Završeni su građevinski radovi na izgradnji pomorsko-putničkog terminala Vela Luka, koji su započeli u svibnju 2021. godine.

- Uređeno je 550 metara nove obalne linije s tri trajektna veza, i to dva duga 70 metara i jedan dužine 150 metara, te jedan vez dužine 30 metara. Dubine na vezovima su od 8 od 13,5 metara. Svi građevinski radovi su završeni, a sada preostaje spajanje terminala na elektroenergetsku mrežu i kanalizacijski sustav te nabava montažnih objekata u kojima će se smjestiti prodaja karata, čekaonica, javni wc te prostor za lučke operatere.

Nadam da će ostatak radova, koji su preduvjet za dobivanje uporabne dozvole, biti završen u roku kako bi sredinom lipnja trajekti početi pristizati na terminal. Posebno zahvaljujem Vladi, Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture i Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji koja je pratila ovaj projekt tijekom cijelog puta - od ideje do realizacije - istaknuo je Boris Žuvela, ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave koja je nositelj projekta.

ŽUPANIJSKA LUČKA UPRAVA VELA LUKA

Cilj projekta je, premještanjem luke iz centra Vela Luke u novi pomorsko-putnički terminal, povećati kapacitet u obalnom linijskom prometu, što će lokalnom stanovništvu omogućiti bolju dostupnost zapošljavanja, obrazovanja i drugih usluga tijekom cijele godine. Projektom se planira poboljšanje povezanosti za stanovnike otoka javnim prijevozom u kontekstu obavljanja svakodnevnih poslova (poboljšan pristup radnom mjestu, obrazovanju, medicinskoj skrbi i drugim javnim uslugama).

Koliko je projekt bio zahtjevan, pokazuju brojke koje je iznio voditelj gradilišta Zoran Šarčević iz tvrtke Pomgrad inženjering. Među ostalim, izvedena su ukupna 83 armiranobetonska bušena pilota, iskopano je 5.600 m3, a posebno je bio zahtjevan dio iskopa u stijeni ispod mora.

Završeni su građevinski radovi na izgradnji pomorsko-putničkog terminala Vela Luka, koji su započeli u svibnju 2021. godine.

- Uređeno je 550 metara nove obalne linije s tri trajektna veza, i to dva duga 70 metara i jedan dužine 150 metara, te jedan vez dužine 30 metara. Dubine na vezovima su od 8 od 13,5 metara. Svi građevinski radovi su završeni, a sada preostaje spajanje terminala na elektroenergetsku mrežu i kanalizacijski sustav te nabava montažnih objekata u kojima će se smjestiti prodaja karata, čekaonica, javni wc te prostor za lučke operatere.

Nadam da će ostatak radova, koji su preduvjet za dobivanje uporabne dozvole, biti završen u roku kako bi sredinom lipnja trajekti početi pristizati na terminal. Posebno zahvaljujem Vladi, Ministarstvu mora, prometa i infrastrukture i Dubrovačko-neretvanskoj županiji koja je pratila ovaj projekt tijekom cijelog puta - od ideje do realizacije - istaknuo je Boris Žuvela, ravnatelj Županijske lučke uprave koja je nositelj projekta.

Cilj projekta je, premještanjem luke iz centra Vela Luke u novi pomorsko-putnički terminal, povećati kapacitet u obalnom linijskom prometu, što će lokalnom stanovništvu omogućiti bolju dostupnost zapošljavanja, obrazovanja i drugih usluga tijekom cijele godine. Projektom se planira poboljšanje povezanosti za stanovnike otoka javnim prijevozom u kontekstu obavljanja svakodnevnih poslova (poboljšan pristup radnom mjestu, obrazovanju, medicinskoj skrbi i drugim javnim uslugama).

Koliko je projekt bio zahtjevan, pokazuju brojke koje je iznio voditelj gradilišta Zoran Šarčević iz tvrtke Pomgrad inženjering. Među ostalim, izvedena su ukupna 83 armiranobetonska bušena pilota, iskopano je 5.600 m3, a posebno je bio zahtjevan dio iskopa u stijeni ispod mora.
