Lučka uprava Splitsko-dalmatinske županije poništit će javni poziv za dodjelu vezova u lučici u Kaštel Starom. Kako doznaje Dalmatinski portal, uočene su pravne manjkavosti prilikom odabira korisnika za vezove. Prvenstvo su imali ljudi iz Kaštel Starog, no kako se radi o jedinici lokalne samouprave, dakle, Gradu Kaštela, izuzimanje ostalih stanovnika s tog područja omogućilo bi pravnu podlogu za rušenje odluke o dodjeli vezova. Stoga je odlučeno da se sve ponovi i da na idućem pozivu svi iz Kaštela imaju jednaki tretman. 

Kako će biti puno više zainteresiranih od dostupnih vezova, plan je da se organizira javni ždrijeb u lokalnom kinu. 

Županijska lučka uprava u uređenje lučice potrošila je 51 milijun kuna. Napravljeno je 160 vezova s tim da 40 vezova ide ljudima koji su zatečeni na tom području sa svojim plovilima. Za preostalih 120 vezova javilo se oko 700 ljudi, kriterije je ispunilo njih 400. 

Radi se o komunalnim vezovima koji isključuju komercijalnu eksploataciju, a vezovi su namijenjeni za plovila do 7 metara dužine. Cijena je 200 kuna godišnje po metru plovila.

Lučka uprava Splitsko-dalmatinske županije poništit će javni poziv za dodjelu vezova u lučici u Kaštel Starom. Kako doznaje Dalmatinski portal, uočene su pravne manjkavosti prilikom odabira korisnika za vezove. Prvenstvo su imali ljudi iz Kaštel Starog, no kako se radi o jedinici lokalne samouprave, dakle, Gradu Kaštela, izuzimanje ostalih stanovnika s tog područja omogućilo bi pravnu podlogu za rušenje odluke o dodjeli vezova. Stoga je odlučeno da se sve ponovi i da na idućem pozivu svi iz Kaštela imaju jednaki tretman. 

Kako će biti puno više zainteresiranih od dostupnih vezova, plan je da se organizira javni ždrijeb u lokalnom kinu. 

Županijska lučka uprava u uređenje lučice potrošila je 51 milijun kuna. Napravljeno je 160 vezova s tim da 40 vezova ide ljudima koji su zatečeni na tom području sa svojim plovilima. Za preostalih 120 vezova javilo se oko 700 ljudi, kriterije je ispunilo njih 400. 

Radi se o komunalnim vezovima koji isključuju komercijalnu eksploataciju, a vezovi su namijenjeni za plovila do 7 metara dužine. Cijena je 200 kuna godišnje po metru plovila.

Lučka uprava Splitsko-dalmatinske županije poništit će javni poziv za dodjelu vezova u lučici u Kaštel Starom. Kako doznaje Dalmatinski portal, uočene su pravne manjkavosti prilikom odabira korisnika za vezove. Prvenstvo su imali ljudi iz Kaštel Starog, no kako se radi o jedinici lokalne samouprave, dakle, Gradu Kaštela, izuzimanje ostalih stanovnika s tog područja omogućilo bi pravnu podlogu za rušenje odluke o dodjeli vezova. Stoga je odlučeno da se sve ponovi i da na idućem pozivu svi iz Kaštela imaju jednaki tretman. 

Kako će biti puno više zainteresiranih od dostupnih vezova, plan je da se organizira javni ždrijeb u lokalnom kinu. 

Županijska lučka uprava u uređenje lučice potrošila je 51 milijun kuna. Napravljeno je 160 vezova s tim da 40 vezova ide ljudima koji su zatečeni na tom području sa svojim plovilima. Za preostalih 120 vezova javilo se oko 700 ljudi, kriterije je ispunilo njih 400. 

Radi se o komunalnim vezovima koji isključuju komercijalnu eksploataciju, a vezovi su namijenjeni za plovila do 7 metara dužine. Cijena je 200 kuna godišnje po metru plovila.
