Linijska nacionalna plovidba (LNP), koja u svojoj floti ima katamarane "Broč" i "Bišovo", u četvrtak je "potonula" u stečaj. Odlučio je tako Trgovački sud u Splitu na prijedlog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva i tvrtke "B2 kapital", koja inače drži 28 posto dionica te brodarske kompanije.

– To je bilo očekivano jer LNP već dugo nije na brodarskom tržištu, a "Bišovo" je bio u najmu druge kompanije – kazao nam je Neven Melvan, glavni tajnik Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske.

Linijskoj nacionalnoj plovidbi je 2004. godine pripojen "SEM tours" te putnička agencija "Split tours" na adresi Obali Lazareta 3 u Splitu.

Brodaru je 2018. odobrena predstečajna nagodba s vjerovnicima, no to očito nije pomoglo da se izvuče iz financijskih problema. Prije otvaranja stečaja bio je 469 dana u blokadi, a po očevidniku Fine imao je više od 98 tisuća eura nepodmirenih obveza. 

"Bišovo" je izgrađen 1991. godine, a od 2018. do ljeta 2021. godine, kada se nasukao na Silbi, prevozio je putnike na brzobrodskoj liniji Pula – Unije – Susak – Mali Lošinj – Ilovik – Silba – Zadar.

"Broč" je izgrađen 1975. godine. Više godina vozio je na liniji za Žirje – Kaprije – Šibenik. Na njemu je 2016. godine zadnji put obavljen pregled, te mu je u kolovozu 2018. godine povučena klasa.

Sud je za stečajnu upraviteljicu imenovao Teu Gatternig iz Varaždina, kojoj vjerovnici propaloga splitskog brodara mogu u roku 60 dana prijaviti svoje tražbine, i to na propisanom obrascu, u dva primjerka, te priložiti isprave iz kojih tražbine proizlaze. U državni proračun radi toga moraju uplatiti 66,36 eura sudske pristojbe.

Vjerovnici će se nakon toga sastati 10. svibnja na splitskom sudu, gdje će ih upraviteljica izvijestiti je li priznala ili osporila njihove tražbine, a nakon toga će se odlučivati o daljnjem tijeku stečajnog postupka.

Lučkoj upravi Split sud je naložio da u Upisnik pomorskih objekata, na brodovima "Broč" i "Bišovo", zabilježi da je otvoren stečaj nad njihovim vlasnikom.

Linijska nacionalna plovidba (LNP), koja u svojoj floti ima katamarane "Broč" i "Bišovo", u četvrtak je "potonula" u stečaj. Odlučio je tako Trgovački sud u Splitu na prijedlog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva i tvrtke "B2 kapital", koja inače drži 28 posto dionica te brodarske kompanije.

– To je bilo očekivano jer LNP već dugo nije na brodarskom tržištu, a "Bišovo" je bio u najmu druge kompanije – kazao nam je Neven Melvan, glavni tajnik Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske.

Linijskoj nacionalnoj plovidbi je 2004. godine pripojen "SEM tours" te putnička agencija "Split tours" na adresi Obali Lazareta 3 u Splitu.

Brodaru je 2018. odobrena predstečajna nagodba s vjerovnicima, no to očito nije pomoglo da se izvuče iz financijskih problema. Prije otvaranja stečaja bio je 469 dana u blokadi, a po očevidniku Fine imao je više od 98 tisuća eura nepodmirenih obveza. 

"Bišovo" je izgrađen 1991. godine, a od 2018. do ljeta 2021. godine, kada se nasukao na Silbi, prevozio je putnike na brzobrodskoj liniji Pula – Unije – Susak – Mali Lošinj – Ilovik – Silba – Zadar.

"Broč" je izgrađen 1975. godine. Više godina vozio je na liniji za Žirje – Kaprije – Šibenik. Na njemu je 2016. godine zadnji put obavljen pregled, te mu je u kolovozu 2018. godine povučena klasa.

Sud je za stečajnu upraviteljicu imenovao Teu Gatternig iz Varaždina, kojoj vjerovnici propaloga splitskog brodara mogu u roku 60 dana prijaviti svoje tražbine, i to na propisanom obrascu, u dva primjerka, te priložiti isprave iz kojih tražbine proizlaze. U državni proračun radi toga moraju uplatiti 66,36 eura sudske pristojbe.

Vjerovnici će se nakon toga sastati 10. svibnja na splitskom sudu, gdje će ih upraviteljica izvijestiti je li priznala ili osporila njihove tražbine, a nakon toga će se odlučivati o daljnjem tijeku stečajnog postupka.

Lučkoj upravi Split sud je naložio da u Upisnik pomorskih objekata, na brodovima "Broč" i "Bišovo", zabilježi da je otvoren stečaj nad njihovim vlasnikom.

Linijska nacionalna plovidba (LNP), koja u svojoj floti ima katamarane "Broč" i "Bišovo", u četvrtak je "potonula" u stečaj. Odlučio je tako Trgovački sud u Splitu na prijedlog Županijskog državnog odvjetništva i tvrtke "B2 kapital", koja inače drži 28 posto dionica te brodarske kompanije.

– To je bilo očekivano jer LNP već dugo nije na brodarskom tržištu, a "Bišovo" je bio u najmu druge kompanije – kazao nam je Neven Melvan, glavni tajnik Sindikata pomoraca Hrvatske.
