Policijski službenici Policijske postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar su tijekom protekla dva dana u akvatoriju Zadra i otoka Ugljana, zbog nepropisnog glisiranja ukupno sankcionirali 14 stranih i jednog hrvatskog državljanina koji su u odnosu na obalu plovilima upravljali na udaljenosti manjoj od dozvoljene, javlja Zadarski.hr.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja, prema odredbama Pomorskog zakonika svim prekršiteljima izrečene su novčane kazne.

Prema zakonu gliseri mogu glisirati samo na udaljenosti većoj od 300 metara od obale i to na području na kojem istima nije zabranjeno glisirati.

Novčane kazne za pravnu osob iznose od pet do 100 tisuća kuna te za fizičku osobu ili odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi u iznosu od 500 do 10.000 kuna.

Iz PU zadarske i ove prilike pozivaju nautičare, ronioce, ali i kupače, na oprez i poštovanje svih pravila i propisa te na odgovorno ponašanje dok su u moru, kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih nesreća, posebice onih s najtežim posljedicama.

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar su tijekom protekla dva dana u akvatoriju Zadra i otoka Ugljana, zbog nepropisnog glisiranja ukupno sankcionirali 14 stranih i jednog hrvatskog državljanina koji su u odnosu na obalu plovilima upravljali na udaljenosti manjoj od dozvoljene, javlja Zadarski.hr.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja, prema odredbama Pomorskog zakonika svim prekršiteljima izrečene su novčane kazne.

Prema zakonu gliseri mogu glisirati samo na udaljenosti većoj od 300 metara od obale i to na području na kojem istima nije zabranjeno glisirati.

Novčane kazne za pravnu osob iznose od pet do 100 tisuća kuna te za fizičku osobu ili odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi u iznosu od 500 do 10.000 kuna.

Iz PU zadarske i ove prilike pozivaju nautičare, ronioce, ali i kupače, na oprez i poštovanje svih pravila i propisa te na odgovorno ponašanje dok su u moru, kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih nesreća, posebice onih s najtežim posljedicama.

OPREZ na moru!Glisirali preblizu obali: pomorska policija u akvatoriju Zadra i otoka Ugljana kaznila 14 stranih i jednog hrvatskog državljanina

Policijski službenici Policijske postaje pomorske i aerodromske policije Zadar su tijekom protekla dva dana u akvatoriju Zadra i otoka Ugljana, zbog nepropisnog glisiranja ukupno sankcionirali 14 stranih i jednog hrvatskog državljanina koji su u odnosu na obalu plovilima upravljali na udaljenosti manjoj od dozvoljene, javlja Zadarski.hr.

Zbog počinjenih prekršaja, prema odredbama Pomorskog zakonika svim prekršiteljima izrečene su novčane kazne.

Prema zakonu gliseri mogu glisirati samo na udaljenosti većoj od 300 metara od obale i to na području na kojem istima nije zabranjeno glisirati.

Novčane kazne za pravnu osob iznose od pet do 100 tisuća kuna te za fizičku osobu ili odgovornu osobu u pravnoj osobi u iznosu od 500 do 10.000 kuna.

Iz PU zadarske i ove prilike pozivaju nautičare, ronioce, ali i kupače, na oprez i poštovanje svih pravila i propisa te na odgovorno ponašanje dok su u moru, kako ne bi došlo do neželjenih nesreća, posebice onih s najtežim posljedicama.
