Vjerovao sam da možemo ući u finale i tridesetak minuta protiv Njemačke bilo je dobro, no u zadnjoj četvrtini smo se raspali.

Možda smo previše očekivali od Bogdanovića i Hezonje. Drugi su igrači počeli osjećati strah od greške, gurali su lopte ovoj dvojici, oni su promašili neke situacije koje su prije zabijali i okrenulo se na stranu Njemačke - prokomentirao je košarkaški trener Miro Jurić poraz Hrvatske protiv Njemačke na olimpijskim kvalifikacijama u Splitu.

Znam kako je to kad ne osjećaš loptu dobro i samo je guraš što dalje od sebe. Tako su mi izgledali naši igrači u završnici. Kad su stali Bojan i Mario, nismo imali širinu i neko novo rješenje.

Mršić je napravio koliko je mogao

Očito je da nismo imali dovoljno vremena za uigravanje momčadi. Za vrijeme Jugoslavije pripreme bi nam trajale 2-3 mjeseca, nije to bezveze. Treba ti vremena za uigrati se, pohvatati situacije, specijale, stvaranje tandema, upoznavanje suigrača... Veljko je napravio koliko je mogao, ali nije mu bilo lagano stvarati momčad u hodu. Nedostajao nam je Simon koji bi rasteretio Hezonju i Bogdanovića, ali i Šarić te Zubac. S njima sam siguran da bismo izborili Tokio.

Ali nema plakanja. Idemo dalje, brzo stižu nove kvalifikacije. Nije tragedija. Mi smo poznati po tome da na sve gledamo crno, ali neće košarka stati zbog ovoga. Ako na sljedećim akcijama ponovno ne budemo kompletni, moramo početi pripremati neka nova lica. I istrpjeti ih, to je ključ. Strani “play”? Ako će donijeti ekstra kvalitetu, da.

Ako je tu samo da prenese loptu, ne. Veći je problem što sve generacije uspoređujemo s Tonijem, Draženom i Dinom, a tako nećemo daleko. Možda više nikad nećemo imati takvu kvalitetu, ali ‘ajmo onda iskoristiti maksimum od ovoga što imamo, pružiti igračima podršku i ne uspoređivati ih s prijašnjim generacijama.

Vjerovao sam da možemo ući u finale i tridesetak minuta protiv Njemačke bilo je dobro, no u zadnjoj četvrtini smo se raspali.

Možda smo previše očekivali od Bogdanovića i Hezonje. Drugi su igrači počeli osjećati strah od greške, gurali su lopte ovoj dvojici, oni su promašili neke situacije koje su prije zabijali i okrenulo se na stranu Njemačke - prokomentirao je košarkaški trener Miro Jurić poraz Hrvatske protiv Njemačke na olimpijskim kvalifikacijama u Splitu.

Znam kako je to kad ne osjećaš loptu dobro i samo je guraš što dalje od sebe. Tako su mi izgledali naši igrači u završnici. Kad su stali Bojan i Mario, nismo imali širinu i neko novo rješenje.

Mršić je napravio koliko je mogao

Očito je da nismo imali dovoljno vremena za uigravanje momčadi. Za vrijeme Jugoslavije pripreme bi nam trajale 2-3 mjeseca, nije to bezveze. Treba ti vremena za uigrati se, pohvatati situacije, specijale, stvaranje tandema, upoznavanje suigrača... Veljko je napravio koliko je mogao, ali nije mu bilo lagano stvarati momčad u hodu. Nedostajao nam je Simon koji bi rasteretio Hezonju i Bogdanovića, ali i Šarić te Zubac. S njima sam siguran da bismo izborili Tokio.

Ali nema plakanja. Idemo dalje, brzo stižu nove kvalifikacije. Nije tragedija. Mi smo poznati po tome da na sve gledamo crno, ali neće košarka stati zbog ovoga. Ako na sljedećim akcijama ponovno ne budemo kompletni, moramo početi pripremati neka nova lica. I istrpjeti ih, to je ključ. Strani “play”? Ako će donijeti ekstra kvalitetu, da.

Ako je tu samo da prenese loptu, ne. Veći je problem što sve generacije uspoređujemo s Tonijem, Draženom i Dinom, a tako nećemo daleko. Možda više nikad nećemo imati takvu kvalitetu, ali ‘ajmo onda iskoristiti maksimum od ovoga što imamo, pružiti igračima podršku i ne uspoređivati ih s prijašnjim generacijama.

Vjerovao sam da možemo ući u finale i tridesetak minuta protiv Njemačke bilo je dobro, no u zadnjoj četvrtini smo se raspali.

Možda smo previše očekivali od Bogdanovića i Hezonje. Drugi su igrači počeli osjećati strah od greške, gurali su lopte ovoj dvojici, oni su promašili neke situacije koje su prije zabijali i okrenulo se na stranu Njemačke - prokomentirao je košarkaški trener Miro Jurić poraz Hrvatske protiv Njemačke na olimpijskim kvalifikacijama u Splitu.

Znam kako je to kad ne osjećaš loptu dobro i samo je guraš što dalje od sebe. Tako su mi izgledali naši igrači u završnici. Kad su stali Bojan i Mario, nismo imali širinu i neko novo rješenje.

Mršić je napravio koliko je mogao

Očito je da nismo imali dovoljno vremena za uigravanje momčadi. Za vrijeme Jugoslavije pripreme bi nam trajale 2-3 mjeseca, nije to bezveze. Treba ti vremena za uigrati se, pohvatati situacije, specijale, stvaranje tandema, upoznavanje suigrača... Veljko je napravio koliko je mogao, ali nije mu bilo lagano stvarati momčad u hodu. Nedostajao nam je Simon koji bi rasteretio Hezonju i Bogdanovića, ali i Šarić te Zubac. S njima sam siguran da bismo izborili Tokio.

Ali nema plakanja. Idemo dalje, brzo stižu nove kvalifikacije. Nije tragedija. Mi smo poznati po tome da na sve gledamo crno, ali neće košarka stati zbog ovoga. Ako na sljedećim akcijama ponovno ne budemo kompletni, moramo početi pripremati neka nova lica. I istrpjeti ih, to je ključ. Strani “play”? Ako će donijeti ekstra kvalitetu, da.

Ako je tu samo da prenese loptu, ne. Veći je problem što sve generacije uspoređujemo s Tonijem, Draženom i Dinom, a tako nećemo daleko. Možda više nikad nećemo imati takvu kvalitetu, ali ‘ajmo onda iskoristiti maksimum od ovoga što imamo, pružiti igračima podršku i ne uspoređivati ih s prijašnjim generacijama.
