. i 2002. osvajao naslove europskog prvaka u dvorani, a 2003. je u Birminghamu postao i svjetski dvoranski prvak. Tri godine poslije je u Moskvi osvojio i svjetsku broncu u dvorani. Na otvorenom su mu najveći uspjesi bila dva europska srebra, koja je osvojio 1998. u Budimpešti i 2006. u Goetheborgu, te bronca na EP-u u Muenchenu 2002.
