Ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen, hrvatski i slovenski ribari više neće biti procesuirani i kažnjavani zbog ilegalnog prelaska granice u Piranskom zaljevu, ali će slovenskim ribarima, a tako i hrvatskima, i dalje ostati zabranjen izlova ribe u područjima gdje se dvije države ne slažu oko granične crte.

Ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen i uklanjanjem graničnih kontrola prestaje praksa ispisivanja kazna za ilegalni prijelaz granice. No kako slovenski ribari nemaju dopuštenje i povlastice ribariti u hrvatskim vodama, izlov i dalje ostaje zabranjen.

Isto, pretpostavlja se, vrijedi i za hrvatske ribare, gledano iz slovenskog rakursa. Na terenu će eventualno doći do malih promjena ili prilagodbi postupanja, no neće se dogoditi ništa spektakularno. Hrvatske ribarice i dalje bi najvjerojatnije trebala pratiti policija, koja je cijelo vrijeme uz njih, kako bi ih i dalje čuvala i štitila, a ne zbog toga što je Hrvatska i dosad smatrala, a smatra i dalje, da ilegalno prelaze granicu.

Prestankom procesuiranja za ilegalni prelazak granice barem će se malo ublažiti apsurdna situacija u kojoj najviše - i jedino - zarađuju odvjetnici. Dosad nije naplaćena ni jedna jedina kazna. Ribare se uznemirava, ali nemaju financijsku štetu jer je postupak i kazne na sebe preuzela država, kako Hrvatska, tako i Slovenija. Nakon svake kazne, odvjetnici koje su angažirale države podnose žalbe. I dok dosad nije naplaćena ni jedna jedina kazna, honorar odvjetnicima se redovito isplaćuje i sada se akumulirao već pozamašan iznos.

Što se tiče samog izlova, tu je situacija drukčija jer je režim ribarenja prethodno dogovoren. No to ne znači da nema privremenog izlaska iz te situacije u kojoj Slovenija inzistira na primjeni granične crte određene arbitražom, dok hrvatska tu odluku, i odlukom Sabora, zbog kontaminacije procesa smatra ništavnom.

Hrvatska, doznajemo, i dalje poziva Sloveniju da se sjedne i dogovori zajedničko postupanje u kojem bi prestali s tim besmislenim postupanjima od kojih koristi nema nitko, a štete imaju obje države. Zasad sa slovenske strane nema signala da su zainteresirani za takvo što, piše Večernji.

Ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen, hrvatski i slovenski ribari više neće biti procesuirani i kažnjavani zbog ilegalnog prelaska granice u Piranskom zaljevu, ali će slovenskim ribarima, a tako i hrvatskima, i dalje ostati zabranjen izlova ribe u područjima gdje se dvije države ne slažu oko granične crte.

Ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen i uklanjanjem graničnih kontrola prestaje praksa ispisivanja kazna za ilegalni prijelaz granice. No kako slovenski ribari nemaju dopuštenje i povlastice ribariti u hrvatskim vodama, izlov i dalje ostaje zabranjen.

Isto, pretpostavlja se, vrijedi i za hrvatske ribare, gledano iz slovenskog rakursa. Na terenu će eventualno doći do malih promjena ili prilagodbi postupanja, no neće se dogoditi ništa spektakularno. Hrvatske ribarice i dalje bi najvjerojatnije trebala pratiti policija, koja je cijelo vrijeme uz njih, kako bi ih i dalje čuvala i štitila, a ne zbog toga što je Hrvatska i dosad smatrala, a smatra i dalje, da ilegalno prelaze granicu.

Prestankom procesuiranja za ilegalni prelazak granice barem će se malo ublažiti apsurdna situacija u kojoj najviše - i jedino - zarađuju odvjetnici. Dosad nije naplaćena ni jedna jedina kazna. Ribare se uznemirava, ali nemaju financijsku štetu jer je postupak i kazne na sebe preuzela država, kako Hrvatska, tako i Slovenija. Nakon svake kazne, odvjetnici koje su angažirale države podnose žalbe. I dok dosad nije naplaćena ni jedna jedina kazna, honorar odvjetnicima se redovito isplaćuje i sada se akumulirao već pozamašan iznos.

Što se tiče samog izlova, tu je situacija drukčija jer je režim ribarenja prethodno dogovoren. No to ne znači da nema privremenog izlaska iz te situacije u kojoj Slovenija inzistira na primjeni granične crte određene arbitražom, dok hrvatska tu odluku, i odlukom Sabora, zbog kontaminacije procesa smatra ništavnom.

Hrvatska, doznajemo, i dalje poziva Sloveniju da se sjedne i dogovori zajedničko postupanje u kojem bi prestali s tim besmislenim postupanjima od kojih koristi nema nitko, a štete imaju obje države. Zasad sa slovenske strane nema signala da su zainteresirani za takvo što, piše Večernji.

Ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen, hrvatski i slovenski ribari više neće biti procesuirani i kažnjavani zbog ilegalnog prelaska granice u Piranskom zaljevu, ali će slovenskim ribarima, a tako i hrvatskima, i dalje ostati zabranjen izlova ribe u područjima gdje se dvije države ne slažu oko granične crte.

Ulaskom Hrvatske u Schengen i uklanjanjem graničnih kontrola prestaje praksa ispisivanja kazna za ilegalni prijelaz granice. No kako slovenski ribari nemaju dopuštenje i povlastice ribariti u hrvatskim vodama, izlov i dalje ostaje zabranjen.

Isto, pretpostavlja se, vrijedi i za hrvatske ribare, gledano iz slovenskog rakursa. Na terenu će eventualno doći do malih promjena ili prilagodbi postupanja, no neće se dogoditi ništa spektakularno. Hrvatske ribarice i dalje bi najvjerojatnije trebala pratiti policija, koja je cijelo vrijeme uz njih, kako bi ih i dalje čuvala i štitila, a ne zbog toga što je Hrvatska i dosad smatrala, a smatra i dalje, da ilegalno prelaze granicu.

Prestankom procesuiranja za ilegalni prelazak granice barem će se malo ublažiti apsurdna situacija u kojoj najviše - i jedino - zarađuju odvjetnici. Dosad nije naplaćena ni jedna jedina kazna. Ribare se uznemirava, ali nemaju financijsku štetu jer je postupak i kazne na sebe preuzela država, kako Hrvatska, tako i Slovenija. Nakon svake kazne, odvjetnici koje su angažirale države podnose žalbe. I dok dosad nije naplaćena ni jedna jedina kazna, honorar odvjetnicima se redovito isplaćuje i sada se akumulirao već pozamašan iznos.

Što se tiče samog izlova, tu je situacija drukčija jer je režim ribarenja prethodno dogovoren. No to ne znači da nema privremenog izlaska iz te situacije u kojoj Slovenija inzistira na primjeni granične crte određene arbitražom, dok hrvatska tu odluku, i odlukom Sabora, zbog kontaminacije procesa smatra ništavnom.

Hrvatska, doznajemo, i dalje poziva Sloveniju da se sjedne i dogovori zajedničko postupanje u kojem bi prestali s tim besmislenim postupanjima od kojih koristi nema nitko, a štete imaju obje države. Zasad sa slovenske strane nema signala da su zainteresirani za takvo što, piše Večernji.
